The staff here is great, friendly and professional. From the front desk to the technicians everybody is polite. Renae who drew blood did the most excellent job taking blood. This was by far the most painless and quick blood work appointment I have ever had. Big round of applause to the team here.

I was actually super nervous to visit this location due to all the negative reviews. I showed up at 12:37 and they were breaking for lunch. Understandable. Showed back up at 1:30. The door was promptly unlocked, I was instructed to check myself in on their kiosk. Waited for literally only a couple of minutes and the process began. I was out by 1:43. By far the easiest and most efficient drug screening Ive ever had for a new job.Thanks for a solid experience. Honest.

I got here at 12:30 and they had just gone on break for an hour which sucked but the receptionist and nurse were very polite and helpful. I am a nervous person who has a history of passing out during blood draws and they were by my side helping me relax. Very kind people

I came in with another person and when they went to take they drug test they must ask question, the lady who was working in front came out talking about her very loud and she knew I heard her cause she closed the window. Very unprofessional

I have only had my blood drawn from this location, but have always been in and out quickly (especially with an appointment). They are always friendly and do a great job with not bruising me when they take my blood. And the results have been very quickly received. Thanks.

Used this facility a couple of times for drug testing for new employment opportunities. Didnt encounter any problems or unfriendliness from any staff there. Thought I was in for a wait because of the kiosk thing but no problems there either. Sometimes, anyway, if in for a urine drug test. its okay to sit for about ten minutes extra, just to make sure your bladder has plenty of time to be filled and ready to offer when they do call you back there.

Front Desk lady was awfully rude, I had an appointment and there was no one else in the office. She treated me like I was an inconvenience to her schedule. This is my first time getting a drug screening and she accused me of hiding something in my pants and wasn’t communicating properly of what I needed to do to fulfill the screening. She was very demanding and rude and I will NEVER be back at that location ever in my life. Front desk lady name was Vivian De Los Santos. Get more professional workers for the love of God.

Worst location with the rudest staff! Went here twice and the first time, the front staff kept asking if I was ready for a my screening as I checked in. They asked me about four times in a rude way as if they wanted me to say no because it was 3:45 pm and they closed at 4:30. The second time, I went in the morning and the lady conducting my screening, the nurse, was really rude and acted like I was an inconvenience for her. The nurse was an older lady, wish I caught her name but all I could think of was how rude she was. Id avoid coming here and go to the Mack location.

Extremely rude and condescending staff. Woman at front desk talked to people like they were animals at worst and small children at best. I’d never go to this location again. I didn’t get her name but she was an older woman working the checkin window. Also had an appointment but made me wait for almost an hour just for fingerprints that took 1 minute. They were about to close and said they didn’t know if they’d get to me before close. I said I’ve waited an hour so I’ll be needing my fingerprints. “Karen” sighed and said fine and took me back. Avoid this location

The front desk lady was rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience. The nurse was worse, I was very kind and not being a bother at all. I didn’t catch their names but both ladies were rude. The nurse was awful to an elderly lady that came in, scolded her and told her she was messing up her day because they closed in 20 minutes. It was appalling. The poor woman looked like she was about to cry after the nurse spoke to her that way. People like that should not be in the medical field.

Gave them a 1 star as there is not a zero. Went there Saturday with an appointment and the intake lady was VERY RUDE. My doctor ordered testing and did not have the codes and she was very put out that she had to look them up. She sat at her desk huffing and puffing and making comments I could hear. She finally called the other lady over and she was just as rude. Finally after sitting there for 20 mins, I asked for my paperwork back and stated I would go elsewhere. I was told maybe that was a good idea and I should have a nice day. Very unprofessional and very very RUDE. I will never go back there again. These 2 need to be fired!They should not be in the customer service business.

I am so impressed. I went in on a Saturday for blood work, with no appointment. I arrived at 9:45, and was leaving the office at 9:56! Very friendly staff as well.

Google says its open till 5. I called at 4:15. No answer. Showed up at 4:26 with lights off. Door on the sign says its open till 4:30. Will probably stick to Mack Rd. Location.

Open till 5:00 but doesnt do drug screens after 4:00. It wasnt even 4:00 and they still told me to come back the next day Would not recommend.

Staff has turned my fiance away 3 times citing that they close and open at times other than what is listed. Very rude staff this month which ia unfortunate considering he has gone there for years with no issues.

I took my husband here for his drug test but they had the door locked at 4 even though they dont close until 5! The lady even stared at him until he walked away! How does labcorp stay in business??
