Beware! Dr. Menden recommended work that didnt need to be done. He told me every filling I have ever had was bad. All 16 had same issue yet was done at three different places. He also told me I needed a large amount of other work. After talking to my insurance company and seeking a second and third opinion, it turns out I was needing no work. Scam! I have spoken to several others that saw Dr. Menden and he gave them the same story. He even showed me all the decay under my fillings. Turns out those images were not real. SCAMMER!

Dr. Meden did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. Hes very invested in his customers and will do what it takes to make you happy. Highly recommend.

I been there for veneers, and how Dr. Meden explained it takes 2 to 3 weeks to place veneers. Now it has been 6 weeks! My teeth have been drilled and I’m wearing these provisional veneers are not enough protection. I can’t eat well and it has been so painful, this is the 2nd time he tried the permanent veneers and it looks Like the same issues in the teeth details we identified are still there, I don’t know if he doesn’t take the time to analyze and design the model of veneers or the lab is not good enough.I keep saying that I have a lot of pain and sensitivity but they won’t do nothing about it, I asked why it’s taking so long this process but they only say that the lab they work with is back up in orders.This is the 2nd time I ask off in my job and it’s all for nothing.Im at the point that I can’t wait any longer but I already paid almost $14,000 in advanced for ten veneers and been waiting forever.When I first came to this office I was told different before making the decision of picking this place.I would recommend to ask for prices and different quotes at a least two different doctor offices. Im not having a good experience here and I most recognize that I’ve made a very wrong decision on coming here.

Dr. Meden is one of the best dentists in Utah, period. He is a perfectionist and looks out for his patients best interest. He did my 10 veneers and cavities I had and let me tell you, it doesn’t matter if he has to stay late or come in on a Saturday (which he did for me) he goes above and beyond for his clients. Not only that, but he’s also a genuinely a good person. I had issues with other dentists I’ve had in the past as I felt they weren’t A) knowledgeable enough in what I wanted B) they didn’t have the correct “hand” in doing dental work. I know that sounds weird but if you’re paranoid about your teeth getting messed up or care a lot about your smile you know what I mean. I have recommended Dr. Meden to many of my friends and family and the people that have visited him based on my recommendation have only good things to say about him too. Honestly don’t even know how he could have any reviews lower than 5 stars lol.

Ive been to so many dentists in California, Chicago and Georgia. Im so glad I found Dr. Meden. He has changed my life! I was in an accident ten years ago and lost some teeth. Had dental work in the states already mentioned but I wasnt satisfied with the work they did. I thought I was never going to be back to normal. Dr. Meden took me under his wing. He gave me my confidence back. I can smile now without hesitating. I have never received so many compliments about my smile! Im really thankful for his outstanding skills and knowledge. Dr Meden is amazing.. I wasnt feeling good about my teeth, my smile and so my self confidence was shot.. He gave me the most incredible smile and it looks so natural like they have always been my teeth.. He is so kind and caring and has taken care of all my kids teeth as well. Go see him! My boyfriend and I have both had a complete mouth restoration and couldnt be happier. The customer service is great, they made us both feel very comfortable. We both loved the sedation dentistry that they offer. I am very scared of the dentist so this was very nice to be able to just show up, go to sleep, and wake up with the work done. Dr Meden has a very good eye for detail and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Look. Everyone hates the dentist. And Walter is a bit, shall we say, fastidious?! But hes a perfectionist and his work is amazing. Hate to say I recommend a dentist - but Walters our guy.

Dr. Meden is a true artist and an all around really nice person. His office is big, bright and beautiful. Caroline and Marci are wonderful support staff. I had my two front teeth done after a an old veneer needed to be replaced. My smile is perfect and I am 100% happy.I would recommend this office to anyone and did send my husband in for a bunch of work.BEST COSMETIC DENTIST IN THE UTAH!!!!!!

The professional services are top notch and have given me the smile I always wanted. But, honestly, I think the staff is what stands out the most for me at this practice. My experience was definitely not 5-star. Dr. Meden seems quite competent, but he recommended work that I didnt need, charged me for work that should have been billed to insurance and billed insurance for work he didnt perform. Be careful.

I had a couple of chips on my front teeth. Dr. Meden was so patient and did such a wonderful job bonding my teeth. He wanted to make the teeth look seamless since they were the front of my smile, so we went ahead and did some whitening. I would certainly recommend him.

I have used Dr Meden for a number of years now. He has done everything from basic cleaning, root canals, veneers and crowns. Through these visits I have no complaints what so ever. I am in the customer service industry and feel that am treated very fair by Dr Meden. Beware! There is a real lack of transparency here and youll never quite know the treatment plan, what youre being charged for, what is being billed to insurance, what your account balance is and if they care about making a happy customer. Be prepared to wait in the waiting room for the doctor to arrive, and wait days and weeks for returned calls and emails, particularly if they owe you money back because they over charged you!

Watch out!! Poor work that he does not stand behind. I cant trust him. I had a root canal and crown as a result of my first visit with Dr. Meden. The tooth never felt good, always in pain. I went back three times to get him to correct his work. Not only did he charge me for trying to fix his work, he was not able to correct it in three attempts. 7 months later, I was in so much pain I went to another dentist. He was able to fix the issue in about an hour. (My original root canal was three hours and EXTREMELY painful) (His promised of pain free root canals are completely false) If you need something basic, and want to pay top dollar and dont care about bedside manner, hes your guy. If you need anything more than a cleaning, and care about the money you work hard to earn, please shop around. I dont think his practices are fair, I dont think his quality is on par with his peers.

Walters the best. Period. If you want a great dentist, for general dentistry AND for premier high-end procedures, Walters your guy. Fun, fast, and fantastic. Did I say how much I like Walter? haha. Anyways, hes been my dentist for about ten years, so that should say something!

The worst Dentist my family has ever experienced! We all found out we had unnecessary work done. He told me the work I had done previously was all wrong, redid my fillings and they ALL fell out about a year later. Super disappointing!

All the work he did in my mouth ($40,000 + worth) is having to be redone by another dentist. Severe pain/infections in the teeth he did root canals on which should never happen AFTER a root canal.The veneers he did are having to be drilled through (Thousands of dollars down the drain) in order to redo the root canals he performed.I thought I was in good hands, but apparently not. To this day, Im in lots of pain.

We had the same experiences as several other reviews on this and other sites. Long waits, treatment plan constantly changing, difficulty getting straight answers, condescension, lack of communication and fishy billing and account practices. Still waiting for a refund due for overcharging (6 weeks) and they wont even give me a copy of the account statement so I can verify it with my insurance company. Beware!!!

Dr. Medan is a great man! Not only is he very good with his patients, but it is obvious he knows what he is talking about. His office is very friendly and they are the best Dentist I have ever been to!
