I normally hate everything about the dentist and have had so many bad experiences at other places, but I absolutely love this place. The office is so beautiful and the ladies at the front desk is very welcoming. Dr.Bryan took great care of me and made sure I understood everything that was going on. This is definitely a great office with an amazing staff.

I went to this office as a new patient a couple months ago and I was extremely nervous, (dental anxiety). Everyone was great and assured me I would be ok, from the assistant taking my x-rays all the way to the doctor coming in and talking with me. Everyone was pleasantly patient. When I left I felt a whole lot better and Im pleased to be a such a great office.

I love this place! The dentists were very friendly and they made a way for me to get seen sooner than my scheduled time. The front office staff and the whole dentist staff overall are very welcoming. Plus I had three of my wisdom teeth pulled out within 30 minutes and the recovery process was great. These people truly are gifted at their job. And I will definitely be back again!

What has happened with this place? My appointment was scheduled for 1pm, I arrived at 12:55pm. I sat in the waiting area until 1:30pm and no one called me back so I left!! I normally give a 15 minute grace period but waiting 30 minutes with no update or nothing is just ridiculous!! I definitely won’t be going back to this dump!!

These young ladies go over and beyond and help people Dr Wrights assistant is a very intelligent young lady and she really takes her time and explains whats going on and if you dont understand she will sit there until you understand and I love these women now I did however go under a major stress attack and could not get my surgery done at Dr Wrights Fayetteville smile office but that was okay because they sent me to nothing but the best orthodontist so yeah rise these reviews up cuz these ladies are the bomb they take great care of you

Tried to get my insurance verified and the office was unable despite having the same information I used to get verification. I called the office to ask them to retry and they refused. Verify poor customer service, only one doctor on duty had a 9:30 appt was not seen until 10:20. They have issues, not recommending this office.

Nothing about this place is “professional” from the so called “office manager” who seems to be clueless on everything to the “owner” Jelana Bryant. I found out later that this is a corporation based of out California. She will act nice upon your first visit but that’s just to get you comfortable enough to let your guard down. She will say that you need work that you don’t. They will overcharge you especially if you have insurance. I had an issue where my insurance was added but I was told it wasn’t. I paid out of pocket and then received a explanation from my insurance which showed I should’ve paid less. Upon contacting them I was told I would receive a call to rectify, which never happened. I called continuously only to be put on hold. I brought this up to the dentist and she acted as if she would help but nothing changed after that and I’m still waiting for a refund. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR OFFICE. Seek a private dentist that will have your best interest at heart

I will start off by saying I’m very afraid of the dentist but needed to go. I switched dentist offices and decided to go with them because I need braces. My old dentist does not do braces. I knew I needed one fill in before getting braces.The experience started off fine. I explained my fear. The dental hygienist was beyond unprofessional. After flinching 2 times. She pulled my stuff off and left. I was beyond numb. Literally slobbing because my mouth is so numb, I literally walked out to the desk and demanded to speak to someone.They found me another hygienist. She did my cleaning and did it well but I was beyond shocked at the $1000 plus charges they quoted me for a fill in and crown. I kept saying but why do I need a crown.I tried to like them but I’ll be returning to my other dentist.

First off let me begin that this practice is EXTREMELY Unprofessional…Jelana Bryant the dentist did some fillings on my teeth a couple months back, yet when I drink anything cold my tooth was in pain…I went back to let her check tooth out..She told me put on glasses and open my mouth ..She begin drilling in my tooth with no meds to numb from pain she just drilled ..She was very aggressive and harsh when in my mouth ..When I inquired about what she was doing and tried to give more info about what was going on with my tooth.She stated she’s the dentist and I’m not ..so I got up to leave ,she lunged towards me and tried to pull glasses off face almost physically assaulting me and screamed to get out of her office because I’m always complaining..The police had to be called on her..She’s seems to be very unstable, angry ,hostile and has a temper..Please be cautious when using this dentist..Also be aware of Tina,she does the billing and will charge you and your insurance for services that have yet to be rendered…This office is ghetto and they are Scammers…Beware…you may be physically attacked if you question or upset this Jelana Bryant.

This place is amazing. I loved my experience and I loved the staff. They made my feel uplifted and happy even when I was feeling down. My mother passed away last week and when asked how my day was I told them i was feeling down. They were able to up life me. I had a long talk with Ms. Alize who shared their team was here for me. I’m so thankful to have returned here. We worked out a plan to save my teeth as well. I wasn’t judged even through I haven’t been in a while. They really made my day.

