I had a good experience for my first visit at Douglas Dental. All the staff I met were friendly and I felt welcome and comfortable. I’m happy I chose this office for dental care.

The experience over the years have been outstanding. Very clean environment and highly professional staff. The crew makes you feel at home. If you need a place to clean/work on your teeth, this is the place for you. I would give this office a 6/5 star.

Courtney and Marsha were very amicable and made me feel comfortable. They were professional but easy going. I got a tooth extracted. Dr. Rastetter informed me of the options I have. Suggested the better one and left it for me to opt. Very down to earth. The procedure was also done very professionally. Each step was explained and it went off very well. First time here and I am thoroughly impressed.

We have been to one other dentist, but Douglas Dental is by far the most friendly and professional. Our 5 year old loves going to the dentist. He enjoys visiting the office, the cleaning process, and getting to talk to the dentist. My husband and I appreciate the easy and convenient scheduling. It’s enjoyable to schedule an appointment according to our schedule, and they’re always very accommodating. I am always recommending our dental office to friends.

My teeth are a bit mature—over 74. Nevertheless still in shape for whatever I want to eat. The dental care I get keeps my teeth ready for whatever. Can’t ask for anything better. Great care makes a big difference

I have been a customer for many years . Dr. Rastetter has done some amazing work on my teeth from fillings to crowns. Always as fast and painless as possible. Also my 6 month cleanings are done very well and the Doctor always checks me over for any issues. Great service and Great people . The Best Dental Service , I have ever seen.

He and his staff are friendly, caring and always professional. We been with them almost 5 years me and my spouse , so today my spouse had appointment and he arrived late 11 min the told him he have to reschedule and he’s already lost two hours of work that’s so bad cuz every time we go there we have to wait 5-10 min but we never said anything about it I will start looking for another dentist

I had a terrible fear of going to the dentist and after going to this place they have relieved me of that fear and Im very faithful to go every 6 months now. Everybody in there is happy and if you have a problem that you dont think you could have it solved they will work at it till it is. I am so totally satisfied with them and highly recommend them

When I had an appointment to have a chipped tooth repaired, Dr. Rastetter got it done in less than 15 minutes and with literally no pain. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Wow.....Dr. Rastetter and the whole staff are top shelf professionals. Their facility is very patient friendly, very clean and is ultra modern and up to date. They even have a charging station in the waiting room to power your phone if needed. 5 stars from me, Thanks.

Loved it as much as you can love going to the dentist office. My dentist of 20+ years retired so I found myself having to search for another dentist. I asked my friends and one of them recommended Dr. Rastetter/Douglas Dental. I felt very comfortable and welcomed at this office. The entire staff and Dr. Rastetter were terrific. Explaining everything thoroughly and making sure there were no surprises with insurance. I have to have some work done and have no reservations about returning to Douglas Dental.

I scheduled an appointment with this dental office informing them that I wanted an exam and cleaning done. Showed up to the appointment, and it took over 2 hours to have the dentist finally see me for about 5 minutes to tell me I needed to have work done on my teeth. I get up to the front receptionist, am informed that the work I need done to my teeth will be out of pocket, and that I need to shcedule ANOTHER appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I took time off from my work to go to this appointment that took all afternoon, just to be informed that they wont be cleaning my teeth this day, and that they want to do some things that will cost about $200.I ended up having to cancel the second appointment due to a family emergency, and wound up being harrassed by the people working here to get me to reschedule. I had a LEAST two phone calls a week from this office trying to get me to come back in for the work I needed to get done.I told them not to call again, and ended up going to Dental Associates instead.Do NOT go to this place unless you enjoy wasting your time.

I have severe anxiety related to dental issues. My first visit here was a very pleasant experience. All staff is cheerful and friendly and put me at ease. Rissa and Kathy and the doctor himself are very thorough, professional, yet friendly and genuinely concerned. Won’t fear going back!
