Dr. Pellegrini, is awesome. He really cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to help his patients out. I have had a great experience here. The staff is outstanding and caring. Pellegrini orthodontics makes sure you have a personalized experience. The the dental office is clean and a comfortable atmosphere. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me! I highly recommend this place for everyone!!

Two of my daughters have had orthtodontia at Pellegrini Orthodontic. The oldest has completed her treatment and the youngest is half way done. I was first interested in the office, despite it being a bit of a commute, after a friend told me she tried all the offices in the area and Pellegrini was $1000 less than the other practices. We had an estimate done at two different offices and we chose Dr. Pellegrini not only because he was more affordable, but also because my daughter felt most comfortable with him. I cant say enough good about Pellegrini Orthodontics! The office is run in a professional, friendly and efficient way. Patient comfort and consideration is noted in the hot drinks they provide , comfortable waiting room, the Pellegrini bucks incentive program, ice cream for sore teeth days, kits for beginning of braces, and treats for celebrating the end of treatment. In addition, Ive been amazed at the myriad of ways Dr. Pellegrini has gone above and beyond. He replaced my daughters retainer for free when she lost it and designed a mouth guard to protect her sisters teeth during her cheer stunting, also at no cost. The office has always been available to fix a pokey wire, hand out wax, and create a budget friendly payment plan. Dr. Pellegrini always takes the time to talk to me, listen and discuss pros and cons of various options and find creative solutions together. I can honestly say I will miss our appointments when we have completed treatment, which sounds crazy, but is testament to the caring and competent care that Dr. Pellegrini and his staff provide.

I could not recommend Dr. Pellegrini more! My son has anxiety when it comes to any dental exams yet Dr. Pellegrini makes him feel completely at peace. He is kind, energetic and the very best in his industry! His staff is always smiling and they have the best energy - it’s contagious. I could not recommend this orthodontic practice more. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

First off, I’m really surprised by the negative review that’s posted? My 17 year old has been a patient my 11year old is now a patient and have never once had a negative experience with anyone in the office. The retainers are great, the doctor is literally the nicest man ever and the rest of the staff are amazing! Highly recommended orthodontist!

I hated Pelligrini. He never listened to my concerns or spent time with me. He would run over on my visit and have a 10 second conversation. My lower mouth he worked on ended up being a different size than my upper and they no longer align. He tried saying it was my arthritis. I dont think so. Maybe if he looked at my mouth while he played on his computer making my new invisialigns for me to wear he would know. He only wanted me to wear invisialign so he can have 15 patients at a time and make more money was I saw. He doesnt have another dentist at his office either to help with all his patients. I did not like my experience.

Finding a fantastic fit with an orthodontist is crucial in treatment. I drive 160 miles each trip to get my daughter to Pellegrini. For us, it is worth the drive. My daughter had an accident that caused damage to her mouth when she was three, and she is super sensitive about dental work and orthodontics as a result. We found our fit at Pellegrini. Dr. Pellegrini not only improved her smile, but he did it always with a smile on his face. His bedside manner is friendly and pleasant. Visits were always something to look forward to. The office staff and technicians were always helpful and friendly, and the office environment warm. Appointments were quick and efficient, but thoughtful and thorough, and special accommodations were made for our circumstances. It was almost sad to finish treatment and say good-bye.

This office is amazing! We have been going there for 2 years. We drive 70 miles one way to have such an amazing office experience. The doctor is great, the staff are fantastic, and the office is so warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough great things about Pellegrini Orthodontics. The entire team is amazing! This is the first time in my life that I actually feel like I am in the best care for my teeth! I have to drive about an hour to come see them but I don’t mind the drive because I know I will be taken care of at the highest regard. They are worth it! Dr. Pellegrini has always been nice, helpful, understanding, and accommodating. I never felt judged when voicing my concerns or worries. The team genuinely care about their patients. They are ready to hear your concerns and help create the best course of action for you.

You only have one chance to make a good impression, and Dr. Pellegrini and his staff knocked it out of the park! This was the third consultation to find the right orthodontist for my daughter. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed.Since I submitted the required forms online, we didn’t have to wait long before Brittney came out to give us a tour. I loved the enchanting room where the kids use to brush their teeth; I saw the entire space where my daughter will be given care and where they took her for X-rays. I have no clue what the other two offices looked like since I was simply shown a room to wait for the doctor.In contrast, following the tour, Brittney stayed with me and went through the online forms to check for accuracy. When the X-rays came, she analyzed them with us, and talked us through everything so that when Dr. Pellegrini arrived, I had another layer of information.Along with his expertise and professionalism, he had a great sense of humor and was very personable. He also went through the X-rays and after an examination of my daughter’s teeth, he gave us detailed steps of different paths of treatment. It was by far the most thorough consultation I’ve been to.After Dr. Pellegrini left, Brittney didn’t just give me an estimate of the cost, but the exact amount of the monthly installments with a 0% interest payment plan (unlike other places, he doesn’t charge more for aligners, which is saving me $). My daughter was also very impressed with the care package and “greenie bucks” she received. Throughout this process, I really appreciated Brittney’s kind, courteous, and engaging personality.Of course, after what felt like receiving concierge service at a 5 star hotel, we set up the next appointment to start my daughter’s perfect smile journey with Pellegrini Orthodontics. I had my last and final appointment for my orthodontic treatment after a total of 1 year and 10 months which flew by before I even knew it! Originally I was quoted 2-3 years, but results came quicker than expected which was very awesome! The reality of my treatment was that it actually flew by quicker and unnoticeably than expected. I forgot I had braces half the time. I love my smile now and the treatment itself was worth the cost/ time. I originally was worried that getting braces was going to affect my lifestyle, that it would be so out there in photos, and that the physical appearance of them would affect my professional job, but I hardly noticed them. I actually missed them when I had gotten them removed.Post-Ortho, I got a few different retainers that I am able to rotate now as I please! Dr. Pellegrini did an amazing job and is very detail oriented! He listened to all of my concerns and questions I had and addressed them accordingly. I would highly recommend Dr. Pellegrini to anyone and would do it myself again in a heart beat because of the flawless expiriennce! Thank you Dr. Pellegrini for aligning my teeth and giving me that perfect smile I was looking for! :D

I was traveling for work to Everett WA and my molar band shifted inside my gums. I called the office of Pellegrini Orthodontics and they got me right in the office within a half an hour. The staff and Dr Pellegrini were so nice and professional to me and they relieved the pain within a matter of minutes at no charge. I am forever grateful to the staff and Dr Pellegrini.

