I received one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had at this office by the hygienist Brooke. She did an amazing, thorough job and was educational in the process. Since my mother was a hygienist, I am very picky about the service I receive, and I would consider my experience here to be one of the best! Dr Crespo also did a great job with the exam and the staff was friendly and helpful.

From the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist.. everyone I came in contact with was nice and kind! Loved my 1st time experience today!

Hygienist Madison was gentle yet very thorough and informative and had several great suggestions. The other hygienist,Allie, is also great.Loved meeting the new dentist. She seems very competent and I love that she did not try to upsell any additional services. In fact, when I asked about removing my amalgam fillings she said “only if they were to split or become bothersome”. I love Stonehaven Dental !!

I just moved to Utah and drove past Stovehaven Dental and it looked like a very nice building and it was covered under my insurance so I figured Id try it out. The staff was very nice with a beautiful colorful interior and all the new tech youd expect from a high end dental office. Miranda was my dental hygienist and was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Crespo is the most unprofessional, disrespectful dentist I have ever been to!I went in because I had a filling fall out and instead of trying to fix my tooth she decided it would be easier to just extract!I witnessed Dr. Crespo unprofessionaly discipline her staff in front of everybody...and her staff is not trained properly! She was very rude to me and her coworkers and I would never recommend anyone go to this clinic! She should have her licence to practice revoked. After waiting in her chair for an hour, the dental hygienist (not the dentist) administered my local anasthesia and I think thats out of scope of resopnsibilities , I hope and pray that someone else doesnt have to go through a horrible experience like I did! She also prescribed me medication that would have probably killed me if I took it because she never asked me about any medications I was already taking! I had complications after extraction to the point I couldnt do my job. Ive been in pain for 5 days now and when I called her back for help she said she cant see me until NEXT Thursday! I regret my experience very much.

I really like Stonehaven. A few reasons why Stonehaven is a good place for my family’s dentistry:- Convenient timely service with automated reminders a few days in advance, with a personal follow up as the appointment comes closer.- Lots of room... cool internal design and good fengshui 🧘🏼‍♂️- Little to no wait. I have maybe waited just a few minutes ever.- Nice understanding staff. I don’t have perfect teeth, and I try to have good hygiene... and I appreciate their approach to helping me understand my current state, and the necessary steps to either maintain or improve my condition. Very empathetic in nature.- Cookies at the front desk make me feel like I’m checking into a Marriott at the wharf in San Francisco... gives a feeling of a little “pleasurable escape” vs just going to the dentist. You can decide for yourself if it’s more like going to Grandmas or coming home to warm cookies when you were a kid... but for me it’s the escape vibe 😎

I struggled for years to find a trustworthy, talented dentist. I hated going to the dentist because of that struggle. However, I took a shot with Stonehaven Dental, and I could not have been more pleased.Dr. Grant is knowledgeable, talented, and honest. He takes the time to explain exactly what work needs to be done and why. It’s such a great comfort knowing I can trust him. I am beyond grateful!

The staff here is incredibly nice, they do a great job with regular cleanings and checkups, and Dr. Crespo genuinely cares about her patients and makes sure to explain everything in detail.

While her statement is true that I had only been a client for 5 years in Draper, my statement was also true that I had been a client of Stonehaven for 10 years. Her reply appears to be saying that I exaggerated the truth. Do to this response, I have dropped my 2 star review to a 1 star review. I will not be made out to be a liar.As I stated in the review, I have found it difficult to give feedback to Stonehaven because of their terrible answering service and also by the response the dentist made when given feedback. Their was no reason for me to continue to contact Sherry Cochran after I had moved on to a new facility. Had my first, second, or third attempt to give feedback directly to the company lead me to Sherry, we would have spoken. There was nothing to resolve after I left this online review.Original:I have been going to Stonehaven Dental for about 10 years. I had never had a problem before. But when I did have a problem, the way it was handled was very poor.I had a basic cleaning where I was recommended to get 2 small cavities filled. I was told that the cavities were so small that I might not need numbing or at least not much numbing. I had the cavities filled 10 days later.I noticed right away that my bite was off and called to get an adjustment. I went to the adjustment appointment not a week later. I notice that my dentist, Dr Grant, seemed a bit annoyed with my feedback. He didnt seem to understand that my bite was off and I was biting my tongue. He seemed to randomly drill around to satisfy me. He asked me if it was better and I told him I couldnt tell. My tongue was sore from the bites.As I was leaving, I could see that he was watching me go as if he was waiting for me to leave so he could talk about me to the staff. I looked back and he stepped away from view but after walking out I could see that he checked that I was gone through the glass. I felt as though Dr. Grant was put off by my feedback and didnt care about me or my problem.After getting home, I felt like my bite was still off but that there was also a deep gap between the bite in the middle. As I tried to eat, I found that there was mild nerve pain when I put pressure on that side of my bite.I called the number listed and pressed 3 because I didnt want to schedule, I wanted to express my concern. The woman on the line didnt know how to help me and just wanted me to reschedule. I was looking for perhaps reassurance before I felt comfortable to schedule. I told her that she needed to get training on how to take calls like mine and that she should talk with her supervisor about our call. She then blamed me for her inability to help me and hung up on me.I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because when things were fine, I was happy. It was only when I had a problem that I got to see the true nature of this business.Edit: I believe a filling fell out. I cant chew on that side of my mouth. It hurts to drink room temperature water and there is a hole. Since the filling fell out, I no longer bit my tongue. I dont feel comfortable going back to Stonehaven and will look to get help somewhere else.

