Such a nice spa, I was surprised by how big and beautiful it was inside from the outside. Love the foot soak, worth showing up early! Relaxation spaces are nice. Massage was so relaxing and great pressure, I prefer super deep tissue and it was one of the best massages I’ve had! Can’t wait to go back!

Ive been to many spas over the years, but if I lived in Denver, I would make this my go to spa. First reason was because they use a lot of organic products and second these folks know how to treat all type of skin types.I was able to make last minute appointments for me and three other friends with Andre. The appointment process was awesome compared to a previous experience from another establishment that would not accommodate us because we were out of town.I requested a mango coconut lime body scrub and facial because I have the dreaded maskne. Monica was my message therapist that did my scrub. My body was in bliss, and I felt amazing.After a calming hour being rubbed down, the esthetician Destiny did my facial. My face has been so inflamed lately, but she did a terrific job calming my skin. She even recommended a few products to incorporate in my skin regimen. My skin was glowing after.An added plus was the foot soak. Awesome experience.

I booked a facial and a message. The message booking never went through and when calling they had to divide the services in two days (I had a hotel 45 minutes away) I am from out of town and booked an hour and made it work around my limited time schedule. I hit traffic for my appointment they had to move and was told as long as I made it in 10-15. I made it 15 minutes late for an hour message and even offered to pay full price for 30 minutes message. They said “sorry, it’s our policy”. I’m so upset and feel they didn’t even try to accommodate. Why would this be a policy even if someone was willing to pay full price for half the service. So disappointed. Beautiful place. Facial was great. Accommodations sucked. They clearly don’t care about repeat business.

What a great experience. My esthetician, Giselle, was awesome and gave me a very comfortable and effective facial. The facility is lovely, and they are compliant with the strictest COVID regulations so you feel very safe. At the end, I was super impressed with how little pressure they put on me to buy any products - they informed me about the treatments that would benefit my skin without turning any of it into a sales pitch. Definitely my go-to place after today!

I loved the massage and facial. The young lady was very gentle and explained every step. The products used didn’t break me out (I’m allergic to MOST products) which made me very happy.

I had a really positive experience at Jalan getting my first ever facial with Rae. She was calming and the atmosphere was peaceful. My sister had Vivian who was very chatty and made some interesting comments throughout her facial - if you are wanting to zone out and relax I would recommend Rae over Vivian. Overall the spa was very clean and calming - I am definitely interested in coming back.

I cant recommend this spa more. I went in for the Rose Quartz Facial and it was amazing. I feel so badly that I cant remember the name of my esthetician, but she was great. She communicated everything she was doing without being too chatty and my skin was glowing for days after. The spa itself was very clean and relaxing. My husband got a massage during my facial and we both left in an absolute daze we were so relaxed and rejuvenated. We will absolutely be back.

I have been wanting to go here for awhile and was FINALLY able to get an appt! The space is very peaceful, make sure to arrive early so you can get a cup of tea and enjoy a foot soak before your treatment.My facial was really nice, the esthetician was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a gentle touch. I do wish the environment was a bit quieter- I could hear the other people walking around/ talking.I really want to come back with my hubby for a couples massage and facials!

I got a facial here after seeing all the good reviews and left feeling a little mixed. I absolutely loved the foot soak at the beginning and ending with a cup of tea in the meditation room. Those were really nice touches. However, I came here for a facial and the esthetician (Vivian) talked the entire time. I marked on my intake form that I was hoping for calm and quiet, which she definitely missed. Shed be great if youre someone who likes to chat and is new to skin care/wants to learn more, but for me I was never fully able to relax from all the talking. My skin looked great afterwards though.

I am visiting Denver and decided to treat myself to a facial. I chose Jalan because they are located conveniently and had Sunday afternoon appointments available. Im so glad I did! I had a signature facial with Whitnie and it was fabulous-- very relaxing and I left feeling refreshed with my skin glowing. Whitnie did a thorough evaluation of my skin and chose products that were right for me. I also appreciated the careful Covid protocols, which made me feel more confident being in the spa. My only disappointment is that I live too far away to make this a regular habit!

So I scheduled an appointment for a deep tissue massage here in Jan - Feb of this year. I have a very physical job so my back was hurting and I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders anyway. I can count on one hand the number of professional massages Ive had in my life, so I thought it was time to treat myself. I called around the Denver and surrounding areas for appointments the weekend I wanted to go, including Jalan, and most places were booked except one. I wound up canceling and waiting for an appointment here because of the reviews and the prices. I got there and was pretty impressed with the atmosphere, but totally let down on the deep tissue. Im accepting of the fact that everyone has their own preferred pressures and some can take more than others, but I never felt like I was one of those who required anything extra. She asked a few times if I wanted more pressure, but the whole time I was waiting for and wanting more and it never came. If youre wanting something more firm, this is not the place. Was totally disappointed that I spent the money and the time go here when I really needed it and didnt get what I was expecting.

