Got all four of my wisdom teeth removed here about a month ago and the process couldn’t have gone any better. Dr. Sarna and the staff explained the whole procedure in detail and made sure I was comfortable and aware every step of the way. I had two upper wisdom teeth and two molars extracted on a Tuesday morning. Wednesday morning my mouth felt better than it had in years. No pain, minimal soreness. I would recommend Dr. Sarna for any tooth extraction. Also very professional with my insurance and estimated copay.

I loved this clinic!Erin at the front desk was an incredible help throughout all my paperwork/X-ray, and the nurse who took care of me the day of my surgery (didn’t get her name, sadly) was an absolute joy!It’s currently day 2 and I have little to no pain. My husband just got a bad tooth pulled on Tuesday. Our insurance did not cover anesthesia. So he went in (alone bc of covid) and got his tooth pulled. They numbed him up with local anesthetic and he swears he didnt feel a thing. He has since recovered for the most part and is very happy with the service provided. Ive never had any type of surgery before, not even oral. I came yesterday to have a wisdom tooth removed. The staff was extremely friendly and informative, and made me very comfortable. I dont have insurance, and they offer discounts for self pay which helped a ton! Definitely reccomend to anyone whos been nervous about getting a tooth removed.

Very friendly staff. They even had a baby changing table in the bathroom which is so thoughtful. An hour after getting ALL four of my wisdom teeth pulled I was able to eat Chinese noodles and donuts with little to no problems. Would definitely recommend.

Dr.Sarna and his staff are great. They took good care of me from my consultation of my wisdom teeth to my surgery. I was nervous because I have never had major had surgery in my mouth. Dr.Sarna and his staff made me feel really good once I got there and I must say they did a great job. It’s the day after I barley have any pain or swelling. Hopefully I don’t have to go back but if I do I know where I will be going. Thanks for making this process easy for me. They also believe in God and allowed me to pray before I loved that.

I’m on day 3 post surgery. Haven’t felt one bit of pain at all. I’ve put off having my wisdom teeth removed for 10 years. I honestly believe God knew that Dr. Sarna and his team were just what I needed! I’ve had a sense of peace from the moment I left my consultation knowing Dr. Sarna and his team knew exactly what they were doing. I was nervous about a nerve next to one of my teeth but Dr. Sarna wasn’t worried at all and that side of my mouth was the first side that had feeling come back to it after surgery. They seem to have a very full schedule, and that bodes well for them but poorly for us. We had to seek care elsewhere as a result. Sometimes dental care becomes very pressing too quickly to wait. Of course, the price for dental care is already high so the estimate was as expected.

This place is the best to go everyone is so nice and friendly. I had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed last week and the whole time they explained every thing they were doing at the time step by step told me what I would feel and made sure I was ok thru out. I called and they got me appointment in the fort Smith office today because I was still having discomfort and everything was good and made me feel at ease they everything was ok. I go next month to get the other 2 wisdom teeth out. Im so glad I have such a caring team on my side for my dental work

Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. Dr. Sarna and his team are amazing! I have never been put more at ease before, during, or after any dental procedure. I had all my wisdom teeth extracted, plus other damaged teeth due to the pressure of waiting so long. Seriously, if you are putting off getting any dental extractions done due to fear, DONT wait any longer.

Dr Hays is truly concerned with the whole patient. He made sure my mom was informed and at peace before my surgery, and checked on me the day before and the next couple days after to see how I was recovering. Hes an expert at his craft, and rightfully has an exceptional reputation among dentists and patients. Dr Hays is the epitome of an expert doctor.

I had a great experience with my orthognathic surgery through Half Moon OMS. The staff were always courteous and helpful. Dr. Sarna was efficient and informative, and he displayed a true enjoyment for his field of expertise. This type of procedure is a life-changing operation and you can tell that everyone associated with HM is constantly cognizant of that fact.Erin, the treatment coordinator, was tremendously efficient; she handled all of the insurance claims, coordinated medical paperwork from several different sources, and was able to advise me at every stage of the process. I would have been lost without her.The Half Moon team has been beyond supportive at every turn and I feel truly blessed to have been directed to them for my procedure. Not to mention, the surgery and subsequent recovery went better than expected and I am very pleased with the results.

