I had Dr. Samik as my dentist and Anna as my dental hygienist. My teeth were not in great shape because I moved during COVID and didn’t have a dentist, but they fixed me up quite nicely. Very pretty office and good service. 5 stars.

Not only are my wife and I patients, our 3 year old just had her first visit today, Ms. Tammy was her hygienist and made our daughter feel as comfortable as could be, she was a little leary of Dr. Wince but Ms. Tammy was able to get her comfortable again and he was able to get in there and count her teeth. Excellent dental practice from head to toe!

I just got home from my appointment and I could cry from how happy and relieved I am. I have been putting off going to see a dentist out of pure fear and anxiety. I saw this office accepted my insurance and read the reviews and took the chance. And, I am so glad I did. I had been very nervous leading up to this and I had truly, a great experience. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and didn’t make me feel worse about how I already felt about my teeth. From the woman who helped with my X-rays and assisted Dr. Ann, to Dr. Ann herself, they were all so kind and helpful. The ladies in the front were nice, and Dr. Ann assured me she was going to take care of me, and help get my mouth where it needed to be. I felt comfortable and relieved to be there. I had a deep cleaning and the difference already is so drastic, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am so happy I found this place and feel better about knowing I can go to a place I trust! After years of living with a cap that was sub par- in looks and quality- I finally feel comfortable actually smiling! Everyone at Towel Dental is so friendly and knowledgeable. I had to have an implant placed after a failed crown from another dentist and the process was so smooth and mostly painless. You can’t tell a difference between the implant or my real teeth. Highly recommend Tower Dental!

So we had been going to Tower based on reviews. Dental services are acceptable. They are courteous, professional, and competent. We stayed on for a year, but due to processing/billing issues we left in June 2020.Specifically billing is inconsistent and on more than one occasion we received invoices for additional charges sent to us well after services. Our billing experience has been the difference Tower Dental charges vs. what insurance pays months after service. Once, maybe twice could be ok, but for us there were more of these experiences and we decided to change dental offices...or at least I thought we did.Recently (May 2021) we received an invoice for services provided in June 2020 (additional charges for services almost a year after services).UPDATE: After posting this review, Dr. Katz contacted me and we resolved the issue. I do appreciate Dr. Katz reaching out to understand our experience.

This place is great, I take care of my teeth but still have problems however I have been to many dentists in different states and no one can come compare them him or his team, I did also get an implant, very through process as well. The equipment is top of the line, they are a bit higher than others but you get what you pay for, Its not a t-shirt. I wish I can bring him and team with us, on the move again. Thanks folks!

I went to Tower Dental as a new patient in Jan 2021. From my first visit through now the entire office staff, dental assistants, and especially Dr Wince has been nothing shy of phenomenal and I’m saying this after having a massive delay in a double crown placement, seeing the Endodontist to take care of an abscess, and shelling out 2400$ out of pocket on top of the 2k max of benefits reached with my PPO plan. Dr Wince’s care, attention to detail, and bedside manner is the best I’ve ever personally experienced. I work in the emergency medical field and know how important quality care and rapport with a patient is to their treatment. I think and hope unless something drastically changes I will be continuing with Dr Wince as long as he’s practicing. It’s wonderful ,throughout the physical pain and mental annoyance of waiting months to get the best care conservatively and properly done to finally (at least for these 2 troublesome molars) to have an ‘end’ in sight. Dental insurance and dental care is costly but again dental health and hygiene is hopefully a worthy investment. Cannot say praises and thanks enough to Dr. Wince, assistants, and front office.

Awesome place to go for all dental needs! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Had to recently get a wisdom tooth removed and they were so comforting and it was such an easy process. Will continue to go here.

Dr. Ann did some dental bonding on my front teeth. She did exactly what I asked and I am delighted with the results. She was patient and listened to my wants..Dr. Katz filled my cavity last year and saved me from a root canal. Laura is a great hygenist. Overall the staff is pleasant and professional and they are always on time without waiting time.

Tower Dental was very efficient, transparent and professional regarding my whole process of getting my dental implant. Also, they were always right on schedule. Ive only had to wait past the scheduled time once and that was only 10 minutes. Due to their outstanding customer service my phone family now goes to Tower Dental.

