Dr. Sexton is a great doctor. My children and I have all seen him on a walk-in basis before and each time he has been amazing - he listens intently and really takes his time to make sure he understands your issues before discussing possible remedies and solutions. I would definitely recommend him for anyone needing a PCP or for walk-in appointments.My opinion of the MANA clinic itself remains the same - it is a quick and efficient place. Decor is bland, lighting is really drab & dim, and the front desk staff are still as curt as ever (dont expect smiles & friendly demeanors from them), but overall it is a good office. The ability to do a lot of things via their website is really great (request appointments, refills, etc) and the check-in tablet they use makes things like verifying/updating information both convenient *and* private (Nothings more frustrating than standing at the desk and having to verify all your personal information loud enough for all those in line as well as everyone else in the waiting area thanks to the terrible accousitcs in their reception/waiting area). Also, yes, the WiFi password for guests is free and posted on the window of the reception desk when you first come in.They have recently updated their policies, though, so if you make an appointment and miss it without 24 hour notification beforehand, you will be charged a $50 appointment cancellation fee, which is not covered by medical insurance. Just an FYI for those of you out there who, like me, have a bad ADHD brain & frequently forget about appointments. You dont want to have to shell out $50 for not even seeing the doctor at all, just because your forgot about your appointment!