I just want to thank Dr Pellegrini and staff for seeing my daughter on an emergency basis. I was very impressed from the beginning to the ending of our entire experience receiving the care from their office. To think that we’re not even their patient . The way the receptionist handled the call, somehow gave me the assurance that my daughter will be in good hands. We were greeted with lots of smiles and great energy the moment we entered the office, we were offered coffee,tea and water while waiting…I wouldn’t even call that waiting at all, one of the dental staff ushered us in right away, acknowledged my daughters pain and gave her some comfort. Dr Pellegrini came to her chair right away and took care of the problem just like that. I told the frontdesk that they can bill my insurance or I can even pay out of pocket since this is an emergency visit but I was told that it is of NO charge. Wow!!! I am beyond grateful. What an amazing doctor who cares and with such excellent staff too. I will definitely refer all my friends to your office. Thank you again Dr Pellegrini, my daughter is one happy child right now and pain free :)

Its a very welcoming and homey place, Ive been going there since i was 8 and have always had great experiences.

Just had my braces off less than a month ago, and feel like a different person! Love to smile now. Want to express gratitude to Dr. Pellegrini and staff. From the first evaluation appointment till the last one, it was a great experience. Dr.Pellegrini always explained the options, what and why needed to be done; answered every question. His staff members are very polite, friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to be treated at Dr. Pellegrini’s office and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

I did not like this place and would not recommend going. They didn’t make my teeth worse (hence the two stars) but they definitely were not efficient or even very nice. The doctor and some assistants would have impolite side conversations about other patients while they were working on my teeth/when I was waiting to be seen. Talk about rude and uncomfortable!Aside from the weird side conversations, the experience was subpar. I would tell them what I thought was wrong/going well (when they ask how stuff is moving) and the doctor would just smile, nod and ignore what I said. Then he would proceed to do whatever he wanted, right or wrong. I know he’s the doctor but still it was never a very polite response and part of being a good doctor is listening to your patients’ experiences. For example, I had felt like one tooth was slightly off and moving the wrong way. He said it was fine and I was good to go. It ends up the bracket was loose and I had to make an extra early appointment (which they did not want to do) to have it fixed. He didn’t own his mistake for missing it when I was just there and simply gave me a “don’t eat popcorn” talk.In addition he is horrible at making retainers! Even if you choose to go here for braces (because my teeth did end up straight) please go elsewhere for a retainer as the ones he makes are outdated and he is not good at making them fit well to preserve straight teeth.All things said my teeth are straight so he did something right, but was it a pleasant experience and did he use the best techniques and technology available? Not at all.

Best orthodontist, great staff, everyone’s very friendly and welcoming and definitely know what they are doing. Highly recommend 10/10 for sure!!

We have been patients at Pellegrini Orhtodontics for 10 years! Both our girls needed major orhto help and the CARE and COMPASSION they both recieved was more than a parent could ask for. We have been treated as if we are family since the begining and that hasnt changed even now that we are done with thier treatment! I know if we ever have an issue they will always help us! The staff as well as Dr Pellegrini have always made the effort to ask the girls about whats going on with them and show interest in thier lives not just thier smile!We have reccomended all our friends to thier office and will to continue to for years to come!!We couldnt have asked for better care for the girls and thier smiles look beautiful!!

Dr Pellegrinis office is superior to any other orthodontist office I have been to. Having had three kids in braces, I have visited several. The office staff is kind and considerate, always remembering the kids names and greeting them even before they check in. The office is comfortable and has video games for kids to play while waiting, as well as coffee and hot chocolate and water bottles while you are waiting. They always have a fun game to enter for prizes each visit, and my kids favorite thing were the GREENIES- the kids get this money to use to purchase cool things like gift cards to places like Starbucks and Target or exchange for cash. The more you complied with your braces care, the more Greenies you got.So it really made my kids want to take care of their teeth and wear their rubber bands all the time. Dr Pellegrini himself is a great orthodontist. He is always happy and respectful to the kids, doing fun things like dressing up at Halloween and always trying to connect with the patients on their level. And he straightens teeth really well too! My kids love the way their teeth look now they are at the end of their braces and wearing their retainers. And, when one of them lost their retainer, the office was super nice about it and didnt make him feel bad and just made it really easy to come in and get another made. The entire experience over the last few years has been awesome! I always recommend Dr Pellegrini to anyone I know looking for a great orthodontist.

I felt like the Dr. was pushing his agenda as he kept saying (at least four different times), you can choose what you like but, I would go with Invisalign. He did this after I said, I do not want Invisalign. I decided that since he wanted me to have Invisalign so bad I would go to an Orthodontist who offered the treatment I wanted. Brittany was the only redeeming quality about the office. She could tell that I was not impressed and really tried to win me back.

I went to peligrini and the staff there was super nice I really recomend it even though I didnt get my braces I really recommend it there. *Peligrini are very very affordable they are on my list as my #1 choice of price * if I do get braces.