Very beautiful office. Friendly and knowledgeable front office staff. I started an implant process last week with Dr. Kats, he and the staff were wonderful in the back. Calmed me down about the process (im slightly scared of the dentist), explained the procedure in detail and what to expect and it was over quickly. Dr. Kats and his team work fast and efficiently! Even the process of picking up my prescription after was great because the office staff will call it in for you so you dont have to drop it off and wait. Definitely recommend this office from minor work all the way up to the major work.

Woe is me, my dentist retired and I have to find a new one. Something akin to getting a root canal. So I did a Google on local dentists and many came back. I picked the top six (6) based on customer reviews and visited every one of them to ascertain the location, staff friendliness and if they offered any dental plans of their own.The first place I went for a consultation was Grove Dental in Downers Grove, which was a very nice facility. The dentist gave me an exam and came up with a dental plan of a mere $11,500. Say what? I dont think so! Next off to Tower Dental in Downers Grove and their plan was a much more palatable $2500. It is a very nice facility, their staff is friendly and they have a premier plan to help defray the cost of dental work, I have no dental insurance.Finally, my dentist is Dr. Ann Gruzynska. She is outstanding and is the consummate professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Tower Dental for quality dental care.

Great experience with both the staff and the doctor. The office staff goes out of their way to accommodate your needs, follows up consistently and makes you feel at ease. I looked around for a while for a new dentist. I wanted to switch because of travel distance and always changing dentists that trying to re-do everything the others did. I feel like at Tower Dental they just do what needs to be done, not less and not more. Clear fee schedule and estimates before procedures. People are just plain nice, remember you by first name, easy to talk to. Doctors professional and knowledgeable. My favorite one is doctor Katz, but I hear from friends others are also great. Comfortable and casual atmosphere. Plus always few jokes here and there, which does not hurt :). Nor do the procedures.

Have been seeing Dr. Ann for years and cannot say enough great things! I absolutely love my veneers and constantly get complements on my smile. The whole team is great, and the office is beautiful! would highly recommend !

From staff to Dr Ann and Dr Katz, Tower Dental is top notch. Dr Kats is someone I know I can always trust to work on my teeth. He works quickly and efficiently. The assistants and hygienists are also all very nice and do their job well. This is a good solid dental practice. I am not particular about which dentist or hygienist I see, and while I think I usually have the same hygienist, I have probably seen and used all the dentists for my work. They are all great. I had a crown replaced, and the crown I received at Tower fits like a glove, and looks fantastic. My husband also goes here and has received excellent care. He had a more problematic issue concerning a cracked / dying tooth and lingering pain and they were awesome and worked with him until the issue was fully resolved. Also, and this is important, they dont just find things to work on. My husband and I often go in there for cleanings and leave, with no need to come back until the next scheduled cleaning.

When I first starting going to Tower Dental, years ago, I thought Dr. Kats was the best dentist who had ever worked on my teeth. Then Dr. Wince came along, and he is great too! Id give 6 stars if Google would let me :)Let me backtrack, briefly, as to what led me to find the wonderful Dr. Ann and the amazing staff at Tower Dental. I have a fear of going to the dentist that stems, in part, from my pediatric experiences. In my adult life I have avoided seeing the dentist unless it seems absolutely necessary. The last time I was at the dentist was 4-5 years ago and I have since moved, so I wasn’t sure where to go when I had a recent dental concern. I searched out a nearby dentist that was well-reviewed and I convinced myself that I was willing to pay a premium for the fact that he was out-of-network, but offered sedation options. Upon my visit I was told that I had multiple cavities in multiple teeth. My nightmare!I wasn’t sure what to do, but I had heard great things about Dr. Ann and Tower Dental from a close friend, so I thought it would be a good idea to get a second opinion (which I had never done before). I’m so glad I did! Dr. Ann and the staff were very warm and welcoming, and she was very considerate and understanding of my anxiety. Upon her examination of my teeth and x-rays, she disagreed with the original dentist and saved me a LOT of money and unnecessary drilling. The original pain that had prompted me to find a dentist was ultimately from a sinus issue, NOT a cavity. I feel so much better about the fact that I now have a current cleaning/check-up on the books, as well as a dentist whom I can really trust!Dr. Ann also told me that she could close the small gap in my teeth if it was something that bothered me, as I was asking her about fixing a minor chip on my front tooth. It WAS always something that bothered me (especially after wearing braces as a kid), but I never realized how quickly it could be fixed without Invisalign or expensive veneers. Dr. Ann is SO skilled and meticulous, she made it seem like a breeze! I really think her work has improved the appearance of my smile!Essentially, if you are looking for a new dentist, have dental anxiety, or need a second opinion don’t hesitate to make an appointment at Tower Dental and see Dr. Ann. This was my first visit to Tower Dental. Ive been trying different offices for years and finally found the one I will return to. All of the staff is great and my hygienist Alejandra is the best hygienist Ive ever been with. This review can not express my gratitude to Dr. Ann and her staff. On my first appt. I came in with red flaring gums and a mouthful of work from years of neglect. From bad dental experiences I was terrified of the dentist. I cried in her chair. Dr.Anns empathy and professionalism made all my procedures (cavities, crowns, scaling etc) uneventful and painless. The staff worked with my insurance (things were affordable) and I NEVER received an extra bill in following months. My gums are normal and my teeth are beautiful! I have been going to Tower Dental for more than 15 years. Dr. Kats obviously loves his work (he is so energetic and enthusiastic and I love how he hums during procedures), provides painless dental care, offers choices and good advice when procedures are required, and creates a very friendly and homey experience. Hes a good teacher, and will spend time explaining each procedure. Laura has been my hygienist for most of this time and keeps my teeth sparkling. The office staff is super helpful and everyone there treats me like family. I highly recommend this office.

