This has been my first experience with this office. Although I had complications from my 2 tooth extractions, it had nothing to do with the quality of care that I received and the Dr. and assistant took great care of me to allow my condition to heal as quickly as possible. They were great at getting me in quickly when I notified them of a problem.Such nice, accommodating Dr. and staff.

I broke my bridge/crown and was able to see the Dr. within 2 hrs of my call. They took xrays and the dr was able to smooth the sharp edges down immediately and scheduled an appointment to remake the bridge/crown in 2 weeks. They took my insurance, too.

For my first visit to this dental office l felt comfortable, and was warmly welcomed by the whole staff, from the receptionist, the hygienist, and of course Dr. Kaopua. The next step is to see how the performance goes in the dentist chair which l look forward to.

All staff friendly and very helpful, they make you feel very comfortable which is very important.

The whole team is so kind, the front desk staff are always so sweet greeting you as you come in and are very good at keeping you informed about all of your appointment details. The dental staff is always kind and make sure you are comfortable throughout the whole process of fillings cleanings etc. I have gotten quite a bit of work done here now and I have always had little to no pain and always feel listened to and informed throughout each visit.

I came to know Albright Dental and Dr. J. Kaopua during the pandemic in the fall of 2020 with an emergency. After my first visit all my anxiety and fear went away. The office was sparkling clean, thoroughly sanitized and the staff very friendly and caring. The experience I had was exceptional. Dr. Kaopua has gained my trust with his expertise, patience and effort to do everything he could to save my teeth, which required quite a bit of extra care and attention. I am so happy, pleased with the result that I cannot thank him enough!

Been a patient of a practice that merged with Albright for many years. Since the merger, theyve maintained a consistently high standard of care and patient support. The hygienists are very friendly and take the time to explain what theyre doing during regular cleanings, and why each step is important. Theyre not particularly judgmental in the event that your oral hygiene isnt all that it should be, either, and make it clear that theyre genuinely there to look out for your best interests and provide helpful advice to ensure your mouth remains healthy. Dr. Kaopua is very nice and has an excellent professional presence. My only gripe is that they dont take my insurance (DeltaCare), but I pay out of pocket due to the reasonable costs and excellent quality of care. I highly recommend Albright Family Dental as a primary dental provider!

I was not a patient of theres and i had called and told them I had an emergency my filling came out and they got me in the very next day and where able to replace my filling it was a grat experience .

I have gone to Allbright dental since I was a kid never had a bad experience, I moved out of state for a few years had some horrifying dentist experiences so I’ve been traumatized to go back. My front tooth filling chipped off I had no choice, I was scheduled with Dr, Jason Kaopua. I never been to a dentist so gentle, compassionate, professional, kind, with top notch quality work with an exquisite eye for detail. Dr. Jason Kaopua took his time with me, on front tooth that was chipped in half and the filling is so flawless it looks like my natural tooth, I am beyond impressed my tooth looks better then ever. The dental assistant was so kind and sweet, compassionate and a great complement to Dr. Jason Kaopua turns out the lovely young lady is his daughter, totally makes sense why they are such an amazing team! Not to mention the beautiful and lovely front desk ladies who are so helpful with all the billing questions and I even received a discount because my insurance was tapped out. I would also like to mention that the office is very clean , restrooms are very clean, staff is properly following covid protocol which I appreciated so much. After several horrendous experiences with different dentists out of state I could not be happier with Allbright. I am beyond impressed and will be a patient for as long as y’all will have me! This has been my favorite dental office, not only are the receptionist extremely friendly, the rest of the staff are as well! They are professional and dont try and rush. Even if you have very sensitive teeth like I do, this has been the first dental office that hasnt make me feel nervous or ashamed that my teeth arent perfect. Id reccomend this office to anyone.

Very professional shop. They tend to favor more aggressive treatment, which leads to more work being done, but also to keeping teeth longer and getting fillings instead of crowns. The hygienists are great, and the entire operation is very flexible in catering to a patients needs.

For many years Dr. Kaopua and Albright Family dental have taken care of my family and our dental needs. My kids look forward to visits because Dr. Kaopua is funny and personable with them. I look forward to his visits because one always had a dental phobia but Dr. Kaopua puts me at ease and doesnt make me talk if Im not feeling up to it. He cares about my family and I feel safe in his office. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Ive been going to this dentist office 4 years, theyve always been professional, responsible, upfront and friendly. They had COVID precautions in place and I felt save on my visit.

So funny to read these reviews. Horrible and I mean horrible experience .. my husband and I ironically had exactly 1 cavity and 1 crown each. We paid our money that insurance did not cover directly to the dentist based on the quote that the dentist gave us. They were very confident our insurance would cover the remaining balance. The total to them was over 600 each. Then our insurance tells us based on the X-rays and information we both did NOT need crowns. If you as a dental company do not know how to communicate with insurance companies wow.. or maybe we just didn’t need the crowns. My husbands temporary fell out and my tooth/crown now has pain that was never there before. $ 800 later this “phenomenal “ dentist and staff sent us to collection for the remaining $800. Well done! What a joke. Pretty sure these are fake patients writing these reviews. Go somewhere else! We are taking them to small claims or at the very least BBB.

Dr. Kaopua is the Most gentle caring dentist I have ever met. I usually have a great deal of anxiety going to the dentist, but not here. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I dont feel any pain when given a shot and have found that Dr.Kaopua takes his time to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Love this Dentist!!! He is also very patient with my kids and they love him!

I love Albright Family Dentil. I live 20 minutes away w/ traffic. They are very kind. , But after awhile they stopped taking my insurance. So now i go to Caring Family Dental.
