I have gone here since I moved to Utah in 2015. Dr. G and his staff are amazing. I can’t imagine going to anyone else. I moved almost 30 minutes away and still go here. They are gentle, friendly and honest- not doing unnecessary work. If you don’t have insurance, like me, no problem! They have a plan that covers 2 cleanings a year and gives 20% off anything you may need to have done. I highly suggest making an appointment here!

Super friendly dentist and staff, my visits are always more than pleasant! They go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and that they are doing everything possible to help me. The office was very clean and tidy! They are hands down the best dental office I have ever been to! My son had some fillings upgraded and so far he doesn’t have any complaints. And they broke down future dental work so it’s easier for me to pay.

Doctor G and his staff my hygienist Sue are lovely people. They know their job inside and out and make you feel very comfortable while doing their job. I would have no problem recommending them to a friend.

The visit was ok until we got to prices. A crown was needed, my portion after ins was $428- I gasped, said OK then cancelled the followup, want to another dentist and lowered my portion to $296, savings of $132. Still not cheap but better. Take Care of your Teeth!

Great place! Our insurance changed and our whole family of 5 has been here twice now in the last year (for our 6 month checkups). It’s a nice clean building with fun touches of awesome photography on the walls, a great kids area in the waiting room with movies and little chairs and even a fun custom painted scene on the wall.Everyone in the office is awesome. The hygienists are the best. Gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. The office staff are helpful and friendly. Insurance and billing have been smooth. Dr G is efficient and kind, and you can tell the atmosphere in the office is happy. The kids love getting a quarter to put in the toy dispenser machines when they’re done!

My wife had some cavities filled during COVID shut down while my dental school was shut down. Dr. G was was very professional and helped my wife get a number of cavities filled before her insurance expired. Having seen my wife as a patient after my school opened back up I can tell you that Dr. G does high quality work and you can trust him to only do work that needs to be done. I give Dr. G my highest recommendation.

The dental technicians and front desk staff are always incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They make the appointment easy and quick.Dr. Goeckeritz is a highly capable dentist with good bedside manner. I recommend him for regular checkups as well as more unique or detailed concerns

They are responsive, courteous, and willing to write-off certain preventative procedures that they deem necessary even if insurance wont cover them. Very grateful.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to falling Creek dental unless they are only going for a cleaning. The front desk personnel is absolutely amazing and goes over the top to make you feel taken care of. My cleaning was thorough and the hygienist was very pleasant. I can’t say the same about the dentist. I went to this office twice. The first time I was told I had 5 cavities or surfaces that needed fixing. It took my mouth an entire month to recover from the work they did. It was right into torn apart, very sore, and my teeth felt rough and jagged. My front tooth was worked on, and it’s still not smooth and catches on things. The second time I went back to this office, the dentist told me that I had one cavity and that he would probably fix another three or four services in addition. After my last experience, I did not want my mouth torn apart, so I went back to my trusted family dentist to fix my cavity. ( I only came to Falling Creek because they accepted my insurance.) my family dentist did his own exam only to find I was free of cavities and needed no treatment. Dr. Goeckeritz would have charged me pain and money for 4 teeth unnecessarily. I’m afraid the last 4 teeth he touched didn’t need the work either. Oh, and did I mention that the anesthesia was poorly done. It hurt like crazy. My entire face was tingly and I could still feel the drilling despite it all. And trust me, I’ve been numb before. This was by far the worst experience ever times 2. I don’t trust him at all and it scares me that he teaches other dental students. I also feel that this institution is just out to make money. Their pricing is absurd compared to my better and more trusted dentist.

Dr. G has been a wonderful dentist for our entire family! We moved to Utah 2 years and started out with a different dentist but had problems with multiple visits to have fillings readjusted and decided to give Dr. G a try. He came highly recommended by a neighbor and we were not disappointed. His office is extremely efficient with friendly staff and we have had nothing but the best care. He was especially sensitive with a friend of ours who has been afraid to go the dentist and hadnt been in years. She is back on track now! We love Dr. G!

This place is the bees knees! Both the best dentist AND the best dental hygienist I have ever had. Friendly, quick, technologically advanced equipment and treatments. They fixed a bunch of old dental work I had done in the past that was done improperly and I could finally just eat normally again without fear of pain or losing a filling. You should go here if you arent already.

Best, most honest dentist I have found! Before I started seeingDr. Goeckeritz I had multiple failed root canals, an extraction on a tooth that had not been worked on properly and on and on and on. I like his in house dental insurance as it is fair and honest. All workers at the facility are kind and caring toward their patients and give a strong sense of confidence. I feel like me and my teeth are in good hands!

I appreciate this office. I hate going to a dentist in general, but as far as dental visits go, Falling Creek eliminates most of the annoying nuances of office visits. Theyre great at keeping their appointments right on time. I hate feeling like my time isnt valued. Their operating procedures keep things moving and having patients in and out in a jiff. Everyone is kind and professional. Billing is a breeze. I truly have no complaints. My wife has recommended Falling Creek to most people she knows and it seems like the entire staff now knows my in laws because of it. Highly recommended.