Tower Dental and the staff is nothing short of amazing. Dr. Ann and all of the dental hygienists are all the kindest and great to be around. When you go in, all of the people at the front desk greet you with a smile and talk to you and remember you, which is always nice. The space is very cozy and nice to be in, (and I typically dont enjoy going to the dentistD: )Dr. Ann is truly incredible at what she does. She was able to do an emergency wisdom tooth extraction in less than 20 minutes, and it was impeccable work. When it comes to other dental work, even simple, I wouldnt trust another Doctor more. She truly takes her time to make sure that your teeth will look good after she is done, and to ensure her work is done well. She will answer any question you have, and make sure youre comfortable. She really just cares about every single one of her patients. Her work is something of an Artist! I had some fillings done on my front teeth, and she filled in gaps and made them look better than they have in years! I couldnt be happier!

The Tower Dental team was great. Prior to my visit I had neglected dentist visits for a number of years, so they had a fair amount of work to do when I came to them. This work included pulling a wisdom tooth that had come in. They pulled it without me even realizing they had pulled a tooth out.

Very professional and very warm atmosphere. Although a filling I had done here needed to be repaired, it was done at no cost to me. All of the staff are very kind and patient.

I had a very traumatic accident at my job June 13th 2019 which left me with 3 broken front teeth and another one chipped. ( 4 front teeth) I followed my jobs protocol then luckily enough Dr. Kats was able to see me immediately. When I arrived my mouth was beyond sore and it hurt to close my mouth fully. He had taken some X-rays and told me because of how I slipped my teeth were pushed inward and up into my gums. I started balling of course because my teeth gave me my confidence. I thought how and why me. He calmed me down and told me what he had to do and asked “Do you trust me” at first I wasn’t sure he wasn’t my normal doctor but my brother’s girlfriend vouched for him and so I did. He went to work fixed me up temporarily I had to wear a brace for 5 months then another month until I was able to get my permanent teeth. He was very kind and sensitive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time and each time I came to visit in between. If you go to anyone besides him you’re loss. Sometimes when it comes to life things change and we have to adjust . My smile is GORGEOUS all thanks to Dr. Kats and his team .

Very friendly and efficient. Had a filing replaced and mentioned to the dentist that they were like a pit crew. In and out, pain free. Awesome!

