Bad tooth got worse over the weekend, I called Emergency Dental Care and got in the next day (would have been same day, but the doctor had to leave unexpectedly earlier that day). Everyone was nice, professional. Clean office, and Dr Lee was the best! He had a nice touch with shots, and the procedure (tooth pulled) was over before I knew it! I definitely made the best choice for emergency dental care.

Last night I broke off a piece of my front tooth. I found Emergency Dental care online and was able to quickly schedule an appointment for 9:30 this morning! I arrived early for my appointment was quickly greeted and completed paperwork. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I left at 9:45 with my tooth looking like nothing had happened to it yesterday. The Dr did an amazing job of making my tooth look natural! Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing quick dental care! I am very happy with my results!

Everybody was so nice and the Dr took 2 seconds to remove 2 teeth! I lived 3 hours away but would go back if needed to and I highly recommend them! Also They DO NOT take state insurance so be nice to the ladys. Theyre just doing their job. They have a web sight that has all the information on it people lol. Anyways loved the place!🙌🏻🙌🏻

The dentist was amazing. He made sure i was comfortable before starting and reassured me along the way. It was quick to get in and the hygenist was very friendly and helpful.

Well, i’m having major pain and have for days I called here thinking since it’s emergency and it’s open till late hours they’d accept state insurance, but instead they wanna charge you 95$ deny state insurance, but accept private ones. I just don’t understand who you’re emergency business is for? A lot of people are on state insurance so this is not really a fitting title for a business considering you don’t accept everybody. What a joke.

I am an Over The Road truck driver. The entire staff made special arrangements for me to get my dental issue fixed. This office has the most pleasant, caring, and efficient staff. A head chipped my tooth on a Friday night and I was going crazy crying and crying and crying I told my boyfriend I don’t know how I was going to get my tooth fixed then I looked on Google and research emergency dental. Honestly I didn’t even know emergency dental was a thing until I called Saturday morning and they got me in there as soon as possible no they did not take my Medicaid but they did take cash or a card and they did x-rays on me and immediately fixed my tooth for $500 . Yes I know it may sound like a lot but teeth are expensive and that dentist man made me feel comfortable had me smiling the whole time and did my teeth better than I ever had it done with my insurance. I would def refer anyone that need emergency dental done

I had been in so much pain for so long and couldn’t take it any longer. I googled them and thank God I did they were amazing. I’m a nurse and can’t get into my regular dentist and thought these places were outrageously expensive but I didn’t care because I was in so much pain. The front staff greeted me and was very pleasant. The dental assistant that brought me back was very nice and Dr. Lee was amazing- knowledgeable and caring. They knew I was in so much pain that they got me in for my root canal the next night and had found out how much I had to pay after insurance and not try to overcharge me for the conscience of after hours. So if anyone out there is suffering don’t wait definitely go here they are amazing!!!!

In need of an emergency tooth extraction I went to 4 separate places where they advertise Emergency Walk-ins. All of which turned me away or asked me to make an appointment the next day or later on.EMERGENCY DENTAL CARE was my last stop for help. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted. They told me an estimated wait time. When I mentioned my problem, they gave me an upfront price.That was the maximum it was going to cost.If things went smoothly, the cost would go down.It did. I saved over $100 on the original quoted price.Once I agreed to it, they wasted no time getting things prepared to start.They all were professional, happy, and cared for the customer.They took care of my problem quickly and easily on my end.I would highly recommend them to someone needing emergency dental care.Dont visit other places that advertise what they cant provide. Made an appointment here today arrived early to do insurance paperwork was told to go back to my car until appointment time. So I did. When I went back in receptionist was extremely rude. I told her I am going to go somewhere else. I cant believe how rude these people are and people keep going. Dont waste your time. Completely the most unprofessional business I have ever been to. Just a complete joke.

It was late on a Friday afternoon and I started experiencing severe pain in my mouth. I stopped in to the office and they were able to get me an appointment right away. A quick exam and X-ray later I was given a plan for a tooth extraction that I needed and they were able to take care of it right away. Had a great experience and was lucky they were able to get me taken care of during a time when most other offices had already closed.

The staff here are fantastic. Friendly, up front on costs and necessary work or what can be held off on. Flexible and extended hours are a godsend for anyone with a difficult schedule, and they do quality work. I couldn’t ask for a better experience- and I’m usually terrified of dental work. Would recommend to anyone needing work done or anything looked at. Exceptional folks.

They won’t tell they don’t accept your insurance until you are about to leave your house. They shouldn’t call themselves emergency dental when they are only there for people with private insurance or to pay out of pocket. Just to be seen outta pocket is $95. That doesn’t even touch any of the work that would of been needed. Definitely should be more fourth coming about only helping few select few of the community. Definitely not an emergency options.

