Awesome experience. I didnt have all that good experience with the one on Reaford Rd. But this one in HopeMills is phenomenal. The staff were so friendly. I needed a tooth pulled that had been hurting me all weekend and they got me in immediately. Was reasonable price. I have insurance so it was excellent. My Dentist and the nurse were so friendly and caring. And the receptionist was too. Everyone in there were. I highly recommend them.

Today was my first visit with Dental works and I had a great experience.After I checked in with the receptionist, I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called to do my X-rays. Than I spoke to the dentist about a treatment plan and he gave me some options and took the time to answer all my questions. Than I talked to the dental hygienist which made me feel very comfortable.I will be returning here. And encourage others to give them a try.

The staff at Dental Works were amazing. They got us in within 24 hours and were super friendly. They explained all of the treatment plan an great detail. They got our follow up for the next day and we are super satisfied.

I have high anxiety when it comes to dental work. The doctor (Forbes) and hygienist (Catherine?) made me feel so at ease. I will definitely be coming back and will transition my family to this clinic. Like I told the staff when I left that evening, it was the best experience I ever had at a dental office.

Fast service friendly friendly staff great doctor you put up a great plan for me. I went in with pain in my lower mouth and he said I have infection in my gums which is causing pain in my tooth the only problem I have is I didnt get no antibiotic I didnt get anything to help stop the hurting. No compassion in trying to help me get rid of my infections and the pain in my mouth.

I just started my treatment plan about a couple of weeks ago. I love this office! From the first phone call, to reception, to my fill ins - the ENTIRE staff was friendly, comfortable, and accommodating. Dr. Sherrod performed an extraction and was so quick and efficient. I was super nervous but her and her team made it so easy. I was in and out in less than an hour. Finishing my treatment plan Thursday and hopefully getting to schedule my braces soon after. Thank you guys so much!

They are not flexible for the patients with tight work schedules. When I first scheduled the appt they told me 5:30 and when I received the email it was for 5:00. I called to get clarification and the receptionist told me she doesn’t know why they scheduled at 5:30 because they can not do it at the 5:30 time. I settled for the 5:00 and told them I would need the grace period due to work. I was a minute past the grace period to be seen. I had a 5:00 appt as well as another patient and we were both late. She was seen and I was not. So there were 2 5:00 appts booked which makes it seem as if someone would have not been seen regardless. I told the receptionist that I was coming from a pretty good distance but I did not think a minute beyond the grace period was unreasonable. I will no longer give my business here due to them being so unreasonable to their patient’s time and needs. I was also expecting a call back from them months ago since I missed my cleaning due to Covid. Of course I never received any phone call or email about making it up.

Great experience with the staff. I appreciated the well thought out plan during this time of a pandemic. When you arrive for your appointment you are asked to complete your required paperwork and return to your vehicle. Upon completion of any paperwork, you are asked to contact the office. At that time, the office informs you that someone will contact you via text or call when the office is ready for you to come into the office.I appreciate their plan, you can tell that this office is concerned for the well-being of their patients and staff. Once you are contacted by phone to come in for your appointment, you are asked to sanitize your hands and a temperature check is obtained.Thanks for caring for your patients and staff by continuing to help fight off the community spread of COVID-19. As a fellow healthcare provider and patient, I appreciate your efforts!

Awesome place, affordable, friendly staff, and great dentist and orthodontist. I feel like family there!

My daughter got her braces put on here. We paid up front and now they charge us $10 for every visit using COVID as the excuse. No other doctor or dentist offices charge extra... Also, every time I call to schedule her for an appointment no one can help us. We either “call on the wrong day” or now they say they have a different system and can’t schedule orthodontic appointments.... They had no problem taking thousands of dollars to put braces on though.

I just had my first visit and knew I knew I need a lot of work done. I was give a thorough exam, I was told what needed to be done in prioritized order, what my insurance will pay and what my out of pocket will be. I was very impressed with all that I came in contact with and feel that I am in very good hands. I highly recommend them!

The administrative staff was very professional and helpful explaining the details of my treatment pay plan... The Dentist and Dental Techs were very knowledgeable and caring about me getting the right treatment plan for the health of my mouth and not just about making a dollar.

We just moved to the area and were looking for a new dentist, so I looked them up online and booked an appointment. As a new patient, I was able to schedule an appointment and have dental work done the very same day. They are thorough, professional and very welcoming. Professional, informative, all around great staff! Insurance hadn’t kicked in yet,and I had to have a molar removed. My comfort during the procedure was priority. DDS Sherrod did a wonderful job and I’m healing wonderfully. The best part is they didn’t kick me in the pocket for not having insurance!

Superior staff and service. I had been looking for a new dentist for a while. Being my last one failed miserably. DentalWorks suits all of my dental needs perfectly. If you need a dentist that will make you feel as if customer service is paramount, then DentalWorks is where you need to be.

I was able to get an appointment quickly even though I had not been a previous patient and everybody was very professional and courteous.

I paid approx $500. for partials in January; its now the end of April and they still have not given me the partials. When I call they really dont check but brush me off. I said either give me my partials or a refund. I have never heard of this happening in a dental. On top of that I needed a chipped tooth polished and they did the wrong toot. My tooth had a chip that needed to be polished down to get rid of the discomfort and they polished down the wrong tooth that had nothing wrong with it. When this is over I will not go back to then EVER. No I dont recommend the trouble.