Do not go to this location. I have had to get multiple expensive surgeries just to fix and try to repair everything they messed up in my mouth with ongoing problems

My hygienist is kind and friendly and engages with me very effectively. However, her actions leave a lot to be desired. By the end of the cleaning: 1) my hair was a mess because of her leaning against my head and dragging hoses and her arms through my hair (its good that Im working from home these days); and 2) my face and neck were covered with splattered water from the rinse tool. Shes goes so fast and is simply not careful and conscientious enough of her customers.

They work hard to make sure your insurance covers everything it is supposed to cover which its awesome! They communicate very well with you on what they would like to do to make sure you get what is healthy for you and your teeth. I love the fact that the are straight forward and not beat around the bush. With the drive I did to come here it was worth the drive and the time!!

This was my first experience with Stonehaven Dental. I must say it was one of my favorite dental experiences (not a fan of dentists). Dr. Grant was personable and thorough with just the right amount of small talk! The office manager Sherry, was equally as accommodating in preparing my treatment plan. They overcharged me, have told me they will call me back and never do, and now their office is closed for 2 weeks?!! This is ridiculous!Edit: They finally got back to me and were able to sort this out. Im still disappointed that after 3 promised call backs, I had to write a negative review in order to get someone to take care of my issue.

We went to my appointment today. The minute we walked in Sherry welcomed us like we had been friends for years. It put me at ease because it was my first visit there. She was very helpful and very pleasant and she helped us out for quite a while and we never felt rushed. Bailey the hygienist was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist w as s very nice and explained things and options so that the info was very clear and understandable. It was a good visit.

Stonehaven dental was extremely comfortable and welcoming, not trying to buy my business with fancy gimmicks like some dentist offices.Receptionist and hygienist were warm and personable and very professional as well.Dentist was clear in his explanations and answered questions in a helpful way.They were very open about how much procedures would cost and had an excellent software program that showed the estimated cost for insurance and customer.I will definitely be going back!

After years of dental anxiety and a legitimate fear of the dentist, I was left with nearly no functionality of my teeth. I had neglected going to the dentist for so many years that my dental issues became impossible to ignore. I began my search for a miracle, sat through several consultations, and left each office feeling more discouraged than ever. The dentists all wanted to help me until I was presented with a treatment plan way outside of my budget, and practically unaffordable. Suddenly their desire to help dwindled as there was NO wiggle room in their astronomical fees nor any discounts offered.When I arrived at Stonehaven I was scared, overwhelmed, and discouraged. After my consultation with Dr. Grant I was directed to Sherry’s office for the dreaded financial details, fearing yet another let down. Only this time it was different! Much to my surprise, I was going to receive the treatment I desperately needed and all within my budget. Sherry complied a treatment plan that I could afford, and I was scheduled for surgery the following week. I was so grateful as I truly had no more time to spare with the condition of my teeth and the constant pain I was living with. When Dr. Grant said he wanted to help, he truly meant it and Sherry made it all happen financially.My life has been changed forever and I am beyond happy. I am out of pain and can open up to speak, laugh and smile again. I have been given my life back and am no longer controlled by the debilitating pain I was in for so many years. I actually look forward to my dentist appointments now. Sherry is wonderful, Dr. Grant is amazing, and the rest of the staff make Stonehaven the most comfortable dental office I’ve ever been to. All the staff at the Draper location are stellar. Dr. Grant is so caring and personable. He walks me through everything I need to know about the condition of my teeth. He answers all of my questions and makes sure I have a good experience.When I get fillings I don’t feel pain much, and if I do they make sure to take care of the situation. Sherry and the rest of the Stonehaven Dental staff are amazing! My husband, 2 sons, me, my parents, and my brother all go here. They remember all of us by name, and they are so kind to us. My 4-year-old has autism, and they let him sit in my lap through his cleaning and exam. He actually let them clean and examine his teeth! That may not seem like a huge deal, but he never lets strangers touch him. The kindness of the staff, eased his nerves greatly! I highly recommend this place for all dental needs for the whole family!

