Very very rude front staff. Have a young girl telling people how to wear wear masks in a rude way and you will be talked down to. She even left her seat to come to the lobby and babysit adults and got on to anyone she deemed not wearing a mask right. Ridiculous. Will be getting records and switching dental offices that treat their patients better.

This was our 2 1/3-year-old’s first teeth cleaning and exam and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. He was mesmerized by the fun barnyard decor in the waiting area. Wait time was short. The hygienist was personable and efficient. The doctor was thorough and friendly. At the end, our son got a little toy and a new toothbrush and was excited to come back. PDAO is a well-oiled machine and perfect for little kiddos. Thanks so much!

I entered my daughter in the #pdaonthego. This contest is where you had to snap a few pics of your kid holding their dentists photos at a few different places during the summer. My daughter has lots of health issues so she cant go many places because of that and for the mire fact that we dont have much money to go lots of cool places or on vacations during the summer. With that being said, we still managed to snap a few cute pictures of her at her favorite places in the world! The Childrens hospital Northwest and ACH in Little Rock during the summer but she lost the contest because PDOA picked a family that had been to way more places than we had been. It broke my daughters heart and hurt her self esteem when she lost because we felt that her pictures were exactly what the contest asked for. It upsets me because it seems like the more money the child had to go on vacations or go to other fun places that cost money this summer (that some kids dont have the luxury of being able to do) the easier it was for that child to win the contest. What about our sick and poor children that couldnt go anywhere this summer?

The doctors and nurses are amazing. They have worked with us time and time again and provided great care and advise. They are very family friendly and accommodate children of all ages and stages of dental needs. They are very understanding and patient with kids who have had bad previous experiences and help get them to a place of comfort and fun! Highly recommended!

Just FYI, but for those concerned about COVID, there seems to be little to no protocols in place. Putting a lot of trust in both patients and staff that they are 100% fully vaccinated as no one wore masks…

Staff was friendly enough but they pressured me into holding my child down against his will during his first appointment when he was understandably scared and it only added to the trauma of the event. If you are ok with physically restraining your terrified child then no judgement and you may like it here because they are friendly enough for the most part and they have some cool bells and whistles but if you go for a more gentle parenting style I dont recommend it. We both just cried in the car after the appointment.

I mainly chose to take my kids here for a few years because it was fun for them and made going to the dentist comfortable. But when they refused to fill a cavity on my son because I won’t give him a medication to make him calm and drowsy when I know as a parent that he was just being defiant and I’m able to speak with him and he agrees to let them do it that made me consider going someplace else. And that was after the nurse left him in the procedure room at least three times maybe even for stating that she was going to get the dentist and never brought him back in the room. The room was different than what he had ever experienced there. Now after the call today to confirm appointment and the girl unable to hear what I said and she kept repeating something after I clearly made a request... time to move on. Just hoping I can find a comfortable place for my kids

They did great with my son today, so professional and a great atmosphere for children, the dental assistant was sweet and kept him calm and he loved the experience.

We will not be going back. They wouldnt allow my sons dad to bring our 8 year in for my 6 year olds appointment so we let him go by his self, just to see what needs to be done. They came back and said the tooth was infected and needed to be pulled and said they could do it today. I wasnt for allowing that to happen without being there, but she assured me that if he got anxious or anything they would stop and reschedule it for another time. When they came out he was crying and she even said it didnt go very well. As a parent I was hesitant and didnt like the idea, but being assured of something and then lied to makes me never trust another person at this practice or any other practice. I never allow my kids to go anywhere without me and the one time I allow it, this happens. Never again.

My kiddo(9yo) had 4 teeth extracted today. We went in nervous and a little scared. The dental tech was SO nice and explained the entire process to her as she went. The teeth were extracted before we knew it and now she’s a happy kid!I was very impressed with their COVID response. You wait in your car until appt time. They check your temp and have a questionnaire before you enter the building. Everyone was wearing appropriate PPE and they patients are required to wear masks.

They have poor customer service. They have to scan all family members that are on the vehicle even if only two are going inside.Scan is enforce to all vehicle occupants or they will cancel your appointment.

So this is my first review, I wanted to start off with; it is a great place don’t get me wrong. Doctors are great and the staff is wonderful. But when I went this time the hygienist, Hailey or Heather, was very boorish. I get it when you have a bad day but could at least have a smile. Thank you for reading. Will probably come back in the future with a different hygienist.

Great customer service! Abundant use of advanced technologies from check-in to 3D scans of teeth. Appointment times were always honored with minimal waiting. It truly has been a great experience. Highly recommend them for your orthodontist or dental needs.