Find another dentist!! Very unprofessional! I went five months ago to have dental work done. They advised me that within a couple of days someone would schedule my extractions etc by surgeon. No call for over a month. I called to find out what the issue was and they assured me they’d take care of it. A month later they called to say I already had this exact procedure done already and I advised that my X-rays prove different. She advised she would resubmit so I could get my procedure done. Another month went by.. I called and asked if they couldn’t do the procedure then refund my deposit of almost $700 so I could go elsewhere. The person said they would get me scheduled. Weeks passed .. I called again.. the young lady had someone to call me back. A very rude and unprofessional lady called me stating I advised the dentist I did not want the procedure done and I’m advising that is not correct however the lady kept over talking me and said she has to do what the dentist advised and assured I would get a full refund mailed to me immediately. It has been almost 30 days and STILL no refund!!!! PLEASE FIND YOU ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE!!!!

Very professional and courteous. I switched from Great Expressions (GE) to Fayetteville Smiles and Ive saved a significant amount of money and have not had a periodontal cleaning since switching over. I recognize that all Dentists are not the same, but I take care of my teeth pretty well, so I was always surprised when GE always said I needed a periodontal cleaning, and it was pricey.Ive never been surprised about cost as they are very detailed in their explanations and let you know the cost before a procedure is started.I love this dentist and my husband likes it as well.

I already have a fear of going to the dentist, because of having to frequently go when I was younger.Well, the front office women were very pleasant and nice.The staff that I encountered were very nice and easy to talk to,which made me less tense..I am glad I have found my forever dentist office.

The actual work they did was great. I will say they were definitely considerate to my level of sensitivity. This was probably the only good part of my experience. Their prices are pretty steep and I dont think Ive ever had such a terrible experience with billing then with this place between them taking out double payments or just not answering the phone at all to allow me to a pay my bill. I know they go through a 3rd party for billing so i feel like there should be easier options than having to wait 10+ min on the phone to pay my bill. As Im writing this I am still on hold and have yet to be greeted by an actual person ( scratch that a person came on the line only to transfer me to a voicemail!!!) . Last thing I will say is their hours dont make it convenient for those who work a regular 9-5 job since they dont service on weekends. My advice would be to find a different place to go for Dentistry.

I am extremely satisfied with this office. I have searched high and low for exceptional customer service and now I have a permanent office. The hygienist, Dentist, and Orthodontist were very informational and made me feel comfortable. They all exemplified wonderful customer service from the moment of check-in throughout my services and even at check out. I would like to personally thank the staff for giving me such a pleasant experience.

This was not my regular dentist office but I was/am in excruciating pain and they were able to see me quickly. The office is clean and uses state of the art equipment. The staff is really nice and the dentist Ashley Wright, did a great job of explaining everything to me and giving me options. I think I found my new dentist!

I hate coming to the dentist with everything in me. But...but it was actually a great time. I know that sounds weird. The staff was very professional and engaging I almost forgot I was at the dentist. I actually look forward to coming back in 6 months. Ms. Brian was amazing. Anyone leaving less that 4-5 stars are just bitter if you ask me. The office is clean and the staff was very nice. I definitely recommend at least coming in and getting a cleaning.

Very unorganized...the staff up front are very rudeI made an appointment there in December called them January 5th to confirm to make sure I had the appointment also discussed my insurance with one of their staff members came to my appointment and they claim an appointment was never made...I showed them my call log showing I was on the phone with one of their staff to prove my point it was just to much

Dr. Ashley Wright was the best! I had a filling, which is always a horrible experience for me. She made sure I was pain free and actually cared about my concerns. The team was also great. I had a great experience.

I usually hate the dentist and have had bad experiences elsewhere, but I love coming to Fayetteville Smiles!! First I walked in and the price for three fillings was $35 less than I was quoted a month ago. Dr. Bryan took great care of me and made me feel so comfortable, answering any questions I had and walking me through the whole process, telling me what she was going to do before she went forward. I am so happy to say that I am not afraid of the dentist anymore and trust Dr. Bryan and the team at Fayetteville Smiles with MY SMILE! 😁

I had my dentist appointment on Tuesday 04/24/18. The office was so beautiful and the receptionist was very welcoming. I truly enjoyed my experience at this office. BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE AND TEAM. I had a white lady clean my teeth , (Omg that sounds so bad sorry)I wish I got her name but my mind was out of it . She was so awesome! I love how professional and caring she was. She did such a great job with my cleaning. I hate the dentist and she made me so comfortable. I was literally in tears because of how kind ,knowledgeable, and just over all the quality of my experience there was. Dr. Preston-Hill is the best dentist I have ever had. The transparency and knowledge she provided me during my visits has inspired to tell all my family how important teeth cleanliness is. I cant wait for my f/u visit. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

I cannot say enough good things about this dental office! Dr. Preston-Hill and her staff were courteous and professional. The facility is state of the art and Dr. Preston-Hill goes over and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Both my daughter and I had a very pleasant experience!

