My review of Dr Costas Downers Grove Clear Choice Dental Office:If you must take a journey such as dental implants the Downers Grove office seemed the best reviewed and so I went there. I am 100% finished with my process and it is worth smiling about.Clear Choice lived up to its name and in particular Dr Costas office in Downers Grove is something to consider not just for their services as a dental office but how a business or company should actually run. It is the most efficient and professional operation that I have experienced and I am a very difficult consumer to please, I do not write reviews. In this case I was compelled. Dr Costa usually addressed my stipulations before I raised them. At first I attributed everything to her Harvard pedigree and then I noticed the staff is all female and I questioned if that was it. I do not know why her office and services are so above the rest, I can just assure you that they are. Not just my opinion. I have a smile to prove it.Thanks.Michael

Definitely would recommend Clear Choice at the Downers Grove location. The staff is amazing and has done a phenomenal job from the moment I walked in the door. I explored other options before going here and nowhere else measured up to the care I received at Clear Choice. It is a very comfortable environment with friendly, knowledgeable employees. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Extremely happy with the final outcome and every step of the process along the way. The Clear Choice Team was fantastic. My dentist was great - extremely skilled and I had great confidence in everything she did! The entire staff I dealt with on each visit was great - very welcoming and supportive! They explained each step of the process throughout and I was made to feel very comfortable. They worked hard to ensure I was completely satisfied (and I was!) I give my highest recommendation!

Just a great place to get dental implants. I had cracked teeth, crowns missing, and about four teeth missing plus stained teeth from coffee and wine. With these conditions and diabetes I felt the full implant was my best bet. The day all remaining teeth were removed the implants were in. After a few visits the temporary implants were replaced and today I get my permanent set of teeth. Staff took no short cuts in making sure everything was to my satisfaction and to their high standards. Friendly knowledgeable staff from top to bottom. Best choice I could have made. Highly recommended!!!!

I am having problems. In November I went to Downers Grove because of a problem. It was fixed. Now, 4 months later - the inserts are all coming out. I dont want to get an infection. I would have said something sooner, but I was in Florida for a month. I really dont want the same people working on me. Is there a solution?

I begin my journey at this location last August. To say I was apprehensive would be an understatement however, the staff at this location is amazing. They really care about how you are feeling not just how you look. People asked me if it was worth it and I always say it was worth every penny, it was worth every moment because I have no pain now and a smile that is just awesome. It feels inadequate just to say thank you but I have no other words. Thank you!!!!!

Where to begin with this.I had felt with a insurance issue for quite sometime now and the carrier of course didn’t want to get the actual treatment needing done .My mouth had severe damage from a work related injury. I did struggle to. Obtain the financing or payment for ClearChoice . But they came through for me Tenfold, they had my best interest at heart and stuck with me through months of needed guidance when I wanted to give up. And just out of the blue when I thought it was over they called back before I accepted an offer else where to do so/so work to my mouth. I have made it to the exam. They’re was nothing less then information and comfort builds there. There staff alone might as well be considered our modern day MARVEL characters. I did just have the surgery and was nothing shy of ready and eager, with my final follow in a few short months . For anyone who wanted to know if they didn’t choose the right place before and went somewhere else . “You did! ”. I will say i left the building today and took more time to see what I really looked like . And after everything I had went through ,pain,blood, breaks , ER visits . I dropped tears on my way home being able to look forward and I thank them all for that. Thank you

