I have only had positive experiences with this dentist office. I especially appreciate the care and service of Dr. Veleva and her assistant Valeria. They are both extremely professional, patient, and skilled.

I would recommend this office to everyone. My niece and nephew were seen. It was their first visit to the dentist and they enjoyed their visit. I cant explain how friendly everyone was. It started with the two ladies at the front desk answering all of my insurance questions to how GREAT the doctors were. Dr. Brammeier and Dr. Veleva. A great team!

Dr. Brammeier LITERALLY saved my teeth. I had been uninsured for 3 years and when I did a check up, he gave me the honest truth and had an entire game plan of how my 12 cavities would get fixed. He went section by section with a methodical approach to resolve my cavities. I have changed my entire dental plan to maintain his hard work. I’ll never use another dentist. I’d 10/10 recommend Dr. Brammeier to everyone I know.

In 2018 I was desperate to find a good dentist. One day I searched google and found Dr Brammeier. Well, I called the office and made my appointment. There are no words to describe how wonderful my experience was. Dr. Brammeier and his staff greeted me with respect and deep desire to provide the best posible care for me and my particular situation. My case was a little challenging and required patience, dedication and expertise, that’s exactly what I got from Dr. Brammeier and his staff. Always warm and welcoming and no satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work may have been needed. I’d give them zero if I could. The new practice owner is nothing like Dr. Farokian who was very honest and had high moral and standards. With the new practice, he just looks to find a way to charge you and your insurance. They even charged me for service that was NOT done, I went for a cleaning and then the new dentist came to introduce himself and then later on they sent a bill for dental work that he supposedly did. I was shocked and called their office multiple times, left message but they never got back to me. I will never go back there and will never recommend anyone ever to go there.

Dr. Brammeier is a very professional, courteous, funny, knowledgeable, and skillful dentist with an excellent supporting team and front office staffs. He is highly recommended to everyone who needs a great and affordable dental treatment. Great experience!

We have been going to this location for 20+ years and were nervous when Dr. Farokian retired and Dr. Brammeier came on board. However, after needing two crowns replaced and having anxiety about the procedure, Dr. Brammeier and his staff calmed my nerves and made it a positive and painless experience. He explains everything one step at a time while he is doing the procedure, as well as gave me a couple of breaks to help calm my nerves. Dr. B. even called me himself the next day to see how I was doing. I cant say I love going to the dentist, but Im not as apprehensive as I used to be because I know Dr. B. cares.

Dentist was fine, dealing with their billing department was beyond frustrating. Very unresponsive and condescending - even though it was their neglect that my insurance was not billed properly. Would not recommend - you can find an equally qualified dentist with a responsive and qualified office staff that appreciates your business. They have been over paid by $350 between my insurance payments and my payments. Cannot get my money back or even a response to my emails and phone calls. Yes, I am sure I am a patient of yours. You also violated my HIPPA rights. And now you blame the previous practice? This was your office who failed to submit claims to my insurance company. It took me filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for you to finally resolve the issue. A reasonable degree of customer service would have avoided this entire issue. Check out their YELP reviews, I am not alone!

We loved Dr Farokian and was sad to see him go. We went along with the new ownership because we adore Rich. My advice is to be very careful what they ring you up for a bill. They will tell you need all these services without letting you know what your insurance is covering panoramic . X- rays, mouth guards, crowns. You name we were told we needed it. We’ are also loyal people who came every 6 months for a cleaning. The demand payment before you leave. But ironically billed us for our first visit. I would be very cautious going here

Our whole family had been with Dr Farokian for over twenty years and was sad to see him go. We went along with the new ownership because we enjoy dental hygiene service from Rich. My advice is to be very careful what they billing. Dr Farokian had been very flexible with patient portion of payment outside insurance coverage, X- rays, crowns, bridges, etc. but not anymore with new ownership. We’ came every 6 months for a cleaning. In general, we miss that human touch from Dr. Farokian.

Dr. Brammeier is the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! He is excellent at what he does and is always improving his office with the best equipment available. He and his staff are extremely friendly and always go above and beyond with my care, explaining exactly what they will be doing to resolve any dental issues I have. I trust them with my mouth completely. Whether you need cosmetic dental care or just a regular exam, Dr. Brammeier and his team will exceed your expectations. I highly recommend his office to anyone looking for the best dental care in the suburbs, they will not disappoint!

This Place was a Gem when Dr. Farokian was the owner. Now that it’s under new ownership you are just a number not a patient. Was suppose to see the Dr. to finish my root canal but he has yet canceled my appt do to a disagreement with his off clerk Manager who is extremely disrespectful and disorganized. Not only did I feel harassed by her but when I asked to speak to her superior she told me no and hung up on me. When I went into the office she called the police on me. I come to find that the owner of the establishment was not there and more than likely explains her antics in that moment. Around an hr later I recieved not a phone call but a email from the Dr canceling my appt. other than calling me to get to the root of the issue. This whole experience has left me with an unfinished root canal and immense pain. I would not recommend this establishment or Doctor as I feel he neglects the health and betterment of his patients.

I joined this practice 7 years ago for Dr Farokian who was an absolute delight to work with. It was the only time I actually looked forward to seeing a dentist. However, after Dr Farokian retired, things have changed. I get persistent follow up reminders and I am having to pay much more from out of pocket even for routine cleaning procedures.

I highly recommend Brammeier Dental Associates on Washington Ave, Naperville. Both Doctors Michael Brammeier and Madlena Veleva are amazing and their entire staff is the most helpful, friendliest, and the best prepared. You sure will be cured in no time! BRAVO Team!!!

