The staff and the doc are the most amazing people I have ever dealt with when it comes to doctors offices. He took his time and listened to me and got my needs taken care of. And when something didnt work, we kept at it until I had pain relief to work my normal work week. I have been recommending all my friends to him. He NEVER once passed me off like the handful of doctors saying youre too young to have pain. I have so much respect for the staff. Very very good experience every time I go in. They go above and beyond. I wish he was my doctor from day 1. Its been 13 years of pain and I finally found someone who cares. Thank you so much for everything Doc.

He is the worst doctor I’ve ever had. I have been in pain management for years. When I started it all went south quickly. He took me off the medicine that was working and put me on medicine that didn’t work. He seems to be a one trick pony, pushing the injections of the steroids.The staff there are even worse. They charge for prior authorization approval in CASH and then it would not go through because they would get the information wrong. I have never seen that before from a doctors office. The urine test are really overpriced. My bill was so outrageous that there must be some sort of embezzlement going on. They had me and other patients to sign forms that prohibited fraternization with the staff and other patients. Very, very, very unprofessional.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Piechal. He is my Dorothy as to I am the Tin Man. He’s helping control my pain and in turn it has drastically improved my home life. The office staff has been shuffled around and I believe it’s been for the best. I’ve read the negative reviews on Google and I do not agree with them. Dr. Piechal is a man of few words but HES FILLING OUT PAPERWORK. He has wonderful bed side manners and he has to make sure all his ducks are in a row with the opioid issues in the world. He knows when someone is a junkie and just looking for a fix. Don’t bother taking up his time nor another patient who genuinely needs him. Thank you for reading my review. Krystal

Ive been a patient there for around 6 years, and I love it there! Dr. Piechal is amazing. He listens and tries to help you in every way possible. The staff is also awesome, always friendly and helpful. I really cant say enough good things about this clinic.

One of the nicest docs Ive been to . Been Going for about 8 years now. And yes there are ups and downs due to the med laws now. But for the most part this has been a great place to go..for me anyways. :)

I have been going to Dr. Piechal now well over two years could be almost three by now and have never had any problems with him or his awesome staff. He is by far the best pain doctor I have ever been to and I have been to most in this area. He is straight forward,and is old school in the best of ways. I mean that last statement with all due respect and if he reads this Im sure would agree. I just hope he doesnt retire soon because this community would have a huge hole in it that I dont believe would be able to fill!!!

He was calm and patient with me. I have anxiety and he took time and understanding. Im encouraged. The staff genuinely cares too.......I must edit this, after surgery I was given the absolute worst care.I wouldnt take a cat here. Dr is a fraud. He listens with one ear. And really doesnt care once hes finished with his part. Youre on your own to suffer.

Going on 1 year, and this guy is awesome, we just seem to click , 100% better every time I see him , and staff is great!

Dr Piechal has never even went over my file with me, and I have been going there for almost 2.5 years. I have been trying to find a different Pain Doctor, but Medicaid is not accepted by most pain management doctors. I hate how Collier’s is the only pharmacy that excepts Dr. Piechials prescriptions, and then if you have more than six then you have to pay for the rest of them in it can cost up to 300 $400. And because I’m on Medicaid he will not see me unless I get the shots in my back, and I told him that I no longer want the shots in my back because they caused me more pain then good, it hurts when he’s giving me the shots and for about three weeks after I get the shots but if I don’t let him give me the shots he won’t wrap my prescriptions out. He doesn’t listen that my medicine no longer works I’ve been on the same medicine for four years in my body is become immune to it, and anytime I try to talk to them about it he just changes the subject and says there’s nothing he can do about it, Timmy he’s only in it for the money he does not care about his patience at all. Now the girls upfront they are wonderful, Except for the newest one they hired she is very rude I called today to try and get them to send my medical records because Social Security has requested them three times now, and she said she would get to this soon as she could and hung up on me. To me that’s just not very nice but the other ones are super nice and so is his nurse, I would suggest if you can find a different pain management doctor do so.

I been to so many pain managements. . He is the first pain dr. that look at my records in front of me and talk about all my problems .....and ask me the right questions . I am so glad I meet him . He really does cares about his patients.. thank you Doctor for caring.....😉

Anyone who says these folks are not great has problems or is an idiot. I love this place. Doc knows what he is doing and the girls are very friendly.

He is by far the WORST doctor Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He treats his patients horribly. If you stand in his office for the afternoon you will see lady after lady come out of there crying. Crying because he talks down to you, makes you feel worthless and mocks your pain or symptoms (based on my wifes past interactions with him).He does not listen to you. He will not be told anything. He does not keep up to date on drug interactions from my experience and what kinds of medications will give a false positive on drug screenings. Case in point: my wife screened positive for barbiturates and he demanded to know why. When told we have no idea but there has to be a logical answer he gave her two alternatives - 1. be dismissed immediately or 2. retake the test and if it comes back positive you will be dismissed immediately. So, my wife chose to retake the test because there is no reason that she can think of that there would be a positive for barbiturates. So, as shes taking the test, I go to 5 different websites that say one of the anti-seizure medications shes taking will give a false positive for guess what - barbiturates! I walk out of the examine room to show him what Ive found and find him sitting in a chair writing her termination paper already and he proceeds to tell me that its wrong! Im showing him proof and he summarily discounts it. Now, even if he didnt believe me, he should have done his job as a doctor and checked for himself before cutting someone loose! Again, it goes to show that you cant tell this man anything (even when you have proof that hes wrong) and he doesnt care about his patients.The worst part is the medications that he has been prescribing her say very clearly DO NOT STOP TAKING ABUPTLY as adverse reactions can happen - like seizures, suicidal thoughts or actions, hallucinations, personality changes, depression, loss od contact with reality, tremors and the list goes on. He cut her loose with nothing but a kick in the ass and a note that says start looking in the yellow pages for a doctor.Now, Im no lawyer (Ill soon be talking to one though) but if something untoward happens to my wife because of this - I wonder if he can be held personally responsible.Dr. William Piechal, in my opinion, is a terrible doctor who treats his patients with little to no empathy or compassion. He doesnt listen to his patients and holds no value in their words. I would avoid him at all costs based on my experience with him.

I found Dr. Piechal to be the most caring considerate Dr that I have seen in many years. He helped me more in 2 months than my previous pain Dr had in 3 years.. I could not have been more pleased. Marceline West.

Awful doctor as well as staff. Extremely racist. If you are a person of color suffering with pain please go elsewhere. Because regardless of education or socioeconomic status you will be treated as a drug addict criminal. I would not recommend this ace to my worst enemy.

Best Doctor in NWA hands down ! He really cares and his staff makes me laugh the whole time Im there !!!!