I feel like a completely different person after my customized facial with added under eye collagen treatment ! I’ve never had such great results from any skin treatment. My skin looks and feels so amazing . I haven’t even been wearing foundation or concealer since I’ve gotten my facial ! I’m so happy I gave this spa a try , I definitely would recommend Jalan to everyone no matter what your skin type is, the staff is very friendly and professional . They are great at communication, very helpful and always making sure you are comfortable and satisfied.

This place is great. I love the tea and cookies you get to munch on when you arrive, followed by a relaxing foot soak. I asked for the same esthetician I had the first time, Olivia, because she is just so lovely! Not only does she have angel hands, but shes also super personable and makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed.My best friend and I did the Ultimate Rose Quartz Massage and my face looked brighter and felt smoother the next day. I also love their free samples, fancy toilets, and the way that unlike all the other places I have been to (& hear about), they dont push you to buy their products the second you lay down.Jalan has little details throughout your stay that make it the only facial spa you will ever want to go to, not to mention all the friendly people that work there and the very reasonable pricing!

Ive been to Jalan at least 4 times now and every time is better than the last. I love that you get a true spa experience for such a reasonable price. Ive been twice now since COVID started, and I have to say they have done a wonderful job at making sure everything is clean and safe while still providing a peaceful and relaxing space. If youre getting a facial, book with Olivia, she does a great job of explaining everything and making sure shes really addressing your concerns! For massage, Ive had a great experience with Aubrey, she really goes above and beyond to make sure youre getting the pressure and massage you need. Cant wait to be back to Jalan soon!

Well this is definitely the best spa experience, with the price of one facial, we were able to hang out in different relaxation rooms. They make it quite a spiritual experience, starting with breathing in lemongrass steam. My esthetician didnt talk me through what she was doing to my face during the facial, which I wish she told me a little. Next time I would just let her know I would like to know.

I am a former esthetician and very rarely get facials because Im a harsh critic. I expect to receive a service comparable to that of the kind I would give. Sadly, my facial did not meet the mark.For starters, my Esti was just going through the motions. Applied each product, rubbed it in and removed. The gua sha was basically her rubbing the stone on my face. It honestly felt like she really didnt even like her job.The room is so tiny that the table is pressed against a wall. As such, there is no room for the Esti to walk around the table and give a hand and arm massage during one of the masks. Instead there was LOTS of dead time with me laying on a table, listening to unrelaxing music and her cleaning her supplies in the hallway. The provider should STAY w/ the client, providing touch, as much as possible. Otherwise, I can lay on a table with a mask on at home.The good - the spa is really lovely.I see all the good reviews, so maybe my person just wasnt great. And I hope thats true. If you went here and experienced a disappointing facial, dont think they are all like this. I promise, they are not!

I got the Ultimate Rose Quartz Facial from Guadalupe and it was exactly what I was looking for. Not only was Guadalupe very knowledgeable about what my skin needed, she was extremely thorough with her extractions and cleansing process. I highly recommend her and this facial!

I left Jalan about an hour ago and had to rush home to write a review! I had NEVER had a professional facial before ever and was honestly a bit nervous to make the appointment. I’ve never had really problematic skin, I’ve been blessed along with a mixture of using higher end skincare and drinking a TON of water everyday. Recently I’ve been having terrible acne issues due to wearing a mask pretty regularly due to work. I’ve had super painful zits pop up and before old ones can even heal more pop up. I upped my water intake again and even stopped eating most dairy to see if it would help and saw no difference.I ended up booking the Rose Quartz facial on a whim just to see if it would help at all and I’m so happy I did! I felt incredibly welcome as soon as I entered the spa. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere but still also has a slight medical aesthetic to it which was comforting to me. Olivia was my esthetician and she was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and made sure she told me exactly what she was doing through the entire process. Everything was so relaxing and all of the skin products smell so good! Once I got home I took a really good look at my skin and it looks so much better. A lot of the redness and inflammation I had was dramatically reduced if not gone completely.I’m so incredibly thankful I decided to do this and I’m looking forward to setting up another appointment with Olivia very soon!

My husband and I both had a massage at Jalan Spa - it was amazing! My only complaint is that it didn’t last all day! We both walked out feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I love that in between services you have a foot soak and they offer you complementary tea. My facial with Sophia left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated - much needed as my skin is starting to become very dry due to the weather change. We’d both highly recommend this spa to spend an afternoon relaxing and getting pampered.

