I feel much more confident when I smile. My treatment lasted 2.5 years. And Dr. Pellegrini was very patient and took care of me the whole time. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Pellegrini and his staff are very attentive. From the beginning he was helpful explaining our options. My wifes procedure requires a surgery and he continuously follows up and guides us to be ready for it.I totally recommend Dr. Pellegrini for any orthodontic treatment.

Anyone considering getting braces has to stop by and see Dr. Pellegrini. From the minute you walk in you feel welcomed with the staff greeting you and giving you a tour of the office. You dont feel like just another patient. You feel like they genuinely care about you and want you to be comfortable. The staff was very nice and you get the sense that customer service really matters to them. After you get your pictures taken you then have a quick chat about treatment options and the basics of braces/invisalign with Britteny. Then Dr. Pellegrini comes in to talk about your concerns and what you are looking to accomplish with braces. It was so refreshing to find an orthodontist to listen to what you want rather than just tell you what they think is the best treatment option and make you feel bad for not wanting the same thing. He was extremely patient and went over at least 4 different treatment options. Ive been to other orthodontists and have been told I only had one option and it involved removing teeth and getting implants. So it was very reassuring to hear Dr. Pellegrini actually listen to what I wanted and how to achieve it. After you decide what type of treatment you want Dr. Pellgrini leaves without pressuring you to start treatment immediately. Then the treatment coordinator, Britteny, goes of the cost and payment options. This had to be one of the other great parts about Dr. Pellegrinis office is there was never any pressure to get the treatment today. They werent pushy, like some other offices I have been to, and said let me make the decision. They even told me I could think about it and shop around to see what else is out there. I went ahead with the treatment and was booked to get started the same day. Dr. Pellegrini did some work on one of my tooth and he was very descriptive of what he was going to be doing and what to expect. Again, it was so nice to experience such great service. He kept checking in to see if I was doing ok, as well as explaining and showing me what he was doing.Long story short... If you are considering braces you have to stop by and experience what real customer service is like and find out if Dr. Pellegrini is right for you.
