Stephanie was my phlebotomist and was amazing. So personable, patient, and hard-working. I’m a very hard stick and often get poked 5-7 times before someone finds a vein. She found one right away, didn’t even hurt, and drew 25 vials per my doctors orders, ensuring I was feeling okay throughout the whole time. I don’t even have a bruise after the draw which i always get a few hours after. No complaints, and I was seen right away during my scheduled time. Satisfied patient. Thanks, Stephanie!

Had a great experience, the place was very clean, covid safe, had an appointment and we only waiting maybe 5 mins, we were out in 10 minutes! Great service too!

The wait was under 5 minutes and the lady who took my blood was very sweet and thorough! I was in and out, but I did make an appointment so that’s necessary.

Their walk-in system is broken and a waste of time. As a walk-in, it doesn’t matter what time you arrive, or how many minutes your wait time is calculated to be once you check in. Appointments override walk-in wait times, which ends up pushing your time back over and over again. When I checked in, my wait time was 9 mins ...but after waiting 35 mins because those with appointments arrived, I was very frustrated and left.

Medically professional, clean and asteric office especially during the present situation of the pandemic (its a real thing, not fake news) and most importantly they are following the ethical guidelines in keeping people safe. I have always experienced a caring and supportive office staff and phelobotomist are caring and responsible.

Absolutely awful Customer Service Experience. I arrived at Quests Black Rock Turnpike location on Saturday 9/28/19 during their stated hours of operation only to find out that they locked the door early and refused to open the doors despite the fact that it was before their closing time.The four (4) staff members refused to provide their names. I photographed all of them to prove to their management who was involved. They hid their faces with their shirts and jackets like a bunch of thug criminals being paraded into Court. If they did nothing wrong, why not identify yourselves? Why hide behind your clothing??I am awaiting a phone call from the Manager for this Quest Lab location. I am not holding my breath, however, that making a formal complaint will do anything as there is a similar review on Yelp from approximately a year ago with the exact complaint. And some bogus response that the patient advocacy team will intercede to correct the problem.The women running this Quest Lab Location this past Saturday 9/28/19 should be fired!!! RUDE is an understatement to describe their behavior!!!!

Staff were extremely helpful. They insisted that I lie down, which alleviated the lightheadedness and nausea that I experienced at my previous blood draw. They were also friendly, courteous, and humorous in order to put me at ease. I will definitely come back.

I was disappointed to see such negative reviews. I’ve had fairly positive experiences when I go. Professional, courteous and fast, I’ve never left angry, frustrated or disappointed. I do notice, however, that I rarely see any staff smile but I attribute that to being busy and focused. I gave four stars (wish it could be 4.5) for that because getting blood work done is scary and nerve wracking for most—a smile can go a long way.

I drove there today for a wellness appointment only to find out that their computers were down. Upon walking in, I was spoken to as if I personally caused their system to go down - like she was angry with me. When I asked to confirm that I needed to reschedule my appointment she quickly came back with well obviously youre going to need your appointment. Wow.

Today, I spent 30 minutes in one of the station while the phlebotomist typed in the information for my draw. After waiting half an hour she told me she was going to use a bigger needle to the vials filled faster. Once she was filling the vials she did not remove the tourniquet. She barely spoke to me. When she did it was to ask over and over where my doctor was. I told her multiple times and she repeated it back. She ended up have to ask for help from another employee. Several people came and went while I was waiting for her to finish putting in the information. I was pretty uncomfortable with the whole situation. I’ve been here so many times and have never had an experience like this. “Uncomfortable” is the best word I have for this experience.

If there was an option to rate less than one star, I would. Dont use this location, very rude (got an idiot lesson in a very unwelcoming way when I walked in on how I need to sign in - there are better ways to say so), she kept mumbling to herself, I finally walked out without their service and went to one in Brick-walk area - where staff is much more professional and friendly. They need to shut this place.

I’ve been using this lab since they opened their door, only ever had one bad experience, that the manager took care of ! I wouldn’t go anywhere else ! They are Terrific Thank-You Management 👍🏻💜

Assistant nurse ( the lady wear glasses) this morning 9/17/2018 she really rude with customer. She make my son really feel bad because he think his family maybe different race in USA so that why the nurse rude like that. She loud me in front my son: where your insurance card? Do you know when you come here you need to bring insurance card? Oh my goodness, I know , I have paper work from family doctor gave to me. I said ok: let me go outsider bring it for you - (everything about insurance information show up on my paper) but she think that her private business. but actually i also didnt know what kind mistakes I made her became meanlike that, she throw the paper back to me and said : ok , you seat over there without any explanation. The manager better interview and choice some nurse have about technical customer communication a head. Some one so rude cant work in public and communication areaThis is Really bad service with me in USA , especially with a kid.
