Dr. Ruff is very gentle and kind as well as being a swonderful dentist.I chipped my front tooth and she did an excellent job restoring it. I arrived to the dentist on time and I was received as always welcomingly. I waited in the waiting area very briefly, then the nurse ushered me to the back for examination. Great Dental office, but you BETTER NOT MISS 1 APPOINTMENT because they will make you PAY EVERYTHING UP FRONT the next time you try and go there. I really loved Dr Ruff she is so caring and great, but I will now have to find another dentist. I have referred a lot of people to her ,but now I will let all of them know that they better not miss an appointment or they will have to pay. IF I HAD THE MONEY TO PAY UP FRONT I WOULD NOT CARRY 2 TYPES OF DENTAL INSURANCE.

I was kept comfortable during the procedure & my wife was updated frequently. Everything was explained in detail and I was constantly monitored by her expert staff. Dr. Ruff has crowned all my molars (because I disregard her advise to use a mouth guard when I sleep). She does a careful job and keeps me comfy. All my crowns are strong, attractive, and perfectly fitted. Ms. Copper does a great job keeping my teeth clean. I highly recommend Ascot.

Dr. Ruff is amazing and her staff lives up to her high standards of patient care as diligently as Dr. Ruff. Her benefits coordinator worked with me to make the best use of my dental insurance benefits and her administrative staff are always courteous and efficient. Dr. Ruff has personally called me after each major procedure to ensure that I was doing well and didnt have any post procedure complications. Thats a level of patient care that I had not expected before I started seeing Dr. Ruff, but have always appreciated since shes been my dentist. She is very concerned with patient comfort and offers sedation as an alternative to traditional local anesthesia. Her work is dental artistry and getting a warm paraffin dip while I get my teeth cleaned doesnt hurt either. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Ruff and her staff for any level of dental care. I wouldnt see anyone else.

I read the reviews before going and didnt believe them. After going to my apt I can honestly say that Ive never been to a more comfortable and hospitable dentist office. While talking with the dentist I didnt receive the usual brush like this, floss like this, have a nice day conversation. She spoke with me in a relaxed, not rushed way. I never thought Id say it but I look forward to my next appointment!

I have had several appointments recently, the most recent the cementation of a crown LR for a premolar where the previous crown failed. I needed only a minimal amount of local anesthetic there , the procedure went smoothly, the bite and contacts Dr. Angela adjusted to perfection, the crown cemented, and the follow up radiograph showed no remaining cement under the gum and a perfect fit. I feels and looks fantastic. About two months ago she placed six beautiful crowns for my lower anterior teeth. These are the teeth people see when I talk and they have that Hollywood look. I certainly do not mind that they make me look younger. Sincere thanks to you Dr. Angela.I had another appointment Apr 30, 2020 for cementation of three upper anterior crowns. I needed local anesthetic for the treatment and with the topical anesthetic and nitrous I could barely feel the numbing. I cant believe how much better my smile is now, not only looks terrific, my mouth feels that way also. Thank you Dr. Angela.

I had a great experience at the ascot Denis they did a very wonderful job they were very professional I had three teeth extracted and Im feeling pretty good I think it was a great job as I talk it was just hours ago I was able to come home had me a little bowl of soup taking my medication and very little pain I think that this been the best dental experience I have experience and Im 65 years old I cant way to recover and go and get the other teeth taken care of I will highly recommend ascot anesthetic implant dentist to anyone who have need and we all do I Thank them very much.

6-26-2018 I visited Ascot Dentistry to restore a broken tooth crown.The service I received was at the optimum level I always experience there. The Dentist, Dr.Angela Ruff and assistants Alia, Waynette and Sherry are extremely courteous and professional in all regards!! There attention to detail and precision on dental services displayed their commitment to providing patient care at the highest degree. Their negotiations skills surfaced in their administrative filings with both my Dental Insurance Plans. This resulted in me paying only $23 out-of-pocket for a $1047 gold crown!! I left there completely satisfied and overly impressed with how well the staff cooperates with one another.