First time taking my almost 2yr old son to the dentist && he did better than I thought. They’re super friendly. Had his favorite movie on for him. For his age they just checked his teeth to make sure he’s cavity free && making sure all of his teeth are coming in. Totally recommend it for your kids.

We love, love this dentist office! All of my kids have gone since they were young and its such a great place for them to feel comfortable. My daughter has a major fear of the dentist. They have been patient and calm with her in order to get some cavities filled and in doing the basic cleanings. Now we have even moved to the orthodontist there and he is great too! The lobby is fun for all of them. Its very bright and the kids love the games. I would recommend this dentist office for anyone with kids.

I absolutely love this dentist office and I know my little one can agree (she did not want to leave with all the fun there). I really recommend Jamie S., the RDA. She was kind, energetic and informative. She knows her industry quite well. She had all the answers to my questions and I thank her for making us feel welcomed. Kid friendly and family oriented. The coolest office I have ever seen! My 6 year old and my 1 year old loved the office environment. The appointment went smoothly. Everyone was friendly. Such a positive first time dental experience. My 6 year old has asked me 5 times since we left when he gets to go back and see the dentist. 😂

All of the staff were super friendly, and very patient. My child has no issues with the dentist so I wasnt worried, but I saw other children who were anxious and crying and I never once heard an upset tone from anybody. The environment is extremely warm and inviting. I love that they had games to help keep my children entertained while I filled out paperwork. I do wish they had some books or non electronic entertainment as well. Also a paging system to call back patient since.the waiting room has multiple rooms to it.

Hygienist ignored me the mom of the patient the entire time. She made racial slurs about herself and told the other hygienist that I wàs making remarks along those lines. Which I do not and will not do. I have very close mentors that are of a different ethnicity than I am. This was an emergency visit during Covid 19 Regulations. The staff were very rude and not sincere. We waited twenty minutes before we could even get someone to come to our vehicle even though we were there for a scheduled visit and corresponded as we were asked toand others went in front of us. Doctor was not who we were told we would see. The doctor we did see was good and took the spacer out with ease.

Not at all Covid safe at this time. It was crowded with far too many people, and there was no room for social distancing.

Staff were very friendly and trying their best to comfort our child. His dentist was also nice and gave plenty of advice.

That was the most excellent experience I have ever had at a dentist. The level of care here was wonderful.

Six of my children have had orthodontics from five doctors in three states. From this reference point, I say that Dr Jason and his staff are beyond excellent.Two of my teens just finished braces with Dr. Jason. Not once did we have to make a special appointment because of problems with the braces, no broken or loose brackets. I always received appointment reminders via email. The office wait is never long. Everyone is cheerful and helpful. Nice incentives for the kids, but never pressure. I can think of not one improvement to suggest. Look no further. Best of all, the finished teeth are exactly right!! I am forever grateful to Dr. Jason and his staff.

I just wanted to take a second to say how wonderful our experience was today! My son got braces today and he has high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Lorena was Dr. Jasons assistant and she was phenomenal! She took her time to explain everything she was doing. Everyone made it so easy on both of us! Whitney is his dental hygienist and she came in to check on him and held his hand! Jill also came in to check on him. Shes been such a help trying to get this process started. We also love our Shawna!! Thank you for always making our visits better by having the best staff!

Super kind and welcoming staff. A ‘safe’ environment for kids who might feel nervous about dental procedures or cleaning. My kid was literally skipping down the hall in excitement for each phase of the appointment.

We have had such a great experience, both in regular check-ups and with ortho. We have been going there for over 6 years and not once had a problem with anything from customer service to billing to care.We just finished braces with our oldest and are very impressed with the level of care and attention she received. Dr. Jason and his staff is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We never felt rushed or unheard.Dr. Val is amazing, always so kind and so great with the kids. She puts kids and parents at ease quickly.Our kids love going to the dentist / orthodontist (the waiting room is amazing, even though we dont ever have to wait long at all) and Im so glad they get to experience it!

The level of care at this clinic has greatly decreased. My child has been going to this office for 8 years or more. I let it slide the last 2 times we went thinking that maybe they were just having a bad day. After this last visit we wont be back. The doctor is fine but the hygienists are rude and lazy.

