I had a horrible experience trying to get seen here for a chemo-restaging. They are not accommodating. My current doctor put in a CT request, even though I said I didnt want to be seen here, and almost a month later they finally contacted me with an appointment. No thanks. Who does that? Guess they pick and choose who they will contact. I stand by my decision to skip this fiasco facility!

I had a X-ray done here around a year ago, never received a bill. Until I receive a bill from collections, I’m more then willing to pay this bill, but to be sent from collections??? When I have never received a bill prior is ridiculous. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have been contacted before getting collections involve. All this to pay off a 50 dollar bill? Now I have to see what this does to my credit. Mail me my bill first! Terrible headache I had to indoor to fix this, terrible to think about people who actually have big bills and are trying to pay, if I’m treated like this with a small 50 dollar bill. Contact people first, the office ladies were very nice though.

I was very disappointed not only as a new mother but as a medical professional to be told on the phone that its a HIPAA violation to record my ultrasound or video chat my husband so he could be a part of the experience. Not only is that FALSE but completely negligent for a medical office to not tell their clients the TRUTH and how HIPAA protects you from EMPLOYEES of the clinic/hospital from recording visits or looking at your info when they are not your provider. As the client/patient I am allowed and within my rights to record and share my info with whoever I wish. And for you to let your staff argue with me about it is awful, let alone taking my husbands ability to participate in being a parent away from him. Shameful.

I got an x-ray in Dec 2019 and never got the bill until collection agency sent me a bill in June of 2020. They never billed my insurance company, never contacted me. I had to pay the bill in order to protect my credit and they would not work with my insurance company because time expired.

As with all things theres the good and the not so good. Dr. Amster and the others who work in the Pain Clinic are exceptional. Along with the Neuro department and x-ray and MRI group. The not so good for me at least is the same day surgery unit at the hospital. I prefer the surgery center in Vacaville.

Their schedule was pretty convenient for me, I was seen on a Saturday and the staff was very friendly. The MRI Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Nothing to do with imaging service but their billing is terrible! My son broke his ankle and as everyone knows there are a mountain of bills that need to be dealt with. In the mix I must have overlooked a $72 bill from these guys and of course they immediately sent it to collections and it ended up on my credit report! I have excellent credit but now I get to go through the hassle of getting this removed! All for a $72 charge! Me and my family have had other services with these guys and there has never been a problem with payment so just shows that there is no customer service involved, everyone is just a number. Also, when calling their accounting department expect to be on hold for a long time and be dealt with strictly as a number!

Every time I come here three pregnancies I come at my scheduled time....and they don’t see me until 30 minutes later because everyone is at lunch please start taking into consideration that people are pregnant and holding your bladder for an hour and then additional time hurts like hell. Your staff is inconsiderate always! Three pregnancies and the same treatment......why schedule an appointment if your staff is on lunch ???

I got an alert from a credit monitoring service that I was sent to collections over a $40 bill!?! I promptly called Fairfeild Solano Diagnostics Imaging and inquired about the bill. The representative started prattling off dates bills were sent out; I asked her the address she sent them to and she said 2500 XXXXX St. I informed her I lived at 2250 XXXX st, so they had the wrong address on file. Considering I presented a legal ID with the correct address at the time of service and my insurance has my correct address Im more than a little bewildered as to how this mistake could have happened. I was transferred to their billing department and made the payment then inquired how they planned to promptly remove this from my credit report to which they had no answer.It would appear from other reviews of this establishment this is an ongoing problem/practice and perhaps someone should consider filing a class action lawsuit against this company with abhorid billing practices. I mean seriously if you cant even send the bill to the correct address how do you justify sending someone to collections. Absolutely Ridiculous!