Dentist offices always scare me but at this office I feel at home . Dr.Bryan is absolutely amazing!!! I always come out with a smile. I recommend this dentist to everyone. I promise you will never be disappointed!

I first went for an extraction and had to come back because a piece of tooth was still in my gums leaving me in so much pain . Later came to make an appointment to see the orthodontist and appointment was canceled three times because of different reasons that the orthodontist couldn’t see me ! Just find some places else to go !

Avoided going to the dentist for a year thinking I couldnt afford it, cavity turned into a rotten mess. Went into the dentist because I couldnt stand the pain any more. I was pleasantly surprised to realized this dentist office is affordable offering good customer service and dental treatment. The only bad thing I have to say is it took all day for my root canal but I guess thats my fault for letting it go so long.

Dont go. I was given a crow Im not really sure I needed in hindsight. Then I was told I needed a root canal. Upon going to get it done (at a place not recommended by them 🤔), I was told I didnt need one. Now, less than five years later the crown needs to be replaced.

I visited Fayetteville Smile back in December and I must say that my experience was a 10 out of 10. Dr. Preston was so pleasant, along with all of her staff. Every cleaning chair has a flat screen TV and you are even given a hot blanket straight out the dryer. Going to the dentist doesnt get any better than that.

Great experience with my visit to the Fayetteville Smiles Dental Office. I was referred by a friend based on the great reviews that she saw about this office. The staff was courteous and very professional. The office was clean and they had all the top notch technology to do my x-rays. I was seen by Dr. Marable and Yolonda the dental assistant. Big shout out to Carla Wood who was my hygienist. She did an awesome with my cleaning. Top notch service!!Thanks for the great service. Much appreciated!!

DO NOT GO HERE especially for then for the $59 special. It clearly states outside $59 for a cleaning and X-ray. What they dont tell you is that you have to qualify for the cleaning otherwise your paying $59 just for X-Ray, which is pointless.They fail to mention it over the phone and even before you go to pay, they simply sit you down and say it will $300 to get a cleaning. Dont waste your time and go to a dentist office that will be honest in what treatment you will be getting for your money.

Beware: The prices and staff are very misleading and have many hidden fees. I believe that they mostly care about how much money they have coming in and could careless about the patients overall well being. The only reason why I gave them two stars is because I had a root canal done and the procedure went well.

If you ever need dentures, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GO HERE!! They are horrible! My friend purchased dentures here and her teeth that are supposed to be your 2 front teeth are to the side of her mouth, almost to the back. So her front teeth are actually on the side of her mouth. They didnt want to fix this, but only wanted to charge her again for new ones but discount them. They are more concerned with getting your money instead of having a satisfied customer. So please, do not waste your time and money here!! They suck, totally!!

I cant feel my face when Im with them.......but I loooove it! LolOK, I am 47 years old and have had plenty of dental work done and this place is far and above the best. I didnt feel a thing, not even the needle pinch that I was supposed to feel while being numbed. Great staff, great chair side manner in a very clean facility with modern equipment. Heck I even had a TV and remote while being treated. I would definitely recommend this dental office!

Extremely impressed by the professionalism of the team went in a week before for x-rays and consultation a week later had my wisdom teeth removed as well as other teeth. Recently came in July 6th to have them removed three days later no pain. Even during the surgery no pain. I avoided going to the dentist for years but I appreciate this office. Especially the oral surgeon nicely done. I was not even put to sleep just had laughing gas and numbing. Im pleased with the update technology and all of the staff including the receptionist.