This was my first visit to Jalan and I scheduled the Imperial pomegranate facial and signature massage for my birthday weekend and had a relaxing, wonderful experience at affordable prices. Jalan takes their COVID safety measures seriously while providing serene, luxurious spa services. My visit began with a foot soak and herbal blended tea before my services which enhanced the whole experience. I had the Seasonal pomegranate Facial with Sofia and loved the entire experience. She is very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to tailor the products for my skin type. My signature massage was with a different Sofia . She tailored my massage to the desired pressure and focus areas and it left me feeling relaxed and stress free. I highly recommend Jalan and can’t wait to book another service!

I went for an anti aging facial. The spa is very pretty and clean. Everyone is masked and the space is very clean. They mark sinks and everything when it has been sanitized so there’s no guessing. Destiny was my facial it’s and was lovely. She respected my cues of quiet and me wanting to relax. It was a great moment.The only detail I would change is to have a fully walled booth so you don’t hear the conversations next door.Overall I highly recommend Jolan!

I had my 60 minute signature massage with Aubrey. She was amazing!! First, Jalan has you fill out information about yourself, like what areas you have problems with and what kind of pressure you like with your massage. Ive done similar questionnaires. What stands out is Aubrey actually read all my information and we had a nice talk before the massage so that she knew exactly what needed to be done. This really impressed me. Second, Aubrey also asked me how I was doing while she was giving the massage just to make sure everything was ok. Finally, the actual massage was everything I was hoping for. Aubrey worked the two problem areas with expertise, and was able to complete my whole body massage. I love how she recommended some cbd oil to add extra relaxation. I cant wait for my next service!! When we could not find a spa near where we were staying in the mountains to accommodate us we decided to come into the city. That was one of the best decisions ever as we stumbled upon this Hidden Gem. The staff was so amazing and I fully enjoyed my facial for the day. I would definitely return here again and recommend it to anyone thats looking for their services. You will not be disappointed.

This was my first massage in 8 months and it did not disappoint! JALAN was extremely communicative and took safety procedures very seriously. They have you fill out your intake forms and a COVID waiver prior to arrival so you dont have to spend time in the waiting room. They also take your temperature on arrival. While its disappointing that some of the amenities are closed, the customer service and the massage therapist made up for it! I also completely understand why these are closed and am not faulting them for it - its the world we live in now. I am a travel agent and have had massages all over the world, and this one was up there with the best! The room was clean and the therapist was perfect. She took the time to read my intake form and really focused on what I had asked for. I also asked for peace and quiet during my massage, which she respected. The pricing is really great too. If you want amenities, this may not be the place right now... but if you want reasonably priced and an amazing massage in a safe environment - highly recommend!

I found Jalan Spa online and wanted to try it because of the many positive reviews. My best friend and I went right before Christmas and we were treated to some amazing facials and treatments! Everything was superb! Some suggestions: get there early to fill out some forms. Jalan recommends 1/2 hour, but I say get there at least 45 mins to enjoy all of the extra perks...tea, foot bath, etc...Thank you DD for a wonderful Christmas gift!1/19/18 - Well, I went back to Jalan Spa this past Friday with two girlfriends and they were as delighted as I was with all the treatments. Kudos to Sophia for the wonderful face massage. I had the Ultimate Rose Quartz facial and she took her time with every single phrase of the 90 min facial...but the bonus was the face massage...it was so amazing! My friends were so impressed by the services...thank you!

The massages at Jalan Spa are consistently fabulous. However, my 60 minute massage today was only 50 minutes because they never sent me the intake form via email ahead of time like they say they do, so I had to fill it out on paper when I got there. That ate into my massage time, and I lost about 10 minutes of the massage doing that, instead of getting 10 minutes tacked onto the end. I was very disappointed that they didn’t extend it, or if she had another client directly after me, give me a discount on my next one. I will probably go somewhere else for my next massage due to this.

This place is AMAZING! I came here for some pre-wedding spa relaxation. I wish I remembered my massage therapists name, because she was truly THE BEST. The setting is modern, tranquil, and perfect. I had the body wrap and the 90 minute massage. I live out of state and would seriously book this place any time Im back in Denver, just so I can try all of their services. I searched multiple spas before settling on Jalan and Im SO HAPPY I went with them 😊😊😊

This is just what I need to warm up & settle into relaxation. I appreciate how peaceful it is, there is a zen room with cushions to meditate after the service. I think this is a thoughtful touch because it offers a connected aspect to self-care, not just receiving a service. I always enjoy aromatherapy so the lavender & lemongrass was invigorating! Also appreciated the restroom and large vanity area. Before this gets too long... Ill just say the Rose Quartz facial I had by Alexis was phenomenal. Left the room 2 times for 5-10 minutes each time, neck and shoulder message was basically nonexistent only 1-2 min and no scalp, arm, or front neck message which is standard in most facials. Express car wash experience.