I got my teeth cleaned yesterday by Angie. She was wonderful and very accurate. She gave me great oral hygiene information and was very thorough with my cleaning. She has a lot of knowledge. I had Dr Kulhari and she was phenomenal and very personable. I like being part of the cavity free club! You two rock! Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and reassuring me I’m doing a good job on my at home care.

All the employees here are just so so nice! They made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the second I walked in. They also make sure to give you the procedures you need ASAP and take great care in their job! I will definitely be coming back everytime I need a dentist!

#Absolutely the worst dental care in town! Run Forest run! A simple tooth extraction turned into $3k bill at the oral surgeon, a root tip left at extraction site and a chipped tooth lodged in my sinus cavity! When confronted, I was told I signed a consent form. They absolutely do not stand behind their work! #patientsbeware

Friendly staff, clean, professional! My appointment was for 5:30 at HM office, and was seen earlier. Carla my Hygienist was great, as was the assist...(don’t recall her name, blonde girl). Exam was done by Dr Forbes, also outstanding! Very impressed with each visit I’ve had! Keep up the great work you all do!!!

Went for trays. Fast , good and cheap .The I lost one an they replaced it for 50 buck in 2 days .

Staff and doctors were courteous, personable, and professional. The office was neat and clean. They offer coffee and water for their patients. I highly recommend this facility if you live in close proximity to this location.

They were gentle with me and tried to genuinely approach me in a way that met my needs. I was pleasantly surprised. The difference between this office and other offices Ive been to in the past is that I felt comfortable and cared for and didnt feel like I was part of a conveyor belt of patients. They were efficient, but not slow; and I came away knowing exactly what I needed to pay and what to expect. I went to Dental Works in Hope Mills for the first time ever, and everyone there treated me like I was important. They didnt treat me like I was just a number. The dental hygienist there treated me like like I was her family member. The guy doctor who examined me was professional, oh and he was awesome. EVERYONE there was so nice and professional. I will always go here. Visited there Wednesday at 5pm 1/30/2019.

Dentist seemed uncaring. Dentist had a difficult time numbing my tooth so dentist kept causing me pain and was frustrated. As a result my tooth hurt for a month before the pain finally went away.

You’ll take time to make it to the appointment and the hygienist would sit there for 5 minutes cleaning your teeth. What magic hands could finish cleaning in 5 minutes?? Find other dentist office worth your money and time!

They seem to have a doctor problem there. Came in for an appointment, had a short wait. The x-rays and cleaning went great. Sat waiting for 45 minutes on the doctor for the final exam. He/she never showed up and I was only checked on and told sorry after about 40 minutes. I walked out. This was their 2nd chance too. On my last visit 6 months ago, there wasnt even a doctor there that day. They had to borrow one from another location. My time is valuable too and if Im paying for a service, I expect more.

They were able to fit me in on an emergent basis. Relieved the pain I was in as well as create a ling term plan for my dental health. But for me the biggest thing was no judgement. They didnt once look down on me and say I should have been doing this or that just helped me plan to be better.

I have been going to dental works for years . When my insurance changed I was told they no longer took my insurance I was very disappointed to leave ;( I started going to a new dentist getting my teeth cleaned but never had work done yet . Well Friday I realized something horrible was wrong with my back molar on top and it was killing me and very swollen . My new dentist was closed for a meeting the office girl said someone on call would call me right away...yea ok 3 hours later NO call . By then I Called DENTAL WORKS IN HOPE MILLS and they indeed took my new insurance THEY FIT ME RIGHT IN ! When the doctor and dental assistant saw how much pain I was in they immediately started numbing me up until we decided which way I was going with the tooth. I am VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE FRONT DESK ALL THE WAY TO MY DOCTOR ! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful to me and explained everything ahead of time. I will NOT be going anywhere else to get my teeth cleaned or worked on but DENTAL WORKS IN HOPE MILLS from now on !THANK YOU DENTAL WORKS FOR YOUR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION TO YOUR PATIENTS!

The dentist and his staff worked tirelessly for over 5 & 1/2 hours to put 2 bridges on for me, something I’ve waited years for, to fix my smile line. They worked through their lunch hours, and stayed later than they were scheduled to make sure I had what I needed that day. They had great attitudes, were funny and cheerful, and mindful of my anxiety during the process. Cannot speak highly enough of these people. Will be going here for all my dental needs!

I had a dental appointment yesterday, it only took the hygienist 13 minutes total cleaning my teeth that includes fluoride treatment and without the flossing. she stated that I took good care of my teeth, however I didn’t feel like my teeth were properly cleaned. I asked the dentist “ Is it possible that cleaning only takes 10 minutes?” she said “ are you surprised? or impressed?” I am confused! I didn’t feel the satisfaction of having a clean teeth after my dental appointment. I asked the staff for the name of my hygienist, they said she’ not a regular staff, they did give me her name (Jamie?) Im hoping that Iwas not part of her quota for the day and she is not getting paid by how many teeth/ person she cleaned. I was dissatisfied! The staff was great except I didn’t feel like she did a good job cleaning my teeth!

I do agree that the staff was friendly but my experience was disappointing I will think twice before coming back, I’m not one to complain very much but the lack of privacy was very concerning, hygiene practices was nowhere near what I expected. I left praying I did not get the coronavirus from my experience doing my visit.
