This place was phenomenal with my daughter. They extracted her tooth this morning. They held her hand, gave her a blanket, accommodated me as the mom, was gentle with her, and more. They kept insisting They were not a pediatric practice but they do well, extremely well with children. Thank you so much!

I want to start off by saying I have severe dental anxiety since childhood. Being held down to get dental work done as a child is something that stays with you for life. With all that being said, I just want to say these guys are Dental Rock Stars! The most pain I felt during the entire procedure was when I received the needle in the roof of my mouth. Dr. Mester was actually done by my appointment time and I was getting an implant done. Let me not forget to say that Miranda and Kristen did an outstanding job as well. They talked to me throughout the entire procedure and we all even joked. I highly recommend this practice for not only giving me a great price, but also giving me exceptional customer service!!!

First of all, the staff here were professional, personable, super friendly and very informative. I had a broken molar that had gotten infected and was in a ton of pain. I called them on Tuesday afternoon and they were able to see me the very next morning. Dr Chang examined and did the extraction, and my tooth just didnt want to come out. It took 2 hours of her working and she didnt get frustrated or start to get rough. She stayed patient, composed and determined. Dr Chang and her amazing assistant (Im so sorry I forgot her name because she was purely awesome) did everything they could to make sure I was as comfortable as what was possible. Not only were they amazing at handling the struggle, the price was also super affordable. For examination, x-rays, and extraction it was $209! She also put in a prescription for pain and antibiotics. Extractions arent fun and certainly arent the most pleasant things to go through, but their friendliness and helpfulness made it a good experience.

Great dentist office with the best customer service I have ever experienced. My husband and I have been coming here for years and they do great work. Have required a lot of dental work because of my clenching at night and everything has went really well. They do a great job calling any time they can get you in faster than the appointment you have.

Well, I went to have teeth cleaned and charged $100.00 only for a visit and xray told me it will $1,000 to clean my teeth . Which is a rip off . And, they filed down one if my daughter teeth that she was complaining about. So, I took I yet again. And, so the dentist told me , her tooth was crack and so, they needed to filed her tooth sum more. So, all they gave her was a prescribed tooth paste that hasnt done nothing for her. And, she still complained about that tooth hurting. . So, I took her to another dentist. And, that dentist said, they filed her tooth to much. And, she needs a metal cap put over that tooth. So, I wont be going back to this dentist.

The staff was friendly, office was clean, no long wait time and the providers were thorough and handle my teeth with care.

Went to Baywood Dental Dr. Chan removed a tooth had no pain she was awesome didnt feel the needles or the removal of the tooth Went shopping right after and had a pizza for lunch and no pain..

Would give less.Clean professional crooks.Post an add for cleaning and x-rays $100 then tell you its nearly $800. for cleaning. So you pay $100 for xray only. Paid up front before scam in exam room.

Ok so Ive actually been meaning to do this for a week or 2 now but here it goes.Ide like to first start off by saying how grateful and thankful I am that your staff was able to fit me in in a pinch. I feel that these types of encounters are the ones that reviews are made of . I popped a filling in my tooth while chewing gum *** OUCH*** I put it off way to long half because I was afraid to go and well honestly I dont have dental insurance :( that being said the staff at Baywood family dental set me up an appointment and fast I told them I would be off all day and if they could fit me in early I would be ok with that . Well they called me at 11am and asked could I be in by 12pm and i agreed and came out after a brief paperwork and wait i went right back i was greeted by a very helpful young lady who set me up and did my xrays and soon the dr was in she looked at my tooth and I had mentioned a cavity that I would may be interested in fixing while she was working at it (2 birds 1 stone) kinda deal I was super scared for the cost I had half expected $900 or more she set up the treatment plan for the 2 teeth and handed me the paperwork to look over and to my surprise it was really affordable for both teeth fixed and out the door was less then $300 I was blown away at the way I was treated by the staff and the dr they treated me with such respect and ease the dr was very gentle while she was working in my mouth and I was out in no time with 2 teeth fixed I can not believe I waited so long to have it fixed but now I am so happy I did I would like to say thank you to the staff at Baywood family dental for all the help and care I was given at my visit thank you so much !!!