I have been to TDA on late 2017 for several visits. I have done deep cleaning and more than one filing. In general my overall experience was good, I have seen better at other practices. I had to do the cleaning on two separate visits and I was satisfy with my first cleaning, on the second when I have arrived I have been told my hygienist was sick and someone else done the cleaning from outside the clinic as I understood it was so rushed keeping in mind that it was supposed to be deep cleaning, I believed they supposed to let me know before hand of this change and let me decided if I want to change the date or proceed with another hygienist. The other thing I did not like or I do not understand is that they take an x-ray to look for cavities but the x-ray did not show all the cavities I went to other practice in the same month and I have got a different results. Regardless of this I do like the doctors work it might be just a medical opinions and it differ between one doctor to another. With all that being said I am still not going to write bad review because I just do not like to write bad reviews about any businesses. My biggest issue was that after almost two years after my first visit I have discovered that they send my billing account to a collection agency and it surprised me. I have been there maybe 4-6 times and every time when I am done I have been told by the front office I am cover %100 by the insurance. I have been in contact with them via emails many times after my last visit sometimes they even initiate that by emailing me to confirm an appointment or responding to my email asking about potential visit. They never bother to notify me by email about my outstanding balance, it was very simple to them to just send it to a collection instead of taking responsibility of what they said in the first place that I do not owe them anything, even if I do that is fine just let me know. When I did email them asking to correct the issue I got very cold response we have several dates of different attempts to contact you before your account was outsourced. Unfortunately your account is now at the hands of Capital Accounts. Unfortunately it was very cold and unprofessional response, they never took any responsibility about the fact that they did many mistakes first they provide me with wrong info second they did not try to inform me of the balance that I do not know where it came from.In general the work of the doctor and hygienist were good, the billing people might made mistakes and they would just send it to a collection very easily without bothering to tell people.

I switched to Tower Dental from Grove Dental a couple of years ago.The service is night and day between the two offices. Towers hygienists and Dr. Kats are both welcoming and friendly. The office is very clean and every room has a TV. At my last cleaning, I was in and out in about 25 minutes.Whenever the topic of dentists comes up between family and friends, I am quick to recommend Tower.

They all treat you like a human, not a patient! Its easy to talk with Dr. Katz about the finances as well as the technical stuff. And they have amazing technology to go along with the great treatment.

Ive been a patient at Tower Dental for at least 15 years. They offer great care for my entire family and invested in the well being of all of us. Visits are pain free and even enjoyable for my kids.

Excellent!Update: Still have have cotton mouth since wisdom teeth extraction year later. Wish I didn’t have my one tooth pulled that was deep in gum and clearly wasn’t ever going to come up. Having cotton mouth is debilitating especially in a sales career.

Everyone at Tower Dental does a great job. They treat me so kindly and do a really good job. The hygienist even googles special products to teach me new thing that I could be doing better. I recommend them.

I went to Dr. Kats at Tower Dental and was extremely happy with him and the whole team. Everyone was very professional and welcoming and very friendly. The office is very clean and Dr. Kats and Tammy did a great job cleaning my teeth and alerting me to anything I needed to know. They made everything very easy. I also really loved the great little gift bag I received as a new patient. I will be sending my husband here for sure.

I am very impressed with the level of service from Tower Dental. Everyone is very nice and helpful from the moment you arrive. Dr Kats did a great job with a crown I needed for an implant and had me fitted for a new custom night guard. The night guard is of very good quality and it fits PERFECTLY! (Way better than my previous custom night guards.) Overall high recommendation for Tower Dental and Dr Kats for all your dental needs.

Dr. Hannah Gruzynska (Dr. Ann) is seriously the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s so sweet and personable and a perfectionist! Not only in my general cleanings but I just got my two front teeth filled to take care of a little spacing I had from shifting and I was nervous about the fill color blending and how they would look.....she made me feel so at ease and confident about going through with it. My teeth have never looked better ! I am soooo obsessed ! And she also put in a permanent retainer in back of them so they never shift again. I highly recommend everyone come here for their dental needs!

Dr. Kats and staff are very nice and understanding. From the moment you walk through the front door to the time you check out it is a positive experience. As an admitted denta phob they are understanding and do whatever they can to make me feel comfortable and know I am in very capable hands.

Started going to tower dental about 2 years ago after not going to a dentist in probably over 5 years. I see dr Ann who is awesome, I feel like I can always trust her judgment and would refer her to anyone!

I was in an extraordinary amount of pain and they squeezed me in on a Saturday, set up a game plan, and also provided me some relief. Dr. Katz has been my dentist for as long as I can remember (literally). And I cant think of one situation where I was unsatisfied. Great staff who are always considerate and friendly. Would recommend Dr. Katz and Tower Dental to anyone that asks.

Great sevice. I have been going to Dr. Kats for years. I moved to the city, but still travel back to Downers Grove for my dentist appointments.

I won’t ever go anywhere else. Dr. Katz and the rest of the team at Tower Dental make regular visits easy. If/when additional work is necessary, Dr. Katz performs the work faster than any other dentist I have ever seen. He has done fillings and crowns for me, and the speed at which he works makes the overall experience so much better. I have been to a lot of dentists over the years, and had a lot of work done, and can appreciate how skilled Dr. Katz is.