Doc Hays and his team took great care of my issue.The Doc made short easy work of an extraction that another dentist said had to be surgically removed. They dont make Dentists like Ole Doc Hays anymore!And the front office​ Girls were awesome!

Had to have a tooth Extracted last week. The entire experience was wonderful. I have a fear of dentist but from the second I walked in Heather was wonderful. She was so sweet and her professionalism is by far the best. After Heather I was help by Jessica, once again a wonderful lady who was very nice and went thru every detail of the procedure with me. Dr. Sarna came in and introduced himself and numbed the area in my mouth by the tooth. Within 20 minutes the tooth was out and I have not a any problems. If I ever have any more dental problems I know where my first stop is going to be. Wonderful people here and I would recommend them to anyone!

Could not be more happy with my wisdom teeth surgery from Half Moon. They got all four out in under 30 minutes and kept me asleep the whole time. Ive hardly had any pain at all, and its been three days since the surgery. I feel pretty normal.Highly recommend!

8/10 Do not reccomend.Bad experience with staff. They made me reschedule my appointment two times because they got my times mixed up. Lady who talks on the phone is really rude and has a bit of an attitude. After my appointment nobody informed my wife on what to do after my surgery or when I could eat again. Overall bad experience and a very unprofessional place.

Let me preface this with a bit of boldfaced honesty that Im sure will shock and awe: I am utterly afraid of the dentist. I hate them. Its not their fault, its just the whole notion of tending to our outside bones freaks me out.While Dr. Hays isnt a miracle worker able to cure fears instilled in me from childhood trauma involving many an animated depiction of a dentist, he is about the kindest and most well-staffed person in this profession Ive ever encountered. I called out of the blue in blind hope that MAYBE, they could fit me in next week and I could go to the ER for some relief from the blinding pain. But literally within thirty minutes of calling, I was sitting in the lobby, filling out paperwork, preparing to get the tooth that had been causing me blinding pain for the last few days the h-e-double-hockey-sticks out of my head. And then some. I have a terrible mouth, through a mix of genetic misfortune coupled with copious amounts of chemotherapy making them weak and brittle. I never felt like i had committed a crime unto dentistry by having the teeth I do in Dr. Hayss office. His staff was patient as I called them multiple times circling colt square stupidly trying to find a building that was another 500 feet down green acres, and unbelievably warm and inviting when I finally walked through the door. Normally dentists visits leave me racked with anxiety. All i felt upon leaving Dr. Hays was relief.Thank you all, you wonderful soldiers of outside bones.

I absolutely give this place a 5 star the staff/nurse was amazing and super nice and the surgeon was very very nice and explained everything to me and didnt acted at all that any of my questions was stupid or anything.. I am very very pleased and will recommend this place to everyone I meet!!!

Very unprofessional, wish I had chosen a different place. If you go here make sure you know your exact Height and weight. They wont weigh you before administering anesthesia. I went here to have my wisdom teeth Removed. I was given too much and half my face was paralyzed for a day. They didnt tell me that was a possibility beforehand. I couldnt blink or move one side of my face- had to sleep with an eyepatch. After the surgery, the staff did not tell me what had happened to my face so later my mother and I were freaking out. We called the office in a panic. they couldnt say how long the effect would last. ( Bells palsy can last Weeks to months in some cases) Also instead of being apologetic about the situation, the nurse was so rude over the phone. To anyone going here... good luck.

I dont know how the dentist are but i was told appoinment was first friday in December because of my work schedual i can only come in on mondays or fridays i waited for two months . Today came and they said i wasnt on the schedual the lady said for some reason it was never scheduled and that there was a note saying mondays or fridays so i asked her to reschedule me she then says i have tuesday available what part of mondays or Fridays does she not understand they need new office people. Somewhere else will have my business .

I had a molar extracted and Dr. Sarna. He and his workers at the clinic in Fayetteville are Great! I definitely recommend him to anyone that needs oral surgery.