I wish I had!!!This morning I went to Fayetteville Smiles, where I arrived at 7:55 a.m. and waited in my car for over an hour for an eight a.m clock appointment. It turns out the office did not actually open until 10 a.m. and the staff made an error in assigning the appointment. This was the second negative experience I had with the office (the first was difficulty in getting them to be clear on pricing). However, the staff was sincerely apologetic (even giving me a $25 Panera gift card), and I wanted to give the practice a chance. Its convenient to where I live, I needed emergency dental care (root canals), and I had a later appointment this afternoon for my daughter.This afternoon I returned to the office because Id scheduled teeth extractions for my eleven-year old daughter. Dr. Preston-Hill refused to do the extractions unless I paid $74 to have my daughters teeth cleaned. I was not told when I made the appointment via phone that this was a condition for extraction. I told her about my frustration with the poor communication from your office. She was quite defensive, but ultimately said that she would do the extractions today so long as I scheduled a cleaning for a later time. I said I would. She then left the examination room and upon return repeated that she would not do the extractions without the cleaning first. I left.My first visit at the office had been positive, and the location is so convenient that I wanted to give it a chance. Before today, I had a friend who, at my suggestion, visited the office. She said that she felt the prices were bait and switch, so she canceled her appointment. I wish Id listened to her before returning. I fully regret ever recommending the office to anyone; that will not happen again.This morning, as I sat in the office, a patient asked me, unsolicited, about my experience with the office. When I explained my difficulties, she told me that she was unhappy with what she saw as bait and switch tactics with the My Smile Plan. She said that she was going to seek another dentist.For the record, I had a good experience with Dr. Chinchilla and will be returning to finish my work with him. I will not return for dental care. I will also be contacting social media and the Better Business Bureau. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have spent thousands of dollars at this office (I had two root canals today, and last year I signed up for the My Smile Plan). The lack of professionalism at Fayetteville Smiles is unacceptable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

From stary to finish the customer service reps, techs and hygienist are the best. Very knowledgeable staff.

Edited and updated from previous review below...things got worse over time...mind you I was with them for 4 or 5 years...so I am editing my review to say that I did change dentists NOT because of the dentist herself but because of the support staff. The support staff are impatient at the front desk and the hygienist is rough and impatient herself. She doesnt apologize for hurting you either while cleaning your teeth. So I switched to a dentist where I get consistent service from the front desk, to the hygienist and the dentist. The dentist actually gets 5 star reviews from everyone. They are kind and gentle. They are located in Stockbridge...its a family dentistry with rave reviews!It sounds like the negative reviews come into play when you DONT have dental insurance. I have dental insurance and they have ALWAYS been up front with what my insurance covers as well as what it does not cover. They always gave me the opportunity to say yes or no to services. Never had a bait and switch pulled on me. I love the professionalism of the office, they see me on time, and have me out within the hour. I love this dentist and I am very glad that I gave them a try. Of course I have dental insurance that I personally pay for out of pocket through the healthcare marketplace which I would say is the best route to go. I would personally never see a health provider without health/dental insurance as the costs are just normally higher. Also the complaints about needing teeth cleansed is normal especially if you have not seen the dentist in years, you are due for what they call a deep cleaning. I say if you have coverage then go see them. Otherwise, yes I could see how paying out of pocket can be steep.I have been to their office 3xs in the past year and a half and Ive had no problems. I have had 3 cleanings and one filling. I dont plan on changing dentists anytime soon.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have no idea about the dentist because I wasnt able to see one yesterday, 6.8.17. I made my appt a week before, because I have pain in two teeth. The appt was at 3 pm. Yes it is important to be on time for appts, but I got there at 3:12 because of traffic.Two staff in the front, 1 on the phone with business, the other with a customer, and then 1 customer sitting and waiting to be called back. No one else present. I stood there for SEVERAL minutes before the one on the phone said we will be with you in a few min. I waited. The one with the customer ( who had her whiney baby at the front desk next to her crying), finally finished with the customer. So its my turn.This chic tells me that I cant be seen because its after the 15 min grace period. Im like wait, not only have I been standing here for several min already, but what time is it? This little girl with the crying baby says its 3:17. Proceeds to tell me that I can get another appt set, that the dentist already started working on someone else. I ask the little girl if she could go tell the dentist that I have tooth pain, can he see me. She says he already came up here and asked were you here and since you werent he took someone else.Let me tell you the customer sitting and waiting was called back while I was there. Of course I dont know if that was the patient or not, but for me to not be seen over two min that shouldnt count because I stood there for at least 5, is ridiculous. A potential patient presenting with tooth pain who had an appt couldnt be seen? And you also claim you do Walk ins, thats clearly a lie. So of course they wont get my business ever, but I advise other potential new pts to go elsewhere too. If your front staff is this unprofessional and unkind, then the dentists probably are too. The front staff should be a reflection of the dentist.

Their office misleds you into thinking a cleaning is included in the special, it is not even even though it advertised on their website and window. The staff should be ashamed to be fooling their customers this way.. Do not waste your time at this dishonest buisness.

Not a good front desk service experience already so I trust my extinction of this place and all the bad reviews here telling you something so I decided to stay away from this place even though its the closest to me.
