I booked my appointment with Gladys a couple of weeks ago and it was a very pleasant experience. This a new location for my children.I was very nervous and didn’t know how they would respond to this new location. Ikea worked very well with both of my children.Miss Susan made them feel right at home. She could tell that they were scared at first and she definitely has a way with children.After a few minutes they forgot I was even in the room. Thank you so much Miss Susan.I really appreciate you being so professional and working so well with my children.My youngest child gravitated to Melissa. Melissa provided us with a very welcoming attitude. I also appreciate Melissa being able to thoroughly explain her findings during my childrens visit. Melissa supported Dr. B very well! Dr. B was absolutely amazing!I’m so glad I made the change and moved forward with this location. I didn’t go based upon reviews from other people. I wanted to have my own experience. If you’re looking for a dental home for your children definitely book an appointment and see for yourself! I want nothing but the best for my kids. I was sure to list names so everyone would know that this is a real review. I’m talking about real people, that gave me an amazing experience! This is now a place that my kids and I can call their dental home!

I had such a wonderful experience with Doctor Bibbs. She was so so attentive and kind to me and my child. This Doctor is by far the best children’s dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made me feel so comfortable, confident, and secure knowing that my one year old had to be put to sleep to get work done on her teeth. Oh my!!! Doctor Bibbs is such an amazing person. I definitely recommend her to any and everyone. If you need a wonderful children’s dentist that loves their job, kids, and is the best at what they do, you definitely want to go to her office in Fayetteville. This Dentist was the best I have ever taken my kids too. Five stars. I wish I could give more. Amazing. A genuine wonderful, beautiful soul. I am never taking my kids to anyone else. .

My daughter had her procedure today. I’m so thankful that the staff was very professional and moved in a timely fashion. Miss Karol was very good about communicating what to expect. She provided really good directions on what to do the night prior. Yaisy is always so professional and sweet. I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. B prior to her taking my daughter to the back. She informed me that she was ready for my daughter shortly after our conversation. I said ok and I immediately went into prayer. 🙏🏾 When Dr. B joined us in prayer baaaabbbyyy I knew God had my daughter in the right hands! 🙏🏾 🙌🏾 “For where two or three are gathered together in my Name, there am I in the midst of them.” Matthew 18:20 🗣 It was the prayer for me!!🤞🏾

This office is a scam!!!! My daughter paid $328 for services her child never received!!! Office closed down for whatever reason never received a phone call or her money back!! Do not take your kids here!!! Carol in the billing department is a liar!!! Someone stole her money and refuse to refund it !!! The bank will not dispute it because the office lied and said the services were rendered when in truly they were NOT!!!! Filling a complaint with the BBB and police report!!!! Somebody needs to lose their job ASAP!!!!

Today was my kids first visit and it was amazing. The dentist and staff were welcoming and kid friendly. The office is very clean.

Has there offices closed down? My kids had a sedation scheduled for last week, however, a day before their appointment I called and no one answered. They were supposed to have called me to let me know on the time to be there. Ive never heard from them. It took me awhile to find a great dentist and then this happened. They could have called their patients and informed us that they were closing for what ever reason. I even went out to the office and they were closed, lights off and nothing. If they couldnt do a simple task such as calling their patients then what else arent they doing right. Now I have to find another dentist for my kids. Very unprofessional. Damn shame!

I take my son and daughter to this place to do teeth get Silver teeth. In morning but NO ONE have a FACE MASK on. Unto I speak with my husband about mask in my language but I use the word mask in English. So I think they understand the word MASK. Some Nurse start wear the mask but I’m Very unhappy not because the mask only, the main reason that my daughter . The docter is unprofessional I cry when I get to the car because my daughter face. She have long scratch on her face that I can’t take pictures and post on here.

