Aspen Ridge Dental is by far the best dental experience I’ve had. Dr. Hall explains everything thoroughly and puts your mind at ease. They went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and tried some new strategies for caring for me that made the experience so much more comfortable. During any procedure they allow you to control when/if you need a break. I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for the care I received at Aspen Ridge Dental! I am now no longer as anxious going to the dentist!

All of the dentists at Aspen Ridge Dental are top notch and extremely professional. They do a phenomenal job with adults as well as my young children. But what I really appreciate as well is the support staff on scheduling and billing they’re always very accurate and send reminders on everything for your appointments and what have you. Been through quite a few dentists over the years and by far and away the overall experience at Aspen Ridge is the best I’ve seen! I don’t plan on taking my business anywhere else.

Very professional and friendly, went in with a concern about a possible problem, found out just a food particle lodged in my tooth that flossing couldn’t get. Was also concerned about some staining, thought I would have to get a new filling, they just buffed and did a bit of drilling, looks good as new, best of all, they didn’t charge me!! My visits with Dr Hall are always pleasant even though the work being done is not so fun. I have to say, he has a very gentle way of doing the shots because I rarely feel them. Today was our first time visiting Aspen Ridge Dental. Our experience was great. The front desk receptionist was very friendly. The hygienists were awesome too, and even entertained our four year old by playing games with her while we had our teeth cleaned! We will be back!

This is my first time going here and I felt very welcome and the staff is so personable. My dental hygienists kept making sure I was comfortable and not in too much pain and made sure to bring up any of the concerns I had with the dentist. Ive been going to Aspen ridge dental for years now and even planned trips to salt lake city when I lived in Vernal UT to see Dr. Hall. They are very accommodating and professional. Hated the dentist as a kid and Dr. Hall make it just that less painful.

Dr. Hall has been awesome with our whole family for years. Hes been really helpful with my dental fears and always made sure I was comfortable.

I would not recommend.A couple reasons.1. Billing. We had an issue where our insurance provider (through our employer) changed. When Aspen ridge sent to claim to the old provider it was naturally denied. It turned out to be a big misunderstanding but one that couldnt be worked out without the collection agency (costing us over $800 for services that would have been covered as routine by our insurance). I think they could use some help in working to contact their patients in situations like these before sending to collections. In their words, it cost them more to handle through a collection company anyways.2. Performing procedures not covered by insurance - I found out during the billing situation Aspen Ridge performed procedures that were not covered by our insurance. They then remove the cost of those items during the filing of the claim. In our instance, the services were not removed and they were included in the principal balance sent to the collection agency.

I was in and out really fast. Great service.

Always a pleasure going to Aspen Ridge. As an endodontist here in Salt Lake County, I work with a lot of dentists and get to see firsthand the quality of their work. Not only do Dr. Hall and Dr. Gruber do amazing work clinically, but their chairside manner is top notch. Ive never met a patient that didnt love and appreciate having either of them as their dentist (and that includes my family and me!). In addition, there cannot be enough said about how amazing the rest of the staff in the office is as well - theyve got a great group there! Thanks!

I changed to Dr Hall because my sister-in-law works there and I know shes great at her job. All of the staff are great. Now that Ive switched to him I wont go anywhere else! My kids had a very bad experience at our other dentist and Dr. Hall changed that for both of them! I love how he tells you before he does anything so nothing is a surprise. I always recommend him if someone asks where we go.
