I came in as a walk in. They had a few people in the lobby but they got to me very quickly. I don’t think I waited more than 5 min. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I’m not sure what the the 3 stars are about but maybe they’ve made some recent positive changes.

Went in and was not late for my appointment and it was treated as if I was a walk in anyways. The lady at the front desk had a rotten attitude. She asked if I had any paperwork. I said: “No, all I have is my I.D. and my insurance card.”She then rudely, with an attitude, raises her voice and asks “Any paperwork?!” I said no.She then rudely asks: “Well then, how do we have anything for you?!” I said: “They probably faxed it over, I’m not sure, they didn’t tell me.” Also, no one told me I couldn’t eat, luckily I hadn’t yet. She proceeded to roll her eyes and huff her breath loudly. She is not the first rude front desk lady that Quest Diagnostics has had. Furthermore, I was left in Room #5 for a very long time before anyone showed up; when they did, that lady who poked me, poked me 3 times before she decided to have someone else do it. At the end, the rude lady at the front desk was suspiciously nice all of a sudden.

This place has so sense of urgency. I needed to drop off a specimen for testing and took them an hour to tell me that they gave me the wrong information originally and needed to redo the test. The staff made me feel stupid even though the mess up was on their end.

Winnie is the best!! The rest of staff is great as well. My last visit was 10/13/2020, during the covid19 time. I was given a beeper to wait in my truck until they were ready for my scheduled appointment. The whole process made me feel totally confident that I was protected as much as could be from the virus.Using the appointment scheduling via online is the best way to go. Ive never experienced a wait longer than 15 minutes.Again I cant say enough about Winnie. Shes been taking my blood for quite a few years now. She always gets it on the first try and during the procedure she always is making me feel good. Which at this time is a GREAT thing.I rate everything a 10 out of 10. From ease of scheduling, cleanliness, wait time and especially the experienced and friendly staff.

LOVED the staff here at this location. The reason for a 2 star is the app! The verification of ID for their app needs drastic improvement. It uses antiquated algorithms to ask you random questions and none of them applied to me. After sending 5 messages/emails within a 24 hour period without a single reply to them and Im locked out completely. UPDATE YOUR LOG IN WEBSITE PROCESS!!!!Otherwise the process in the office and staff are SUPER nice, accommodating and professional!!

I had a great experience here. I came in early for a drug screen which starts at 12 p.m. I checked myself in at the kiosk and was seen at the counter right away. I was in and out in 15 mins, even left before noon. Plan ahead and youll have a much better time.

Be prepared to be treated by robots. Quest is so deep into tech-only communications that you may NEVER see the results of your tests. After spending an hour on their webpage, I ended up in a loop that kept putting me back on the same page for further information. They have zero web support and theres no possibility of contacting anyone on the phone. I am going to have to drive to one of their locations to TRY to get my results - if I can speak to anyone - which is doubtful because they only had computer sign in when I went before. If they could just have you stick your arm in a computer to get your blood, they would surely do it.

I went to this location this morning for a drug screening for a job and immediately the woman had a attitude. She yelled at me because I didnt know they only do screening between certain times. While I was asking her about when I could come back, she addressed the woman behind me regarding whether or not she had an appointment. She then aggressively threw a clip board on the counter at the woman. I informed her that she should try being a little nicer especially since neither myself or the other lady were causing any problems. I left and went to the vacaville location and they are much nicer!

They take forever, dont pay attention to their screen. They take their sweet time, you can hear techs in back laughing and talking instead of working. It really doesnt take long to get blood work done. I got here at 8:15am it is now 9:24am, just had my name called.Only to be told its going to be another 15mins. Smh and screen has been deleted as if Ive already been seen. Make an appointment somewhere else. Dont come here unless you have hours to kill.

Should be Negative star!!! Took my mom here for lab work; Waited for 1.5hr for lab draws. Very rude staff. If you dont like your job go find something else. Shameful customer service especially if you work in patient care. (I myself is a lab tech)

The place is fine i just need to talk to someone and find out if any of my walk - in tests require fasting cause i want to go today but i just ate . only automated b.s. why WHY ? im so sick of it if theres never gonna be a chance to talk to someone please save me some time and tell me this is an automated phone service ONLY!

This is the worst Quest.... They all suck but this is beyond horrible only 3 people here yet been waiting an hour. I will never come back here.

They do not answer phones, notify you when results are ready, tell over the phone the results are. Plus, they bill you enough to test 100 people, and have no customer service.
