The worst company I have ever inquired. I’m telling my company to drop them and find someone else. They have been nothing but unhelpful. Have to wait forever for an appointment. Will only do 2 fillings at a time which is ridiculous. Who has time to forever for an appointment when they only do 2 fillings at a time. A total waste of time.

Willamette Dental Group fires anyone with a backbone and then leaves paying customers in the cold without a dentist.

Awesome experience - from reception, to technician, to hygienist, to the dentist. Clean and comfortable facility. Straightforward with pricing. The team had helpful tips and feedback for my dental regimen at home as well. Everyone was very friendly. To schedule it is a call center but despite this, I felt they were helpful. They were able to coordinate my appointments without an issue.

As someone who usually is very nervous at the dentist, I had a great experience here. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was friendly and kind. They made sure I understood my treatment and were caring during all of it. I appreciate being checked in with throughout the treatment, and I felt that my comfort mattered to them.

Dr. Park is the best dentist I have ever seen. I hope he stays with Willamette for a very long time.

I experienced a scheduling conflict during my first appt and was unsure about this clinic. They addressed my concerns in a very professional way and allowed me to come back in to reassure me the services I received were done properly.Thank you for the great customer service and taking my case seriously.

So far ---I actually enjoy and recommend Dr. Titus and his team. The only thing I detest most is having to call the Call Center that they have in Willamette. It sucks you cannot directly talk to the actual people in charge of your dental case. the downside of being corporate. Which probably help the Dental office (and not the patient). If you want more access to your dentist or dental team--- Id say go else where. If youre a one and done kind of person- then this is the place for you.5 star service (Dental team and dentist) but gave 2 stars because of the call center aspect of it. I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE! I guess I just have to drive there.

Staff is always friendly and help make you feel relaxed. They are great with my kids and very accommodating with our hectic schedule. Highly recommend.

I hate giving them one star because the staff and everyone else are awesome. I gave it a one star because their is an orthodontist by the name of C. Melbern Dunn. He is the meanest, cruelest, unprofessional SOB of a human being. I have no idea why anyone would hire him? He has forever dramatized my son. My son was petrified of him and he cried every time we had an appointment with him. He has no personality, no feeling for his patience and he talks down to you like you are an idiot. He threatened my son & told him that if he didnt grow up that he wasnt going to be his orthodontist. And thats exactly what he did in the middle of my sons appointment because my son was having an anxiety attack. He got up and he huffed and he puffed and said... you need to find a different orthodontist because I cant deal with you anymore.

Awesome like always. Drs and staff are very friendly and professional. In and out quick. I love not having to sit around because Drs cant schedule properly, but not here. Best all around. Cheep too!

I had a horrible experience at this clinic. Got a partial that doesnt fit right, my bite is not right. Get a quote of what your going to pay out of pocket and it comes up alot more then you were informed. Already have a fear of dentists, now its so bad I never want to see a dentist again.

So happy with all the dental work Ive had done in the short time. Best experience Ive had with any dentist Ive had.

They make going to the less terrifying. The staff is friendly from the front desk to the assistant to hygienist to the dentist to billing.And not a long wait.