I left with tears in my eyes. Tears of Hope and Joy! Finding Dr. G is nothing short of a miracle. Of all of the hundreds of dentists to choose from I struck a gold mine. From the moment I walked in it was like coming home. I found Dr. G and his entire staff, Stacey, Debbie, Loretta, (I have yet to meet the other two assistants) shine with such caring concern and exemplify wisdom, expertise and knowledge in every way possible. Loretta is simply the best hygienist ever. My impossible dream of having my smile back will come true under their care. And it is in my economic reach., finally. FINALLY! In this age of disconnect between doctors and patients due to the lack of time doctors have with patients, Dr. G stands out as one of the few does who takes the time - he brings back the human touch. Stacey and Debbie, who man the front office, and are the first official impression of the genuine excellence of this office, gave me precise information on what insurance questions to ask in going forward. They are so easy to work with. They send you a text reminder a few days before your appointment. My last visit they were even able to schedule me back the Same day to get my cavities taken care of. It was so nice since I already had the day off to be able to get it taken care of right then and not have to juggle my schedule on a different day.

They got me in same day i called to get an appointment. The staff is very friendly and the dr is great and honest. They explain everything they are going to do and do not do anything with out a consent. This will be my new dentist for all my teeth work. really recommend this place.

Super impressed with Dr. Goeckeritz and his team! Im new to Draper and didn’t have a go to dentist yet. I was dealing with pain so I asked neighbors for a referral which led me here. I called in and the next morning I was all taken care of! Nice and quick but more impressive was the service and care taken. I don’t think I’ve had a nicer feeling filling done before. I had hardly any gum irritation or swelling and Dr. G made sure my bite was exactly as it was before. Usually a new filling irritates me for a while after and I have to get used to it but I can’t even tell I’ve had one... apart from the fact I can chew normally again. Loved it so much I got the whole family in for exams and cleans. I think that’s the best clean I’ve ever had too. Very thorough and my teeth feel awesome... I already want to have it done again haha. Great experience, highly recommend!

Dr. Goeckeritz was so great with my son when he had to get some cavities filled. I was really impressed with him and his staff. My son was so scared and not cooperating very well but he was able to get him to sit through the entire process. He explained step by step what he was doing and made it fun for my son. I highly recommend this office!

I went yesterday and they have Netflix as an option now, so you can put on your favorite show while getting your teeth cleaned!I started going here about 7 years ago, since then have recommended about 8 people there and they love it equally as much.

Dr. Goeckeritz is an amazingly kindhearted dentist who truly loves his work. He is very patient with adults and children. The managing staff, assistants, and hygienists make a great team--many of whom have been with Dr. G since his practice opened in 2009. Highly recommend!

Marvelous group ... not just great at dentistry but, in the process, warm, congenial, and caring in the process. I was anticipatory moving here two years ago about changing from my dentist of some 20 years. I had no reason to be.

The cleaning was good the hygienist did a good job, but the dentist gave me a few recommendations and I have asked several times to the customer care team to send me the breakdown of the cost and they reply that they will email it and....no email as of yet, I have made 3 calls, 3 requests, got 3 promises to send it and zero follow through. I will be looking for a new providerYou are what you do. Not what you say youll do

Came in for my appointment near closing time, the doctor did the quickest exam Ive ever had. Then said I needed fills, and continued to do the quickest filling ever. He didnt even take xrays after to make sure that he got everything. As soon as he was done, everyone rushed out of there, including the doctor, who left before I even checked out. Cant say Im surprised that now, my teeth are in even WORSE condition, because the fillings were not done properly. Now Im paying even larger bills, for more extreme dental work. Im more upset at myself, for letting myself get the work done, when I could immediately see that the doctor was more concerned with getting out of the office, and checking me off the list, than he was doing good work.

Dr. Goeckeritz and his team are awesome! I am a little nervous in the dentist chair, and they made me feel very comfortable. They explain what they are doing, are gentle, but quick, and i appreciated it. I ended up having a root canal on a cracked tooth that another Draper dentist had missed. They made what could have been a very unpleasant experience positive. Dr. Goeckeritz came highly recommended from a neighbor that i trust. You cant go wrong with this team!

Awful admin - Debbie...been waiting on an authorization since October 2017. Wanting us to pay for procedures that were not authorized through insurance so I cancelled appointment for Feb. Debbie said she is not required to do auths & for me to do it myself. Going to a new dental place & they handle all the auths & insurance billing upfront.

I am grateful for the good attention and good work they do in this place.

My family started working with Dr. Goeckeritz after our old dentist retired. He was my dentist for about 3 years. To keep my post shorter and to spare you the pain of reading about my experience, I will just let you know that I have had complications on almost every single tooth that Dr. Goeckeritz did any work on. It has been about 7 years since I last saw him. I had to have a crown when I saw him which has since failed and now I need an implant. I was flossing one day and the crown that he had place basically popped off. It didnt come all the way off because he had drilled a giant post down to the root. Every dentist I have seen since has told me that the post he put in was wayyy too big and not to mention my actual crown was big, bulky and poor made.. I hated it everyday that it was in my mouth. So many headaches from seeing him... Dont get me wrong, he is a very nice guy but he needs a lot more practice as a dentist. Go see someone else. In addition, if you need something major like a root canal or crown go to a specialist. It will be work your money because if you dont then youll just have to get that tooth extracted and go through the $$$$ surgery of getting an implant. Or you can just plan to lose your teeth and not replace them.. going here is a good option for that.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Goeckeritz when the time came for me to get my wisdom teeth pulled.My wife has been going to Dr. G. long before we were ever married, but when, after 28 years, I decided I had enough of the pain, Dr. G took great care to pull all four of imposing teeth - making sure that I was comfortable during what would turn out to be a somewhat complicated pull. When I developed dry socket (horrible, but not Dr. Gs fault) I was seen right away and was soon healed.I just returned for my six month checkup and things are going great. The hygienist and assistants are friendly and the TVs with headphones are a nice touch!I am happy to make the drive from downtown because Falling Creek does such a fantastic job!