Very dissatisfied with the care received. My child needed to have a tooth pulled because of an infection that had occurred on a molar. They took over 4 weeks to get him in (even cancelled an appointment and scheduled it over a week later) after his initial visit when they told me his tooth would need to be extracted. I was this criticized for his tooth as the infection had spread to another tooth which probably wouldnt have happened had they not taken so long to get us in. On more than one occasion the dentist made comments to me about how, This is bad. and This is really bad. - as if I did not feel bad enough for my child to begin with. Regardless, the dentist was extremely rude, callous, and not qualified to work with young children. While my child was crying (they had decided to pull 2 teeth) he did not try to comfort the child and continued to yank on his teeth so hard it made me nauseas. (Which I was then told happens often to parents when I asked if parents usually get weak kneed and feel like passing out as I had... Never knew that was a common thing). After the teeth were finally out and my child was (as expected) crying the dentist then said, (and these are his exact quotes), I will not treat him at this clinic again. When I asked why, he said, Because of this... and pointed at my very young child holding his mouth and crying. He then said that the only way he would treat him again would be in a hospital setting while my child was put under anesthesia. Last I knew, pediatric dentists were supposed to caring, compassionate, and know how to work with kids. This man was the complete opposite. Upon leaving, I was told that they would not be able to schedule an appointment for my sons filling (because it had to be at a hospital and while was put under) for at least 6 months. I of course had no intention of even scheduling an appointment with them after this experience. I am sure that if I wait 6 months (as they had requested) my sons cavity would get worse and could become infected and then I will have to deal with the guilt trip this dentist likes to give about how the condition of the tooth. When in reality they cannot schedule patients in an appropriate time frame. And apparently they now put kids under anesthesia to do a filling. Or at least this dentist does. I will never go here again, I will advise all of my friends to not go here, and I have already scheduled an appointment with a dentist who actually likes working with kids and knows how to work with young children. When something is difficult they often say, Its like pulling teeth. Apparently this office does not want to have to bother with a kids normal reaction of crying when a grown man is yanking teeth out of his mouth with no concern for being gentle, calming, or even friendly. Their solution... Lets just put these young kids under anesthesia and do the work... Definitely taking the easy way out for the dentist.

I have 5 children, all of whom are scheduled at the same time every appointment that we have with Pediatric Dental Associates. The employees are warm, friendly, inviting, and professional from the front desk to the checkout desk. They are very much accommodating to Moms throughout the entire process and allow you to be a part of everything being done to your children, which in my experience not all dental practices. They are extremely thorough during any well lchecks, exams, and procedures. And to top it all off, they are very quick to get you in and out of the office. The last time we were there it only took an hour from check in to check out. They are amazing!

I had a mostly good experience here. Dr. Jason was great, he was a little rushed sometimes but he always did monthly checks to make sure my teeth were on track. The assistants were friendly and competent- I had a great experience with them. The one I had a problem with was a woman named Cynthia who took pictures of my teeth at the end of treatment. She shoved a metal bar into my mouth so hard it made me tear up. She was unnecessarily rough pulling my lips back and when I asked her to stop she ignored me and just said it will be over soon in a rude tone. Jill took the same pictures with the metal bar at the beginning of treatment and they didnt hurt at all. I had a good experience here and would recommend it, just dont let Cynthia anywhere near your mouth!!!

Make sure you check to see if they are in-network with your insurance, because they certainly wont let you know ahead of time if you arent, and then you might get stuck with a $600 bill like I did.

Took my 2 1/2 year old for her first dental appt. We weren’t quite sure what to expect. My daughter wasn’t too thrilled when we got there. The staff and doctor were very accommodating. They were really helpful to make it a pleasant experience. Even though we didn’t get much done at the appt. they reassured me that at this age it’s unpredictable. They made me feel at ease. We will definitely be back in 6 months to try it out again!

We love Dr. Jason and his staff, especially Miss Courtney she is sweet and gentle with her patient.They have both been a big blessing thru this past year.

Both of my boys have been going to PDAO for dental check-ups and on the Orthodontics side. Weve had a wonderful experience for the past 15 years. The staff is absolutely great, thorough and we love Dr. Jason. Id definitely recommend PDAO.

Not the very best dentist.And now buying peoples rates by donating a dollar per rate.The building is very nice, but i have to say the dentist Arent very trained.I have a 4 year old son. And the times i have gone worried or concern they always act like it is okay. When my child is running a fever or in terrible tooth pain. They sent me home telling me things will get better.I dont know since is not their child.

