Recently moved and had to find a new dentist. Dr. Fry was very helpful. He explained TMJ and things I could do to help prevent further issues. No dentist has taken the time before to sit down with me and explain in detail what is actually going on and what I can do about it. Very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable staff!

I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to any dental work. Everyone in the office has always been so accommodating. They take their time and always ask if I need a break. They were really good about making sure I was comfortable and as pain free as possible. This made a huge difference in my anxiety level between my first and second visit. The prices are reasonable. Dr. Stuart Fry and the team are exceptional. This provider’s professional experience is one of a kind, prior Navy tactical dental experience—there’s not much he hasn’t worked with by way of dental issues. Dr. Fry helped me recover severe teeth dislocation/trauma with minimal invasiveness, but it’s crucial to be compliant in recommendations. I’ve followed this provider to multiple clinics in his career. I recommend a visit to anyone needing a dentist, I’m not local to the area originally and have been extremely grateful to be working with this professional! The hygienists (I remember Betty!) are also all exceptionally professional and diligent, I felt that my teeth were getting great care. They pointed out trouble areas and gave me recommendations. I’d highly recommend a visit! The clinic’s receptionists are also diligent in enforcing mask discipline, social distancing, and sanitizing pens! I felt safe during my visit.

Last month we went to the office in Eagle Mountain and the the DR as a joke was so lazy and made my 10 year old feel uncomfortable and when we asked them to fill out paperwork for foster care DR which they still haven’t done it the state department hasn’t even had any luck with them feeling it out and today we dropped my husband off at 11:50 am and he is yet to be done are you serious? It is 2:05 and when I asked the front desk when he will be done they said “I don’t know maybe 10-15 more min” if you guys can’t get everyone done in timely manner maybe you shouldn’t schedule so many patients at once, people do have lives and things to do and places to go we should not have to plan our whole day around professional dental because they don’t know how to do there job. Just saying have a good SaturdaySaratoga office today 🤦🏼‍♀️

My previous review for this company was hidden somehow, however I will continue trying until the truth is heard. Professional Dental does not care about ruining their customers teeth, they just care about being able to charge for services that are most likely not needed. I went to several dentists and they all gave me different opinions until I had no idea what I really needed, however they all agreed on one tooth that needed to be filled and so I chose Professional Dental to fill it, and boy was that a mistake. I waited in the waiting room for an hour to be taken back and then I was LECTURED for another HOUR as to why I needed a bunch of fillings I wasnt sure about, and also that I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed which 3 other dentists offices have told me I did not need. After the hour long lecture the dentist looked at his watch and said well Ive got to get to my other patients, and NEVER did my filling. A week later I received a $40 dollar bill in the mail for a consultation fee for the lecture I neither signed up for nor wanted, and in fact received INSTEAD of the service I actually wanted. When I called to dispute this fee they basically told me that I have no proof thats not what I came in for so they wouldnt refund me. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with any dentist, and Ive had a lot of terrible experiences with dentists. DO NOT GO HERE. Anywhere, including the local blind cat in the nearest ally, would make a better, more honest dental institution than this place.

So far I’ve been really frustrated. I don’t like that they aren’t available and travel around which is a problem if anything breaks or doesn’t work and you can’t come in for a week. We had to make a special appointment aside from the usual appointment because the assistant didn’t put a wire through one tooth, broke off the hook on the top and she was biting on the hook on the other. We were told she needed to wear bands constantly to fix her bite and yet she was out of bands for over two weeks and the tooth that needs to come down stayed in place. And of course when we went to make an appointment we had to wait for someone to be in the office that was closest or drive all the way to Utah county. They didn’t even have in her notes that she had been wearing bands. Communication between everyone is really poor and we haven’t even had braces for that long yet. I’m not looking forward to the next 2-3 years with “professional” dental.

This place was horrible! I went in and the tech dropped the tools on the floor.. the dentist was late. When he worked on a cavity he ended up cutting my lip and left my teeth super sensitive which were fine before he worked on it. He then told me that I would need a crown which I ended up getting two opinions and the other two dentist said I did not need any crowns. Would not recommend this place at all.

They are so awesome! I went in without a appointment. I had the worse pain in my life and I was crying so bad. They helped me. They didn’t even charge me for the visit. Other place would’ve charged me like $300. They are so great. I think her name is Anna and her assistant are so amazing. Both of them seen how much I was in pain they just got me in fast. They found a great payment plan for me. I really want to thank all of them for their help and i really appreciate them. I recommend them to everyone who needs help with their dental needs. If I can give the a 10 star I would. Even more. My experience with them is a great and awesome one. Thank you!! Keep up the great work you guys.