I was told my insurance wouldnt pay for my visit, but my insurance was billed, they paid in full and I have not received a refund over 5 months later.Ive called multiple times. Ive called the corporate office and was told someone would call me back and never did. My calls are only answered when I call from a different number.I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they ignored the multiple attempts they made to contact them. Ive also contacted the Iowa attorney general, the Iowa dental board and have filed a lawsuit. Rather than pay back the small amount of money I am owed, this business continues to evade any and every attempt to settle this matter. Judging by the multiple other similar reviews, it seems that this is a normal occurrence.Its so normal for them, that the same thing is happening at their locations in other states.EDIT:As far as please reach out to us so we can resolve this: I have reached out multiple times and continue to be ignored. I have done everything in my power to resolve this issue. Youve failed to communicate with me, the better business bureau, as well as failed to respond to the small claims case filed against you.You were served a judgement by certified mail on Friday 5/31. My contact information was included. It is in your responsibility to reach out to me to settle the judgment.

Went here with a child with a very bad toothache. They were great in helping me to find some possible solutions to help us with our issue. The doctor was extremely professional and kind. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist. It was worth the money with the care we received.

I havent even been there yet, and am already feeling like this a great place.I made an appointment request online- but had to change it a couple times now due to family emergency stuff going on. Jasmine is their off-hours scheduler and she is such a joy on the phone. Also got a call from the office itself and the person I spoke with there was super nice also.I rescheduled my appointment out for next week and am looking forward to getting care from this place- just based on the niceness and flexibility Ive received in making my appointment!!:) Thank you!

The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. Treatment was clearly explained, as well as what was happening to my tooth. When my dentist of over 20 years could not get in me in, I took a chance. I will definitely use emergency dental care USA again if I am ever in a pinch! I have told everyone about my great care from here!

Called and set up an appointment for 1pm. I get there, and the front desk person said they go to lunch at that time and can’t see me. They told me to come back after lunch, I explained that I can’t because I don’t have a baby sitter or someone to watch my 7MO. I had this appointment and had a sitter for that appointment. They handed me paper work and told me to do it. As I was doing my paper work, two people from behind the desk were talking about me and staring at me. It made me very uncomfortable and angry. I will not be going here again.

The experience I had here was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly, the pricing was fair, and they were able to resolve my issues quickly, efficiently, and with great care. Ive never used emergency dental before, but due to the wait times generated by COVID, I didnt have much choice.This facility was incredible. I have no complaints, only praise.

Had terrible toothache pain in one of my wisdom teeth and was able to call at 8 AM and get an appointment for 9 AM same day and an hour later got the damaged wisdom tooth extracted. This was something that other dentist I saw earlier in the week would not do. Was my first ever tooth removal as an adult and the dentist made me feel comfortable so that the process ran smoothly. Price was affordable and definitely will come back here again!

Paid $730 to have cavities filled for my husband. We only came here because he was in unbearable pain and needed to get it done quickly so he didn’t have to miss work. The dentist did something wrong with the filling and ended up bruising the nerve in the tooth. So my husband had to go back Wednesday for another appointment— missing the entire week of work after paying $730 out of pocket to get it fixed. If I would have known the experience would have been like this I would have just waited and made him an appointment somewhere that accepted our insurance. This was an absolute nightmare and we are unsure how long this pain will last. I would avoid going here at all costs.

I’ve been going to Emergency Dental for several years for X-rays and tooth extractions. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating when I need dental work done. I’ve had 3 extractions here and didn’t feel uncomfortable or any pain whatsoever. Dentists at Emergency Dental are very capable and easily instilled confidence when I’ve been anxious or apprehensive about an upcoming procedure.

I made an appointment the same day, he was able to remove the tooth I needed gone as painlessly as possible. It was very fast friendly service. I highly recommend!

I called at 9am due to my husband snapping off a back molar overnight. By 10am same morning they had the tooth pulled and him out of pain. Receptionist was kind and empathetic, which was needed after calling several other dentists in the area with no luck. Accepted our insurance and really great price considering it was an emergency. Highly recommend! My husband said the dentist was great and did a great job taking care of him in the office.

I dread going to see dentists. I get anxiety and it literally scares me. I have had 2 teeth extracted here and both times had a great experience. The dentists are very professional and they both noticed my nervousness and completely put me at ease. And the assistant today (5/12/21) was thee absolute best!

The lady I live with broke her tooth yesterday morning. We went here and they extracted the tooth, 392$ and 1 hour and 15 minutes later we were on our way. Due to COViD I was unable to accompany her inside, however from the lot the place looked to be fairly well maintained. All of that said, if you have a dental emergency, I would recommend this place.