I went to Stonehaven today with my wife for her 6 month check up appointment, this was the first time we had ever been to this dentist, we were greeted in a very kind manner, were treated like we have been going there for years. Sherry was the person that checked her in and was very pleasant and took the time to explain her procedures and told us all about Stonehaven. After they took my wife back to the hygienist, I had some questions about some procedures that I needed and Sherry spent a lot of quality time to explain what they had to offer me for my teeth issues. She did a price breakdown for me and explained all the different opinions that I could choose from, she didnt try to talk gibberish I was able to understand everything she explained to me. Dr. Grant was the same way, he explain everything so that I could understand and knew what he was talking about, everyone in the office was very helpful and accommodating. I felt very welcome and at home, the prices were very reasonable and I really appreciated the good service we got there.

We used to have great things to say about Stonehaven, but our most recent visits have been very alarming.My wife went in to get a cavity fixed, and they did fix it, but did a poor job with the filling and it began causing her jaw issues and pain. She then went twice to get the pain checked out and see if the filling had come loose or something, and each time they said that there was nothing wrong. The second time the a different doctor mentioned the pain was because her jaw is misaligned and she needs to buy an expensive mouthguard to mitigate it and to self medicate the rest with pain killers. Yet there is nothing they can do, even though they caused the problem in the first place. There is a lot of passing the blame at Stonehaven of late, and it is sad to see such a good business start to allow such poor behavior from its doctors.I would recommend finding another dentist unless you are already friends with a specific one here.

It is not often I can really say good things about going to the dentist, but my experience with Stonehaven Dental in Draper has completely changed that!! The service provided by Dr Grant and his team has been truly exceptional! Beginning with Sherry who immediately made me and my kids feel like family. She was so warm and welcoming from the get go, I absolutely love her and how patient and responsive she always is with making sure all my familys needs are met! If you need any help at all or want to know about dental services ask for the Office Manager, Sherry Cochran, she is amazing!! Dr Grant is now taking care of all the dental work for my four kids (three who are currently on Invisalign) and can honestly say they actually look forward to seeing him and his staff (which has never happened before when going to a dentist). I cannot say enough good things about this practice and how welcoming and attentive they are to their patients. Hands down the best Dental office experience Ive ever had! (My four teenagers included!)

Love these guys! Especially Sherry the office manager. My own kids are dentists living in another state so I couldn’t get to them to take care of my situation. On a Sunday night very late I had chipped my tooth badly while eating. I called Stonehaven first thing Monday morning and they got me right in within an hour. I was in a lot of pain and feeling a lot of anxiety so they immediately got me on nitrous and put my mind to ease to let me know everything would get taken care of. They had to squeeze me in but I didn’t feel like it. The Dentist, staff, and assistant were also top notch and relatable, the sedation was great and they made sure I was super comfy.They put a temp crown on and will seat the permanent one within a week. Sherry worked with me though the entire process from payment to follow up the next day. She was super caring and professional. Thank you so much!

This was a shame to go to the dentist today only to be met by someone wanting to take our temperature. They said it was company policy, even though there is no government mandate for this. Because we refuse to have our temperature taken, they refuse to see us. My family and I will be switching dentist.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at Stonehaven for much cheaper than any other place! I had full sedation with all 4 extractions for just over $700. I had no complications, and I was done in no time at all! Overall a great experience and Id send anyone there to have their wisdom teeth removed!