The doctor was very caring and thorough. Being my first visit, he performed all the examination then explained all the details and helped me setup the plan. I found this very educational. He even performed the scaling by himself, rather than send me to the hygienist. I felt much safer and comforted. I also had visit where he was to remove my wisdom tooth. My teeth now look amazing and have given me confidence again. I also realized that the doctor is very understandable regarding schedule changes in case you need to adjust your appointment. This is a major factor for me when deciding which doctor to see because my work schedule can easily interfere with my doctors appointments. This doctor is passionate in his work and actively educates his patients. He also never fails to go out of his way to meet the needs and concerns of his patients. He is very positive and has thorough treatment. The doctor and is assistants were very friendly and made me feel welcomed.

When I arrived with bad tooth pain they took care of my situation quickly and in a timely manner with professionalism!!! Absolutely the best care!!!!!

The reception staff were extremely friendly. I was checked in, in a very short amount of time. Morgan was my hygienist. She was very thorough with my exam, but at the same time had me out in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly as well. I am definitely going back because of the thorough cleaning and the friendly staff...

Very nice/friendly staff! They did my cleaning and my 18 month olds cleaning. This was the least painful cleaning I have ever had and seemed to go by fast too! My daughter didnt cry when she got her teeth checked even though she was a little apprehensive. The lady who did her teeth was very kind and gentle!I also liked that the facility was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have been treated by many dentists since I am fifty years old, but Dr. Mester is without doubt, the best dentist I have ever had. He is skilled and an extremely caring professional. When he saw my first digital x-ray of my teeth he explained all that the picture revealed. He also accepted and worked within my Dental insurance guidelines so that I would pay for the treatment through my insurance. He is a pleasure to deal with both as a Dentist and as a person. This was another easy and efficient visit, with excellent and gentle care. Every visit is always friendly. This is the reason I will always make it for my appointments.

I live this place. They make sure to get you in as soon as possible. You dont wait long when you go in like they dont overbook. The dentist cares about his patients and so does all the staff. They remember my name and my husbands name. Of all the dentists I have gone to they are the best. Now if only we can get them to be open weekends for emergency only. But seriously love them.

I went to this dentistry for my first and second root canal. The receptionist and nurses were so nice and efficient. They get you checked in so quickly and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Mester performed 2 very comfortable and efficient root canals and sat 2 new crowns. The staff assured me that they stand behind their work and if needed alterations to the crowns, I could come back. I ended up coming in to get them shaped to fit my odd bite patterns. The other dentist that altered my crowns worked so well with me and listened to my situation. And even after I went home and had a few more changes I needed, they took me as a walkin a and fixed my problem and I was able to get back to job promptly! The survey asked me if I would recommend this dentistry to my friends and family and the answer is YES! YES! YES! They treat you with kindness and respect and they really stand by their work. I was very impressed with Dr. Mester. He is such a thorough dentist who kept on reassuring me . He kept on explaining to me what he was doing and what he thought as well as what he was looking for with the procedures he was carrying out. I have never felt so much at peace with a doctor like I felt that day. He was gentle with me and not judgmental despite my bad dental habits. He had explanations and answers which made me feel empowered and informed me about taking care of my teeth. The staff at the clinic were excellent and easy to talk to. I heartily recommend him to anyone who has suffered terror at the hands of a dentist.

I will never go back there again. I am grown and resent being treated like a child. My reminder card was addressed to my husband to make sure I rembered my appointment. When I called them on this I was told it was computer generated based on phone number, however the only phone number they had was mine not his. I found this to be highly insulting. As a grown woman surely I rate a reminder card addressed to me. I have never experienced this at any other dental office, or medical office. Medical and dental records are supposed to be private, even between spouses. My last name is Munoztorres due to marriage. But my first name did not disappear folks.

I have been seeing Dr. Mester for some time because of my horrible teeth problems and every visit has been very satisfying and informative. No wonder I have never moved to another dentist and I dont think I will. Each visit is always a delight to me. He also informed me on better dental care practices without being judgmental and critical of my poor dental hygiene. He even took the time to explain to me concerning my insurance benefits since I had no idea how insurance and my dental treatments would work. I would highly recommend him because he is a great doctor and he will always makeyou feel welcomed.