I was referred to Brammeier Dental by a family member and I will forever be in her debt! My dentist had retired and I kept putting off finding a new one until I had a broken tooth and a loose crown and couldnt put it off any longer! Not only did he fix my problems but he was so professional and pleasant that he is going to be the dentist I should have gone to all along!

Look no further, what a perfectionist Dr. Mike Brammeier did some outstanding work on couple of issues that I was having with my teeth. His office is up to date with the dental technology. Dr Brammeier explained the whole proceeded before he started and even showed pictures, stoped during the procedure with more explanation, findings and pictures to go with it and at the end the finished work. I have never had a dental experience like this with any other dentist that I’ve been to. He is my to go guy at this point and I highly recommend him. His staff is easy to communicate with, and his dental hygienist and nurses are highly trained and are up for any task. Thank you

I highly recommend Dr. Brammeier!!! I have been to MANY dentists in my life and somewhere along the way developed some pretty crazy dental anxiety Until I met Dr. B. He not only helped me work through my anxiety but has done an excellent job with every procedure I have needed from filling a cavity to replacing a crown. I actually dont dread going anymore and can actually walk out of his dental office and not have to go back in because the work just doesnt feel right. His new office is located further away from my home but it is worth the trip to receive such excellent care!

I have been at this location for 20 + years. My children, husband and myself have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Farokian and associates. He took excellent care of my family, and was compassionate when a tumor was found in one of my childrens jaws on xray. However, he sold the practice to Brammeier and Associates. The customer service is horrible. I have been working on billing for greater than 6 months. I have attempted to correct billing errors on their part, and still have issues. No one seems to know how to bill insurances, and they are very confused when you have 2 insurance providers. When attempting to resolve a bill, they say well you are not with Dr. Farokian anymore. This is more than evident, as the billing was never such a huge issues. Brammeier and Associates brought changes in electronic records, and poor billing, and office customer service. Additionally, my husband, daughter, and myself went from having an occasional cavity, to being told we all had 4+ cavities on our first visits with the new provider. That was interesting to hear.

Dr. Brammeier is awesome! I was nervous about him replacing Dr. Farokian, but I was pleasantly surprised! Dr. Brammeier took his time to go over my concerns and did an excellent job. I love his modern approach to dentistry and his meticulousness. Ever since I was little I was terrified of dentists, but this place really changed my perception. Everyone in the clinic is friendly and nice. I love every visit and I will be going here forever!

I have been a patient at this dental practice for over 20 years. I was concerned when I learned my dentist was retiring, especially since I have a fairly complex current dental issue that needs attention. I made an appointment with Dr. Michael Brammeier who is taking over the practice and I was immediately relieved. Dr. Brammeier is knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. He understood my dental issue, carefully examined me to establish a diagnosis and suggested a reasonable and affordable plan of care. He used technology new to the practice as part of my diagnosis so I am confident he will continue to bring innovations to bear for his patients. The other staff within the practice remain the same so there are familiar friendly faces despite this change in ownership. I look forward to continuing my care with Dr Brammeier and am confident we will have a positive and supportive long-term clinical relationship.

Dr..Brammeier was my dentist a while back. I worked with someone else recently, who was good, but not as thorough as Dr. B! I cannot wait to get back in to work with him! And Ill be bringing my kids over too as soon as I can!!

I have been going to see Dr. Farokian for the past 15 yrs and have maintained going there because of his gentle demeanor, his colleague, Dr. Veleva, and their amazing hygienist Rich! The have all done excellent work on me, my children, and now my husband. They have become like family throughout the years, so it was sad to hear that Dr. Farokian sold his business but nice to know that Rich and Dr V will still continue to be there. I got the opportunity to meet Dr. Brammeier, he has a great personality and seems really enthusiastic about his new practice. I mean he has the best team anyone can ask for!I do have to add that at my last appointment, I felt uncomfortable with having the door being opened by the front desk girl. Having a background in the medical field, I know how important it is to have some level of privacy during a procedure. I think it’s a personal time that you have with your Dr/hygienist and should be respected as such. Going to the dentist can be scary as it is and being a public display makes it even more intimidating. Thank you so much for your time and I hope my feedback helps.

On my last visit to see Dr Michael he had taken over the practice of Dr Farokian who retired. I was previously suggested to repair my tooth by installing a crown. After inspection by Dr Michael he recommended that we simply repair the tooth and the surrounding to give it a proper fit. During procedure they did take extra steps for the covid-19 related protection. When the repair was complete I had proper fit and contact of the teeth. Everything went very well and I was very happy. I had a bad experience with another dentist at the practice and switched to Dr. Brammeier to finish my work (and to repair the mistakes of my previous dentist). I HATE dentists.....many bad experiences as a kid and I just get so scared and nervous. A friend highly recommended Dr Farokian when In had a tooth problem and came with me to hold my hand. Dr Farokian was so gentle and patient...put me right at ease. I know I can trust him....so I dont get worried and anxious going to see him. Highly recommend Dr Farokian to anyone needing a dentist.

Excellent dentist! Definitely recommend! My whole family goes to this office, including kids, and everybody like it.

I would not recommend it to anyone. Despite doing radiography they did not recognized my problem , gave me wrong info, wrong medication and wrong consultation. I suffered severe pain and did not get the result I expected. Waste of money and time.

Enjoy everyone in the office. A real dental office experience...nothing like the factory dentist offices that are out there. Dr. Farokian and staff are the best in town.