Terrible experience all around. I told them not to do anything without first asking and giving me a price. I got a cleaning and went back for cavity fillings and paid what they said it would be upfront at the appt. not only does one of my cavity fillings throb with pain (which I’ve never had happen after a filling) but I also got a $600 bill in the mail for who knows what after I told them not to do any work without talking about coat upfront.

Dr.Grant is so great and personable! I had trouble with my root canal and he took his time and made sure I was numb even though it took forever! He even called the next day to see how I was doing. I would totally recommend him to anyone :)

Seriously the Best dentist office Ive ever been to. I have happily returned for 3 years . They always remember you by name, super kind and friendly, great refreshments. Nice play area for kids and always give you a nice travel pack full of the necessities needed for a trip or overnight stay. Definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Grant and the staff really took care of me today. One of my Molars was causing me a lot of pain for about 3 days when I finally decided to go in and have it looked at. They were very accommodating and scheduled me in right away to take care of it and alleviated a great deal of pain I was experiencing.I’ve been going to Stone Haven in Draper for a few years now and it is exceptional. The rooms are very clean with plenty of privacy. The staff is very friendly and helpful and it seems like I am in and out within a very reasonable time. If you are looking for a high quality dentist, nice facility and friendly staff then this is your place.

I have always hated going to the Dentist! The staff at Stonehaven is amazing. Dr. Grant is awesome! And Bailey is the best hygienist I have ever had! They are always friendly there, and are great to work with. Also as a bonus you get bottled water, and fresh baked cookies while you wait and as you leave.

I havent been there, yet, but I like that they offer different hours during the week, from 7AM to 7PM to meet our needs. I read about their Stonehaven Smiles program where they offer free dental services to the community each year. It reminds me of Doctors without Borders that helps people who cant afford the help they need. Cool.

I havent been to the office personally, but I am very impressed by their website. The website design is very neat and easy to navigate and includes vital information such as their hours, patient forms, and their list of doctors. Not only that, but they provide the option to requests appointments online! Thats always a convenient feature to have available.Im also grateful for their philanthropic efforts. They host an annual pool party to get the community together and also provide an annual Free Day of Dentistry for people who may not be able to afford their regular services. These efforts show that Stonehaven Dental cares about their customers and the community at large, and that is admirable.

Seems like I was not the ONLY one who felt uncomfortable with Dr GRANT. First time meeting him and he just threw off as a bad vibe. He seemed very irritable about talking to me about my teeth and wanting to work on them. Iv never felt so uncomfortable and irritable with a dentist to where I needed to go and make a comment on a website review. Hopefully Dr grant can get some more training.

Words cannot describe how much I truly appreciate any kind of business showing true community involvement. My husband and I go out of our way to support those businesses who truly give back- by their generous acts of service, financial , personal,, and company involvement and their selfless and giving attitude. Stonehaven Dental has long done this...and for this and so many other reasons- we tip our hats and salute you all! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR ALL OF US!!

Although I havent personally been to Stonehaven (yet!), I wanted to say what great things they do for their community. Ive lived here for about a year and have been following them on social media for that long, and love all the great things they do. When I get brave enough to go to the dentist again, this will be where I go!

Awesome service. Everyone here makes you feel super comfortable, which is impressive as it is a dentists office. Not a fan of needing dental work, but definitely prefer this place to others. Friendly, comfortable, and professional atmosphere. Definitely will be back.

Unfortunately, Ive had a lot of dental work in my life. This office is fantastic!!! The hygienists are gentle but thorough and the Dr is awesome. Thanks guys!

Havent been to the dentist in quite a while but as soon as I heard about the one free day a year Ill be going here! Have heard lots of good things about Stonehaven from people I know and they say it is always a good experience. They say theyre not just good dentists but theyre good people who treat you right!

We have loved going to Stonehaven Dental. My 3 year old daughter loves Elena (one of the dental hygienists) and thinks she is the REAL Princess Elena from the Disney Series “Elena and Avalor.” Bailee has always been so good to care for and clean my teeth. She recommends extra tips to services to help with my bleeding gums. I have seen such an improvement! Dr Grant has always provided exceptional care and treatment!! Thank you!!

They are extremely professional and kind! I have a genuine fear of the dentist and sedation is the way to go!! Once I have had this done once I don’t think I can ever go back- Sherrie even held my hand the whole time:) I never thought I would love to go to the dentist!

Hands down the best Dentist and office I have ever been too. The office staff is so helpful and accommodating. I would reccomend them to anyone I know.