On December 27, 2020, I had extensive dental work done with the team at Clear Choice in Downers Grove, Illinois. As most dental patients can relate to, there’s an inevitable & immediate sense of nervousness and/or anxious feelings when anyone mentions the dentist, let alone dental surgery. From the first time I stepped into their offices for my initial consultation appointment, the staff provided a sense of calm, professionalism & impressive knowledge that created a sense of ease & it helped in dealing with what I was experiencing mentally & emotionally.Every single entity of Clear Choice impressed me. Their waiting room/front desk area which is warm & welcoming. The exam/surgery rooms are immaculately clean & organized as well. I can’t say enough about the incredible staff from D. Diana, to the dental assistants, to the staff who checked me in the morning of my surgery. They all were great in setting me at ease, the incredible attention they provided to make me as comfortable as possible & pleasant dispositions each of them possessed was amazing!! When I was in the recovery room after my surgery, they found the perfect balance in allowing me be to myself after the 4 hour surgery but also, ensured that I was as comfortable as possible & they immediately tended to anything I needed or requested. On several occasions, they did things, without me even having to ask.Upon leaving the office after I was finished with my procedure, the personal care the staff provided was incredible. Everything that I needed to know about my recovery at home, my prescriptions & how to get in contact with them if there were any questions and/or concerns, was clearly conveyed & also spelled out in the instructions they provided, once I was home. In the days after my surgery, I received follow up calls from the Doctor & staff to check on me & ask if I needed anything at all. It was beyond comforting, much appreciated & displays just how much they care about their patients.I highly recommend Clear Choice in general however, I’m a little partial to the office in Downers Grove. I also strongly encourage anyone considering any type of dental work or surgery, to use Clear Choice. I absolutely love my teeth & the lack of confidence & the anxiety I had for so many years, with regards to my teeth, is long gone & there has been a huge weight lifted off my shoulders!!! This place literally was a life changing experience. Due to a lifetime of dental issues and other health concerns - my teeth were a mess. I had a series of very emotionally challenging dental visits before visiting Clear Choice. I was never judged and I was never made to feel awful about my situations that brought me to needing Clear Choice. Dr. Zekorian was honestly most positive person I have met. They took my anxiety and panic attack triggers into account for my procedure day. The follow up has also been fantastic! I have not come into contact with one person at the office that hasn’t been absolutely positive, helpful and so supportive. I live 3.5 hours away and they worked with me on appointment times so I didn’t have to drive in when I didn’t feel safe on the roads. I would so passionately suggest Clear Choice - and in particular the Downers Grove location. Today is my last follow up - and I am looking forward to the fresh start this new smile has given me. There are pictures of my sons senior year in college with me REALLY smiling and he is so proud of me and these choices. Their commute having you completely comfortable with the fit. Staff was very friendly. Receptionist remembered my name each and everytime, addressed me with respect and always polite. Surgeon was extremely quick during surgery, didn’t feel a thing. He also removed a few problematic teeth during the surgery, in and out. I asked Dr. Cuesta if the implant process could be expedited due to possibility of relocation. She did her best to accommodate me without compromising my dental health.Highly recommended.

From the beginning everyone was friendly and professional. Every attempt was made to schedule both appointments together. I felt safe and confident that all would go well. Any and all questions that I had were addressed. Both my husband and I are happy with how things went.Costs were only addressed at the initial meeting. Nothing was mentioned about yearly costs. We were told that all was covered with initial payment. So I was surprised to find out that cleaning would be $350 for each of us. I feel that should have been explained better from the beginning. I realize that is a small amount compared to what it cost but it was still something we did not know.Despite that minor issue it was still a positive experience and I would recommend it to anyone that can afford to have it done.

Absolutely wonderful experience and I am thrilled with my new smile 😃 The initial consultation was not completely accurate as far as the number of visits but everything else was fully explained and went exactly as I was informed. I was very concerned about how serious the dental procedure would be because I had high blood pressure prior to the surgical procedure. My fear was eased by the staff and by my regular doctor. I needed to get my blood pressure down prior to the surgery. The procedure went well and I was on a liquid diet for almost two weeks. Glad I got it done and many thanks to the staff and doctors.

The first couple days after the initial procedure were a bit rough...mainly because of the bruising. The pain was minimal but I didnt realize how bruised up I was until I was offered information for a counselor and womans shelter. 🤣 After about a week the bruising went away and I was able to go out in public again. Everyone who works at this location was polite and very friendly. I started loosing my bottom teeth due to an infection and i must admit clear choice was my second choice. I went to Eon clinic and the were totally rude and stated they could not help me. From start to finish clear choice was with me the whole, way that office works like clockwork, they have everything in line to continue the process efficiently. For years my dentist was trying to get me to get an implant, but I was too afraid of the procedure and the cost. Eventually I realized I could no longer avoid the need for a bottom molar, and alternatives weren’t looking good. Fortunately, my friend who works there, Karen Major, introduced me to Clear Choice. I am incredibly grateful! Everyone there treats you like family, the implant process wasn’t painful at all, and I am amazed that my new molar looks as real as if it were my own! I can comfortably chew on my right side again! The doctor sized the crown to fit my bite perfectly, more easily and quicker than any other dental work I’ve had done, and I’ve had a lot! I had my final appointment today and received my two crowns. They look and feel great. Overall, my seven month experience was good. The staff and doctors were very professional and competent. I did experience pain during a couple procedures but the doctors showed compassion and quickly numbed the area before proceeding. The implants were expensive but will be worth it as they should last forever. I would definitely recommend Clear Choice in Downers Grove to anyone looking to get dental implants.

