Jackson Family Dentistry is personal and friendly but professional. I feel very safe. My exam and cleaning was the most thorough I have had in years! Everything seems to be the most up to date equipment and procedures. I highly recommend Dr Eric Jackson and Agata. Very pleased.

I have been a patient of Dr Jackson and Wascher for several years. I Have been coming here since 1990. I have brought all 3 of my children for all of their dental treatments all these years as well. Now that my 96 year old mother lives nearby , she too sees Dr Jeff for the past 6 years. I can not say enough about their consistent knowledge and thorough understanding of all up to date dental care. They are always very informative...keeping me aware of all my options, giving me greater understanding of what their findings are with my dental needs. I appreciate their ability to give their best advise and respect my wishes. The hygienists are thorough and informative. It is apparent that Their motto is knowledge is power. I really enjoy Jackson Dental. Myself and my daughter go here and we have always had a great experience. They are very friendly and not judgmental (dont get on you if you dont floss regularly) but instead they offer up suggestions for how to get into a better routine of taking care of your teeth which I appreciate! My husband and I had our first visit with Dr. Jackson today and we both walked out of the office feeling well-informed and happy to have found such an engaging dentist. Dr. Jackson is friendly, funny, and it is completely clear that he loves what he does. My hygienist, Jenny, was exactly the same! My husband said his hygienist was just as kind and personable as mine (sorry but I didn’t get her name). In addition to the doctor and the hygienists, the front office staff was also very pleasant and engaging. Dr. Jackson and his staff are the best! This is by far the cleanest and friendliest dental office I have ever been to. The staff is welcoming upon arrival and they are super helpful when it comes to having time for patient questions. Wait time seems non-existent when it feels like you’re sitting in your own living room. The waiting area has free WiFi, media entertainment, and complimentary refreshments. Not to mention the game room for children while you wait. When you get to “the chair,” the hygienists are super friendly and always have a smile on their face. The room is clean and there’s always great music. TVs are in every room if you feel like being distracted while your teeth are being worked on. Dr. Jackson is always happy to see his patients. He takes the time to explain things in ways you’ll understand. He is compassionate for patients and always knows how to lighten the mood, even when a drill is about to drive into your tooth. He takes time to explain what’s going on and makes sure you have a complete understanding of your tooth health. He is knowledgeable and caring and makes the trip to the dentist that much easier!

Ive been going to this dentist office for years (truly, since I was 5-years-old). I just wrapped up my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Jackson and his team and I have nothing but positive things to say. It was an easy process, and the team kept me informed throughout.

My family has been patients of Dr Jeff and staff for 20 years. They are efficient, professional and always nice. Laura in the office has gone out of her way numerous times to handle a glitch we had with our insurance. Great place!

I’ve never been here before, I replied to an AD that was offering free dental for Veterans, but once I was checked in and sat in the waiting room you were put at ease immediately simply by listening to the doctor and nurse and patient having a great time joking around, when it was my turn I endured the same treatment, the doctor and his assistant where just awesome, the doctor was absolutely very professional and caring and very detailed and a pleasure to talk to, the assistant was no different she has a great personality and I enjoyed our humorous conversation 🤣 just like most people I dread going to the dentist simply because of the pain, but with this doctor my appointment was awesome, the procedures he took to fix my teeth was painless and I mean PAINLESS!! Even afterwards I experienced absolutely NO PAIN including the day after, I live over an hr away and it was worth the long trip, and because of my wonderful first time experience it’s worth the drive for me to go back for further care, I Applaud the whole staff they were just awesome!!! 11/8/2019

Dr Jackson and his office is the great balance between “old school” and the modern world. He is obviously well educated and fully-versed in all of modern dentistry and you can tell he loves what he does. He explains everything without going overboard. Nobody really likes going to the dentist but the entire office makes it an easy visit. I highly recommend !

Dr. Jackson is absolutely amazing. Not only does he get you in and out of there quickly, he is also GOOD. He really cares about his patients and never once did he ever try to push any treatment towards me. He and his assistant are always professional, friendly, and helpful. Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I live in the city and still travel out to their office in the suburbs and it is 100% worth it. Many other dentists I have been to treat you like a set of teeth that has a human inconveniently attached. Dr. Jackson on the other hand has always treated us with the utmost care and professionalism in addition to doing amazing work, and is always willing to explain what he is doing and why. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Eric and his assistant Jennifer were at their “normal” professional and precise best for my procedure. Dr. Eric tweeted and customized the bridge to perfection, making minor adjustments to both the bridge and my other teeth along my bite line. Dr Eric is a very professional and thorough dentist. He recommended certain restorative things like extractions and fillings in the interest of my long term dental health but he was not very pushy about this and left it to me to get them done when I felt comfortable. The office staff is very organized and give you individual attention. It has actually made me enjoy going to my dental checkups (which is pretty unusual). The hygienists do a great job and I always walk out feeling good about my teeth.I would recommend this practice to others, I have been going here for the last 2 years and never had any issues.