Love dr Lee! He did an amazing job on my crown today! He talks through step by step what is going on and what he is doing so I always knew what was going on! Would highly recommend him! The only downfall was when a couple of the techs tried to take an x Ray of my back tooth and they had to try like 10 times to try to get the right picture! But overall love this place! Gets you in and out as quickly as they can but also they do amazing work!:)

I started having intense pain in my upper wisdom tooth on Saturday evening (when most dentists are closed). I had my lowers removed but never got around to the top due to Covid. I called their office at 9am and they got me in at 11:30. I wasn’t expecting this at all but my tooth was removed and I was out of their office at 11:55. I thought the dentist was still making sure that my mouth was numb and all of a sudden he said “ok you’re all done!”. I am so impressed. The entire staff was wonderful, explained the entire process/cost, and treated me so kindly. I wish I had gotten my dentist & assistant’s names but I would recommend this place to anyone!

Was awesome had to get a tooth extraction to Aleve pain after 3 weeks of suffering. Got in 10 minutes later tooth was out and I was ready to go! Would suggest coming here when the pain is just to much to wait for a normal dentist offices.

My first Time there today and my insurance Iowa Total Care didn’t cover so call ahead to see if your covered the receptionist was nice welcoming professional the dental assistant was very positive caring and educated in her position explaining step by step details the dentist and nurse were very caring and quick with the procedure of removing the last toothIn the upper back that was a cavity and he gave me a next day follow up which shows they care about you ! They give you the cost of service ahead of time but there’s a possibility it will be much less and it was by two hundred dollars I recommend them for your emergency needs and any other service needed.

So I went last summer for some tooth pain then just needed a cavity filled well with covid etc I had to put it off well about a week ago flared up again so I went in well I ended up needing a root canal they were friendly was not to expensive and even did a payment plan for me I had my root canal done today the dentist was great made me feel comfortable and so did his assistant I can tell you I was in so much pain over the weekend waiting for today and finally it’s done I recommend this place for anyone I’m just glad it’s done and soon I can come back in a few weeks for my permenant cap so thank you to everyone involved there from the dentist to the assistants to the front desk lady!

Called 2 times for my mom and my brother, made 2 appt first for my mom they charged her without doing anything to her tooth. My brother had a root canal he went there took some xrays and then he was surprised the dentist told him that he can’t do anything about it. At least if you can’t do your job help your patients with their pain give them pain pills that at least they can do; So now my brother can’t sleep, can’t eat, can’t talk even. I DONT KNOW WHY YOU GUYS OPEN!!

I had a severe toothache from a botched root canal that ended up with an infection. Aspen Dental looked at it and simply referred me to an endodontist. Pain got much worse so I went to Emergency Dental USA. The dentist there recognized the infection and prescribed antibiotics and pain killer.Very nice people here and will be going here for normal.cleanings, etc from now on!

I was so hesitant to go in and figure out what was causing all this pain but I did. I had the best service with every single person I interacted with. I had to have a tooth pulled and it was so quick and easy.I feel like other dentists make you feel like a burden as soon as you get in, and they were hyping me up to come back in as a regular patient. AWFUL! Awful! AWFUl! The lady at the front desk was beyond RUDE. My stepmother has a disability can hardly walk or talk and she wouldnt allow me to come in and help her. Finally, the dentist called me to come in and help out. We go to check out and the front desk lady charges $412 instead of 95! I catch it and say this is incorrect. Instead of her taking responsibility for her mistake she RUDLEY states theres too much going on with you two standing here? UHM, we are checking out and paying how is this TOO much for you to handle. Not once did she apologize it was awful and she needs to be fired! Or retrained because I will tell everyone NEVER EVER GIVE THIS PLACE ONE PENNY BECAUSE OF HER!!!Please, please, please if you do go check before you sign! How did she charge $412 on a $95 bill?

Great service! I had a bad root canal done by Thomas Lyle. He used no numbing injections. I ended having to go to the ER due to a severe infection. Now I’m on strong antibiotics. Anyways, this place fixed the problem and used several injections until I could not feel anything. Love the doctor and his assistant!

Business office manager very very rude poor customer service skills I have yet to have my insurance billed correctly (it has been 8 months and I have 2 dental plans Delta Dental of Missouri and Illinois and they accept both insurance plans!!!) Ive had to pay out of pocket for everything including a$500.00 up front fee that has yet to be credited to my account. I would not recommend Emergency Dental in any way shape or form unless you have extra money you can afford to lose. I have yet to receive a detailed billing showing where all my money has gone. Not to mention the fact they have yet to attempt to bill my dental insurance and everytime I have attempted to discuss this with you business office manager she is extremely rude with absolutely no follow thru to this date. I feel my next call will be to the BBB or Iowa board of Dentistry or my attorney. Any information on the corporate office would be greatly appreciated.Michele Becker
