I have been coming here with my children for a long time, Dr. Jorge is a very professional person as well as some employees at the premises, only some of them limit themselves to not answering when one greets another important point that I want to highlight is that you put a lot of emphasis on safety. temperature puts gel on your hands they ask you questions if you have not been with infected people but the very important important detail is that when the employees arrive they get in without any restrictions do not check the temperature does not put gel on their hands

The staff here is really top notch. They go above and beyond in every way. What an amazing locally owned company. And they really do find ways to support the local community and give back. We really appreciate local businesses that are run this way!

Dr. George and staff rescued my son this summer when his Herbst device broke while in town visiting me. He is not a normal patient , nevertheless, he was seen quickly. The entire staff was very pleasant and Dr. George was exceptional. Thank you!!!

My granddaughter was a patient for 3 years. She was an extreme case. Oral hygiene while braces were on was not the best. Her gums were swollen the whole time she had them on. After 3 years he took them off and wanted her to brush and rinse with salt water to get the gums to go down. Made her retainers for top and bottom. Said I’ll see you back in 2 months and we will go from there. After 2 days of salt water and brushing her gums were normal again. Makes me think she either was allergic to the metal braces or had a bacteria in her mouth. Anyway, we get to his office he says how good they look, we will see her back in a few weeks then next thing I know he tells me that he is not going to see her as a patient anymore. WTF really. He said it was due to her being bad at brushing. I think it’s due to her being an extreme case and once her teeth stopped responding to the. Races he didn’t know what to do. So I left the office went to the car and told her he wasn’t going to continue her treatment anymore. She cried as she knew her teeth were not finished yet. She’s 13 in middle school. Her teeth used to stick straight out on the top front teeth. Oh and he has used up 3 years of her insurance and didn’t finish her treatment. So not sure if I can even find another orthodontist to continue the treatment he started. I think what he did was very unprofessional and wrong. Especially to a child. I give him personally zero stars. Thanks George Orthodontics for making her feel worse than she already did after losing her mom. Your a piece of work truly.

Didnt even get in the door. Took 1 1/2 months to get in and they send me a message on my phone saying that the apt. Will be in Everett that day. Get there and they had moved to Evergreen way, thanks to the new denist in old building. So I call them to let them know it will be 5 minutes late and they said they are at the Snohomish office today, and that the apt takes an hour so to reschedule. Thank you very much for steering me in the wrong direction and ruining my day. Customer service sucks. I will not be giving them my money!

George Orthodontics provides an above average patient experience from the moment you walk in. Their offices are sleek, modern and inviting, aglow with natural light. All of the equipment is state of the art. There are 2 locations; this one, in Everett on Evergreen way just north of Claremont Village, and the Snohomish location on Avenue D.All of the staff, except Dr George, are women. Theyre trained to stand at the head of the patient, hands clasped, as a signal to the Dr that the patient is ready for him. The method works well but feels odd in practice. Im not sure what I think about it.Generally speaking, the staff is great! Some techs are more experienced than others, but every one is exceedingly well-trained. Dr George and all his ortho techs treat patients with kindness, care and respect. The front desk staff are a little less friendly. They take all phone calls via Bluetooth, so you never know if theyre talking to you or someone else... or when its appropriate to approach them to book your next appt. There is rarely a wait, even when the lobby is full to capacity. Theyre usually running on-time or ahead of schedule, and patients are seen quickly. Neither of my kids have ever waited more than 15 mins to be seen, and a wait that long is unusual.Patients more than 10 mins late will be rescheduled so mind your appt time! For best results check in 5 mins early.I found Dr Georges diagnonis and treatment plan well-reasoned and sound all the way through, start to finish. I appreciate his willingness to invite patients to be an active part of their care.Your first exam is free and includes X-rays & photos and gives you a good idea of where youre at orthodontically, along with an exact figure on cost. For us thats $4700 for 2+ yrs of correction -just to give you an idea of what braces are running these days. They offer in-house, interest-free financing, a huge plus in my book! Provided you can make a substantial down payment. Ours was about $800. You can pay less down if youre willing to take on higher monthly payments. Auto-debit is required. My one gripe is the way Medicaid patients are singled out. Our family is in a unique position where one of my kids is private pay, while my other kids orthodontics are covered by Medicaid. And I will say, there is a stark contrast between their experiences here.My private pay kid is allowed to book appts at their convenience, while my insurance kid is crammed alongside 25 other people into the most difficult to make early morning slots, and this is policy. It gives the vibe that some patients are more important and valued than others. There is free and adequate parking at both locations now. I would recommend to friends & family.