I had previous dental work in other states I’d lived in, and they did a fabulous job placing a crown from an implant I’d had done elsewhere.They were so efficient, friendly, and helpful.Definitely recommended.

I think the dental Staff is awesome at this location. However if you are fail insured be ware that they require you to pay out of pocket before the second insurance pays. They will tell you that it is because it can take up to 6 months to get money from the secondary insurance. Didn’t make sense but at least the dentist and the dental staff did a great job on my crown work👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏.

The staff here are amazing and they do their best to accommodate me and my family. They always greet us with a smile and great attitude and they also do excellent dental work. I brought my daughter in for an emergency at the last minute of their day and treated her so wonderfully (shes afraid of dentists) to where she felt comfortable throughout the whole ordeal. I cant recommend them enough! A+++

I was referred and scheduled with Professional Dental a little over a month ago. I showed early for my appointment today and was greeted with a phone number inquiry. My regular dentist has my correct number and has called me on it before... the number on file for me with Professional Dental was wildly off. Dr. Egbert called in sick today. I was not notified by phone or email and have now wasted 2hrs of my day in travel. I was informed the next consultation is nearly 3 weeks out. Listen, I was briefed to expect the final product today. Could we not have confirmed this through electronically or even by traditional mail? I have further wasted the last several weeks of my life with an uncomfortable temporary solution. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Highly recommend!!! They got me in quickly. Everyone was professional and friendly. Explained how to brush and floss which sounds basic, but no one in other offices had ever explained the how and why before like they did.

I went in for an emergency appointment in OCTOBER. I scheduled my appointment 3 WEEKS AGO. I show up to the location during their open hours and the doors are locked. No one rescheduled my appointment. I received no information until I was already at the location calling to see why the building was locked. This is BEYOND unprofessional and beyond poor customer service. This is utterly unacceptable. The first individual I spoke to was very uncaring and non concerned. There is absolutely NO REASON why with as many locations as this company has that I was unable to be contacted to reschedule. This is extremely poor serviceI now have impacted wisdom teeth that I am unable to receive care for after waiting 3 weeks and speaking to someone 3 days before my appointment and receiving a CONFIRMATION text THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT. The person on the phone literally stated that Theres nothing I can do for you she did not even apologize or offer an alternative. I am utterly disgusted. This is absolutely poor business and poor customer service.

We had pretty good experiences with the cleanings, but my husband went in for a routine cleaning and ended up being there for 2 hours. That included time waiting to be brought back, having his teeth cleaned, waiting for the dentist to show up, and having the dentist look at his teeth for a few seconds. Routine cleanings should usually last 30-45 minutes, so two hours was a little excessive. We found out 6 months after the fact that some cleanings werent paid for and the front desk staff didnt seem to have tried very hard to call our insurance to get the payment and didnt have any answers as to why we suddenly had to pay for something that was 100% covered. It would have been nice to be notified earlier so we could work it out quickly with our insurance instead of dragging it out and being caught by surprise. The hygienists were friendly and the dentists were informative, there were just a couple hiccups with our experience that turned out to be pretty inconvenient, hence the 3 stars.

They charge way too much, the office is freezing, and while I waited for my dentist to see me wondering why he was running late, I heard the receptionists talking about how they had called him to see where he was and had woke him up. What the? I was told I needed like 5 crowns, braces, root canals, etc. On teeth that in the past had been fine. I got a second opinion and didnt need any of those things. This place charges way more than any other dentist Ive ever been to. After treatment my teeth hurt worse than before I had gone in. I am happy to say I have another dentist and will never go here again.

Excellent service. Arrived early. They fit me in. I was numb and ready to get started long before original appointment time. Very professional explanation of the procedure and calming of my considerable anxiety. Super friendly staff and Dr. Smith was wonderful.

Office is Clean and pretty decor. Dr Egbert is very nice. He was clear in explanation of what you need, why, and what he recommends in your situation. Assistants are pleasant and always keep you posted on status of things and let you know where you are in the process of your visit if you have to wait for any period of time.

I refused to go to the dentist because of bad experiences in the past (8 years of not going) this office was extremely nice and quick. Dr Myers was very informative as to what was going on in my mouth and my 4 year old loved his experience and now brushes more often.

Doctor was extremely helpful and friendly. Office that office staff was friendly and went beyond the Call of Duty to get things to get things figured out! They helped me figure out a plan to stretch out my payments so that I could afford them.

I had and still have pain in a tooth they wouldn’t touch and said nothing was wrong with they did work on a tooth that had nothing wrong with it and now both teeth hurt so bad I can’t chew anything. They sit there and tell you need more things done then you actually do. They are in it for the money not to help people.