Dr. Eric is one of the best dentist that I have had!! First, I have had problematic teeth my whole life. I used to hate the dentist (other dentists) because after all the fixes my teeth still seemed to somehow hurt or continue to have issues. Dr. Eric did the exam and he was really the first one to give a very detailed explanation of what was going on and why and a plan to correct. He gave a number of options which was great because, lets face it, this sometimes is an expensive proposition. He did some short fixes and gave a long term approach which was really what I needed. During all of the fix procedures he is also the only dentist I know that explains everything he is doing along the way (kudos, I Love that). I really really appreciate that as you generally dont know whats going on and then the dentist is done and you are left wondering what happened and hoping everything is fixed. Thanks again Dr. Eric!!!! He is the Dentist you need to see to either keep everything good or he can help guide you to a path of great healthy teeth!!!! A+++++

Its nice to have a dentist to go to that youre not dreading. Dr. Eric is a really nice and personable guy--easy and enjoyable to talk to. He thoroughly discusses whats going on with your teeth and lays out the step by step procedures, as well as his own thought process and reasoning behind whatever kind of procedure. Theyre quick appointments that include lots of personal attention-which is really nice to have. Great job!!

Like many people, I have never been a huge fan of going to the dentist, but I can honestly say Dr. Jackson and his staff have really turned that around! I can’t be as bold as to say getting a filling was fun, but it was as close to fun as it possibly could be! Everyone I spoke to was friendly, in a good mood, and obviously cared a lot about giving excellent customer service. They even worked hard to accommodate my less-than-flexible schedule and get me into the office as soon as possible. Great team, great doctor, and overall a really great experience!

Loved it might be a tad over the top for seeing the dentist but I would really recommend Dr. Jackson and his staff to anyone who needed dental services! Like everyone else, I have had some good dentists and some bad dentists and its the latter who seem to inform your expectations, unfortunately. Dr. Jackson and everyone I have met at his office have listened very carefully to my concerns and requests at each visit and have been very responsive. I feel more comfortable during my appointments than I expected to be. I have every expectation of continuing to be a patient for many years to come.

I have been going to this office for almost a year now and Dr Jackson is GREAT!! He is laid back, will listen to any concerns you have and honestly make your experience a good one.What strikes me most about his practice is the rapport he has with his staff. Dr Jackson and his staff are all fun people and you get the feeling they have all known each other for a long time. They all laugh and get along very well. This puts you at ease when he is working on you. I get a little (OK a lot) anxious and this helps take my mind off - is it going to hurt? thought.He also has a massage therapist there to massage your hands or feet while your cleaning is going on and you can opt for a free chair massage after if you like and Heather is great! Im a challenging patient, having had dental nightmares all my life, starting with , baby teeth, leading to horrible fears of dentistry. Eric is the first dentist to have my complete confidence and trust.Besides being a great, professional, highly qualified dentist, Eric goes way beyond what any normal dentist would do. In my case, the left a family christening on a Sunday to meet me in the office to repair the work of another dentist!He and his staff are the best. He just did another implant on me. No muss. Im one of those dental patients who prefers going to the dentist twice ayear for a teeth cleaning and to hear that I have no cavities or dental problems that need to be addressed. When I did hear from Dr. Jackson that I needed a crown on a upper tooth that is visible when I smile, I was apprehensive to say the least. Dr. Jackson did a fabulous job with this crown and it truly looks just like one of my other teeth. It fits the gum line perfectly, and the color match is exact. Every time I go, I have a great experience--from Kristens kindness, knowledge, and expertise, along with Dr. Jeff--who is always upbeat, positive, and gives his patients choices.

Dr. Jackson and his staff are all competent, professional and friendly. Any procedure, from cleanings with Meg to dental work with Dr. Eric, is absolutely painless and flawless. Dr. Jackson replaced a dentist who was OUTSTANDING, and I find it hard to believe that Dr. Jackson is better, but he is. I travel from Wheaton to Oral Health Care Professionals in Downers Grove and seriously considered finding a dentist closer to home when the previous dentist left, but Dr. Jackson and his staff are so skilled, I dont think I could find the likes of them in any other dental practice.