Wish this gave me the option to do zero but went there so they could look at my 3yr olds tooth because his crown fell off and Dr. Karen refused to look at my sons front tooth while he was sitting because hes terribly afraid of dentist/doctors. After refusing she then said that I could go to another dentist instead if I dont like their way of doing things. I then asked to see a office manager and she refused and told me she wasnt going to take me to her that she was going to get her herself. I walked past her and went to the front to complain about the service. For someone whos a kids dentist youd think theyd at least try to work with you and a scared 3 year old. All in all worst experience weve had at a dentist visit. Never will go back nor will I recommend her to any parent I know. She definitely needs to switch to being an adults dentist instead of a kids if thats the way she goes about things. Thanks for all the help Dr Karen. You sure helped increase my sons dislike for dentist even more. 👍

This is my first negative online review. I took my daughter in a few weeks ago for fillings. Afterwards, when we got out to the car she showed me and her brother a small hard white piece that came out of her mouth. I didn’t think much of it. I assumed it was just something left in there after the work. Hindsight I should’ve went right back in there and showed them. Fast forward a couple weeks and another piece came out, she started complaining of sensitivity so I made an appointment to take her back in.... thinking maybe the filling had came out. At the appointment we find out it was actually a chip off her tooth (the same tooth they had worked on that day). I might add this was a back tooth with no other reason for it to chip.... I realize I have no way of proving it happened during the treatment and that they’re not going to take responsibility for that. But the straw that broke the camel’s back was how VERY rude the receptionist was when I was checking out. They had told me up front I wouldn’t be charged for the exam and so when she tried to charge me I told her I wasn’t trying to be difficult but that is what they told me up front. She was extremely hateful and I thought for a minute she was going to force me to pay until finally she asked the girl up front and realized it was a miscommunication. I have taken my kids there for 10 years or so now. Needless to say we won’t be back.

They are excellent and my kids enjoyed the visit. They made my kids first visit pleasant and they cant stop talking about it.

Dr. Will and his assistants were extremely kind and compassionate. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this clinic for their professionalism and their ability to deal with patients.

I have been taking my boys here for over 4 years and love how they take special care with the kids with autism & anxiety and the fun entertaining environment at both locations in Fayetteville and Bentonville! Dr. Jason is great with families & enjoys teaching on the care of braces or any orthodontic appliances and about your teeth!

The environment is nice but so far not very happy they Did a crown on my 2 year old and 3 days latter it was black and full of blood and yellowish stuff shes is in terrible pain and they cannot see her right away. We have to wait for an appointment. Very upset!Wish they had space for emergencies.

I was first shocked when I found out I couldnt video the procedure. Well, when they did things incorrectly later I realized why. Its so you dont have a video for a lawsuit. The guy put a mask on my daughter on her second visit. She had done amazing on her first visit. Well, she screamed and cried when they did the shots in her mouth unlike first time. Well, I look over, and see the guy turning on the gas he forgot to use before giving her a shot. He tried to be real sly about it hoping I wouldnt notice hed only had air running through the mask and had FORGOTTEN TO TURN ON THE GAS TO RELAX HER. They then refused to finish service because she was upset acting like she was a bad kid. He denied what hed done but I SAW IT WITH MY OWN TWO EYES. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BABY. Shes still afraid to this day of dentists.

Horrible, horrible horrible. Dont ever send your children here. This is a 6-doctor facility and who you get is a russian roulette gun. There are some gifted dentists here, dont get me wrong, but get the one bad apple and you scar your kids for life. I had a horrible experience with one of their doctors and will not be going back. They try to get as much money from you as possible with procedures that are unnecessary and costly and there is no communication allowed. You are not involved with your childs health. And they dont take no thank you for an answer. Please stay away!

Took forever! We have been here over an hour and a half. We will be finding another practice that cares how they treat patients.

I thought this was a good dentist office but, come to his find out its not. I took my son in to get two teeth pulled, they ended up breaking his ankle. They didnt call to check on him at all to see how he was doing. when i called trying to follow p on the incident it sound like the manager had me on speaker phone and u could hear people laughing in the back ground. The manager is very unprofressional at handling problems and has made me feel like they can care less about what happened. I will never go here again because i feel some of the staff may be racist. I feel everyone shld be treated equal but we wasnt.

My grandson had never been to a dentist before, they made his experience a positive one. He is even looking forward to his next appointment.

Very long wait . 1 hour both times we have been there in the last month . Care is fine . Lots of missed work and school time is upsetting .

My daughter had issues with getting her teeth cleaned, it took several employees and myself to hold her down. Whitney cleaned her teeth once and that was it, no one had to hold her down, she looks forward to going and seeing Whitney.

Too busy to care for your children. Ignore parent concerns. Staff cleaning the childrens teeth are not actually hygienists. Several staff members were too busy on their phones to see our children until 15 minutes into them waiting in the dental chairs. Poor customer service.