The worst dental clinic I have ever been to in the state of GA. Worst customer service.. If Der is a space for no star I will give it to them.i will never step my foot here again.. The staff was so rude and talking to people like trash

The Newnan office unfortunately has closed with no notice. My son silver crown is loose and they (Fayetteville Location) are telling me I have to wait till November before they can bill my insurance. If I go somewhere else I could potentially have to pay out of pocket. Even though his silver caps arent even a year old. They are loose and irritating his gum so instead of waiting they could have easily fixed the issue (We cant wait till november) I will surely seek advice and never return to MY KIDZ DENTIST. Great customer service really go a long way and these are kids you are dealing with and this is an procedure your company did and the right thing to do is adhere to your company policy and procedures. I have worked in healthcare for 16 years and this is unprofessional and it completely shows me that you could give 2% what a child is or has gone through due to your neglect.

Dr. B, OMG, she is phenomenal. Her staff are so kind and professional. I highly recommend them. I will continue to take my kids there.

Love love love it !It was our first time visiting Dr. B , I felt at ease as soon as I opened the doors . My daughter is overly dramatic which is why I was in shock by how fast she warmed up to the staff , without giving them any fuss 😊 ( they have a bestfriend for life ) . My son who is 3 also took a liking to the staff which also amazed me. I got more than what I was looking for . Expectations were definitely exceeded . 😄

My daughter was really understand easy about going to get her teeth cleaned. She is a medical fragile child. Upon getting here the staff it vary easy for her. The staff really carted to her needs. She is very happy to go now.

The staff and the care they gave my daughter was beyond my expectations!I’ve had challenges with finding a quality dentist that takes WellCare and communicates with you as the parent. After our dentist (whom we loved) closed and moved to the north side I had to settle until I could find someone better. I searched high and low and after several years and many calls of “no” my prayer was answered...I found My Kidz Dentist!!! FINALLY a quality dentist on the south side that takes WELLCARE!!!Let me tell you...from the front to the back, each staff member served us in excellence! Even with my very first encounter on the telephone with Camilla, she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. As a busy mom of 4 I l LOVE the flexibility of their schedule...late afternoons, evenings, and even on some Saturdays which is perfect for kids in school! They are willing to work with you and extend some grace if you need a few extra minutes to get there (but don’t abuse it lol).The staff is warm, caring, makes you feel welcome and communicates with you as the parent and with your child. Susan took the time to respectfully communicate with my daughter every step of what she was doing vs just starting the process of cleaning and not engaging with her. That made all the difference especially with it being her first visit with them. Siemara took my daughter’s X-rays and afterwards took the time to show them to me. Dr. West was very pleasant and examined her teeth and gums thoroughly and informed me of how she’s doing. Everyone made my daughter feel comfortable and took very good care of her!As a result of our experience, I will be transferring my other children here as well!Feels great to finally find a dentist that I can feel comfortable, secure and at peace knowing my children will receive quality and equal care in spite of what type of insurance they have.I don’t want to leave anyone out, but everyone was professional and made our first visit pleasant and memorable. I wish I could leave no stars. Dealing with this place has been an absolute nightmare. The office is tiny and all children are seen at the same time in the same one office. The staff seem nice and helpful but refuse to follow through with anything asked of them. Made an appointment with a new dentist and had to pay out of pocket for a new set of x-rays because the staff refused to send over medical records after multiple calls over a week. There is someone in office that offers 25% services in return for a positive Google review which is why there are so many 5 star reviews. Sure wish the reviews had been honest and saved me the money, time and headache!! BEWARE

My son has been a patient at the Fayetteville location since 2018. My son has autism. Any visits to any medical facility has always presented many challenges for my son. The sensory overload and the unfamiliarity of his surroundings and the unfamiliarity with the physician(s) have, in the past, made for some difficult appointments. With that being said, as a mother observing the positive changes in my sons behavior with each visit to this office, not only am I astonished by how far hes come in his social skills in this environment, but I am overly grateful for the staffs compassion towards my son. Dr. West, Dr. Sanjie, Tianna,Ms. Safas and Ms Daniela thank you all for your clear and concise communication as well as the respect that youve shown my son.Your empathy and professionalism has played a key part in my sons good dental hygiene habits.Thank you, Telicia and Camillia for your quick reaction time, positivity, great listening skills, patience, and consistent dependability. Any questions and any concerns in regards to my sons dental care, appointments, and billing are immediately resolved via phone or in-person during our appointment wait time.