Honestly, I have been to quite a few dentists in the Chicagoland area since the early 1990s. I have had some unpleasant experiences. Dr. Eric Jackson is simply awesome. I told my prior dentist that I was quite embarrassed about my smile. He did not address the issues. I have been going to Dr. Jackson for 9 months. He immediately addressed the space in my smile and fixed other issues I had. He heard me out. That was so key to me. Also it has been pain free visits. His staff is amazing. I recently had a tooth extracted and a bone graft for a dental implant completed by Dr. Jackson. His experience and knowledge coupled with excellent step by step instructions to be followed resulted in a successful recovery with no pain after the first day. I hesitated about getting a dental implant for many years because I feared that I would react to a foreign substance (titanium) in my body. When I explained my concern to Dr. Jackson, he kindly listened and ordered a sample of titanium for me to experiment with before making my decision. Having no reaction to the titanium sample, I was convinced an implant would be suitable for me.From beginning to end, my implantation experience with Dr. Jackson was totally uncomplicated and extremely positive. I healed very quickly and the implant is far more natural than I could have ever imagined. I thank Dr. Jackson for his professionalism, compassionate care and exceptional expertise throughout my implant process.

Throughout my 30s I probably went the the dentist 4 times. When I turned 40 I decided to stop acting like a kid and start really taking care of my teeth. Dr. Jackson gave me a full run down of what I should do and in what order. He then gave me a price list. There was zero pressure or guilt. 10 months later I have completed the list and my teeth and gums are in great shape. I shouldnt have procrastinated. It was a really easy process and Dr. Jackson definitely knows what he is doing. You can tell he enjoys helping people and takes pride in his profession.

Like most people I hate going to the dentist. However Doctor Jackson makes it as painless as possible and in my case having had just about every procedure you can imagine (root canals, crowns, extractions, implants, etc.) thats saying a lot. Ive been going to Oral Health Care Professionals (previously OFlaherty Dentist) for over 20 years. The staff is very friendly and truly care about their patients and their oral health. They are very up to date on technology and their office is very clean and welcoming. Most people hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Jeff and Dr. Eric have made going to the dentist and experience that I dont dread. Even if you have to get more extensive work, like drilling a tooth, you get goggles to watch a movie so you have a nice distraction from the work. I 100% recommend Dr. Eric and his staff. They are the best you will find around the area!

Ive been with this practice since I was a little kid and still have no reason to go anywhere else. Very disappointed. Scheduled appointments for my teenage son and I. My son went in for a cleaning, x-rays, check-up. He came home with a treatment protocol for eight teeth requiring treatment and a 2000.00 bill. Feeling this was a high number of teeth requiring treatment and a high price to boot, I took the x-rays and scheduled an appointment with a dentist in the western suburbs that has over 30 years experience. The assessment of the second dentist was only two teeth required any treatment and the fee was over 1500.00 less (20% less per procedure). I voiced my concern to Dr. Jacksons office and requested an explanation. Dr. Jackson said he was sorry I felt his procedures were needless. It wasnt MY opinion, it was the determination of a dentist with over 30 years of experience. In short: I did not get my requested explanation for the unnecessary procedures that were originally given - procedures that would damage otherwise healthy teeth. With the exception of paying a premium price for a cleaning, x-ray, checkup, I avoided making a terrible mistake of not seeking a second opinion. I hope by sharing my experience, others will find the information useful. caveat emptor.

Anytime I give a dentist five stars you know he knows what hes doing. I am very paranoid about doctors in general and have been to some bad ones- especially dentists. Dr. Jackson is a very special dentist who does a ton of continuing education and hes up on all the latest technology which is great. In the end some of the newer technologies will end up saving people a fortune long term and its great to have a dentist who obviously is passionate about being on the cutting edge. I had some composite fillings done and knew they require a dentist who understands them well- Dr. Jackson didnt disappoint. A few months later no sensitivity issues- no complaints whatsoever. Its nice to have a dentist you know is passionate about what he does.

I love my team at Oral Health Care Professionals! Dr. Jackson took a 3D xray of my teeth and noticed something odd in my sinuses and referred me to an ENT. The ENT found that my sinus tissue was swollen due to allergies over time, which was the reason I never noticed a massive change in my breathing at one time. I had just gradually became a mouth breather. The ENT ordered a CT scan which then discovered a cyst on my brain. (No worries, uncovered it was a cyst that some of the population are born with) So a simple trip to my dentist unraveled so much for me! I breathe SO much better (never knew what I was missing) and I am aware of a cyst that we can now monitor instead of dropping dead one day (extreme result I know, but possoble) AND I have beautiful teeth and a great smile!

Dr. Jackson has volunteered his extraordinary dental skills since 1997,first at the Peoples Resource Center Dental Clinic that became The DuPage Community Clinic Dental Programn. He now volunteers monthly at the Chicago Dental Society Foundartin Clinic. As the Dental Director and then Office Manager of these volunteer programs I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of dedicated dentasl professionals.