From the day I walked in, to today when i walked out with my final set of teeth, I have been handled with the utmost care and comfort. This has been the single biggest life changing experience for my wife and me.My wife dragged me into a free consultation much to my objection. The consultant was a long educational experience where the folks from ClearChoice walked me through the entire process. We discussed financing and all the different options and even at that point when I left their office I knew my mind was made up - I had to do this at any cost.Went through several exams, x-rays and other investigative processes where the team could analyze and get a thorough picture of the state of my teeth and gums. All options were again presented in great detail and Dr. Sikora spent much time explaining all the finer details.The day of the surgery was quite a pleasant experience. Keep in mind, I almost faint at the sight of a needle. The surgery to extract all teeth happened all too fast, when I woke up, the doctors explained the extent of the work that was done - both with the extraction and cleaning up of a lot of serious plaque. I had some minor bruising but pain was well managed not only right after the surgery but for days/weeks after. I took 2 days off from work. 2 days - thats it!Next came the time for the temporary implants. These were carefully measured to fit and did a great job while I waited for my permanent implants. Tey spent a lot of time to show me how to care for my teeth between mouth guards, water piks and floss - all provided for free. There were regular visits to the clinic to measure, adjust, clean and other activities that kept my gums, teeth and overall health in great shape. I did manage to snap one of the temp teeth off at one point and they saw me the very next day and fixed it right back up, while i waited.After this phase we reached the point where the final set of implants were getting ready and I went through a series of fittings with the staff there. This phase perhaps illustrated more than any of the others the level of care and diligence that ClearChoice applies to their patients. Usually since the fees have already been paid, you might get a sense that they want to wrap up the treatment and get you out of there. But no...Dr Sikora and staff had me come in multiple times till they were convinced that my permanent set would be a perfect fit, match and straight. This was a team of perfectionists!Today can easily be called one of the happiest days of my life. Went in and approximately 30 mins later had my new set of teeth on. I don’t know what these other people are talking about they must have the wrong website/practice (which is very common) because my mom and I had the most wonderful experience. Completely disappointed with onboarding individual in her office, was demonstrative, asked questions that should have only been rhetorical, she had no interest in my answers, she was belligerent and uncaring. The rest of the staff was very friendly.There are countless choices for dental implants and Clear Choice will not be my preferred vendor.

I went in, had the consultation, put $1,000 down, set up my smile appointment, was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY excited and looking forward to getting my teeth fixed and day before my smile appointment they called and canceled saying the doctor reviewed my cat scan again and doesn’t feel as if it would be good for me in the long run to have implants! If he feels that way, fine, but he should have told me that 3 weeks ago at that first appointment rather than letting me schedule my smile appointment, before I put $1,000 down AND before I anticipated and got so excited about the appointment 3 weeks ago!!! TOTALLY unprofessional AND ignorant!!!

Definitely would recommend for periodontal implants, did a lot of research before treatment, and end result was over and above then I expected.

They use salespersons to sell their service. They dont tell the price until after an hour or so of hype. They showed me through the process and facility. Finally I got to see the actual doctor. He told me that I wasnt a candidate since I already had implants and just needed the crowns.I asked why not since they have state of the art technicians that do great crowns. The doctor said that he wouldnt be able to make money just on crown work. I asked for my brothers sake how much a full month would be. They finally said $56,000.I wouldnt call that an affordable alternative to dentures. The one day service is a lie too.Stay away from this type of scheme that has a sales staff model. Much like Sonobello. An actual prostedontist would be the affordable and direct way.

I was extremely nervous at the thought of having an Extraction & Implant. A consultation at Clear Choice Downersgrove put my mind at ease. Every employee there treated me with TLC.Dr Sikora and his Assistant Rosie made me feel like I was their only patient. Horrible experience I specifically said I had braces every time I spoke to someone. Then I called and confirmed my appointment told them again. I get there they said they couldnt see me because I had braces.Im like Wow!!! then some came out to talk to me about it and she kept telling me how expensive it was as if I couldnt pay for it. I will not be coming back. And will be writing a letter to wherever the headquarters is at.

Overall, my experience with Clear Choice in Downers Grove was amazing. The doctors, clinical staff, and support staff are absolutely wonderful. They are professional, knowledgeable, and strive for excellence. I was very particular on what I wanted so Dr.Sikora and his staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. If I could give 10 Stars, 10 Stars it would be!My entire experience was handled with pure professionalism. This medical facility is one of the finest places I have ever been. Kristina is the first person I met. She greeted me with a welcoming smile and each time thereafter, very sweet young lady. Dr. Sikora and Heather answered all my questions with candid empathy. With Dr. Sikora as my Prosthodontist, I knew I will be with the Best of the Best.The morning of my surgery I felt at ease, fully knowing that I was in good hands with Dr. Sikora and Dr. Haupt. After more than 5 hours in surgery, my recovery process was surprisingly easy mostly due to my dental assistant, Xochitl. She took such good care of me, showed me so much kindness. I considered myself lucky, I had very little bruising at the sides of my mouth, and the swelling only lasted about 5 days after the surgery with each day less and less swelling, felt no pain whatsoever. The next few weeks were the follow-up visits at CC and each visit were efficiently handled by Xochitl and Dr. Sikora. Just over a month ago, I had my final visit for my final fitting and I couldnt be any happier. I knew ClearChoice was the correct option for a healthier me. A BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Sikora and Staff.