Jalan was EXACTLY what I was looking for in a spa. They have EVERY. SINGLE. DETAIL. down! It was the most relaxing spa experience Ive every had. I was first blown away with the delicious tea I started out with while filling out paperwork. Then into the moving arts room, meditation room and then the foot bath. It was all included in the experience... wow! Then I had my facial. That was blissful and I was highly impressed with the high end natural products they use. I was sent back to the meditation room and while I was waiting for my next service, a woman brought me a different delicious tea and a heated neck wrap! Talk about true pampering! The whole experience was great and I will definitely be back many more times in the future!

The staff overall are so welcoming and polite, the interior is well decorated and calming, and their lemongrass tea always hits the spot!They take extra precautions per the pandemic - like longer times in between appointments. I would assume this is why we had to book a few weeks in advance, but it is absolutely 100% worth the wait and I cannot recommend them enough!!(Prior visit) First time getting a professional massage/facial, and will not be the last!Absolutely enjoyed the experience at Jalan from start to finish. The tea was delicious (I dont usually like hot tea!), the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and all of the staff were very professional and courteous. Plus the massage itself was wonderful!!Will absolutely return and highly recommend!

Such an amazingly relaxing experience here. I’ve gotten facials and massages at many different places, and nowhere compares to Jalan. Everything from the teas to the foot bath to the treatment, it is just so relaxing. Can’t wait to book a facial AND a massage here while I am in town.

Even in the time of COVID, you must get services here to escape from reality! The procedures have been carefully planned and the execution thoughtfully implemented. During my facial I felt worlds away, as always the products smell amazing.

If you want an amazing facial experience go to Jalan! Kyra is a miracle worker and I always leave feeling relaxed with my skin glowing! Also the complimentary lemongrass tea is to die for.

Jalan Spa exceeded my expectations. I started going there for facials during the winter and the whole experience has been relaxing from start to finish. Upon entering, youre greeted with a warm towel and tea. Before and after your appointment youre welcome to sit in a quite room to relax and lounge. Vivian is the best! Shes friendly, wonderful, and give the best quick cleanse facial. She also give tips on how to maintain your skin after the facial & keep it moisturized.

This is definitely the best spa in the area. I’ve been to others that charge more, but I keep coming back here. You really can’t beat the value, with the foot bath and meditation space. Also, you get the full amount of time you’re scheduled for. I’ve been to other spas where I feel I’ve been cheated on the time but not here. All the providers here are excellent and Alexis is my fave for a facial!

Absolutely great experience from start to finish! The staff the service, everything was perfect. I arrived right at my appointment time so I didn’t get to enjoy the additional services they offer prior to your service but this exceeding my expectations still! Highly recommend coming here and booking services! I got the Complete Nirvana package which was $99 for a 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial, so affordable so luxurious!! I 100% will be coming back here and booking regular services here!

I had a wonderful experience at Japan spa. My facial was incredible and left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I would 100% go back again.

I had a really good experience here. The people are very welcoming and the spa itself is gorgeous. I did the 90 minute massage along with the prenatal facial and I felt that everything was explained thoroughly before every service. The aromatherapy, foot bath, and tea beforehand are a very lovely touch. I have been to other spas in the past and this is by far the most inviting of all with great attention to detail to make you feel relaxed the entire time. The services are also very reasonably priced for all budgets. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt like my masseuse did not really focus on the areas I specified for my massage. I went to specifically address my lower back and sciatica issues and most of the time was spent on my neck and shoulders. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

I would not recommend this spa and here is why. I scheduled a 90 minute facial from Jalan, after several personal recommendations. The foot soak at the beginning was wonderful and my facial was done quite well (except I would suggest preparing clients when putting on very cold creams after using warm steam as it was very jarring). However, during the 90 minutes, several employees were on the other side of the screen/wall talking and laughing continually about personal experiences. They were not talking quietly but, instead, were telling jokes and laughing loudly during the entire 90 minutes. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I was surprised the person doing my facial did not say something to them. There are no hard walls or doors around the rooms for facials so it is critically important that silence be a key part of the experience. In fact, there is a sign in the facial room asking clients keep talking to a minimum. I did not find this peaceful or relaxing at all.

I loved Jalan before but after my recent visit I am over the moon in love with this place. Through a pandemic they are still able to keep the personal and therapeutic touches, while implementing safety measures necessary to keep clients and staff safe. As a healthcare professional, I was thoroughly impressed with the safety measures and accommodations in place to help everyone stay compliant with mask requirements, etc. There have been a few changes because of Covid but overall, much of the experience is still the same. Very pleased. Thank you Jalan!!!!

Been here pre covid and again today. It’s always amazing! I felt safe my whole visit and the severe was as good as always.

I LOVE everything about this spa. The ambience is unmatched in Denver, the decor is impeccable, and most importantly, the service is exceptional. They recently added a basement lounge and additional massage rooms, and the space looks and feels incredible. I got a massage there from Hayley, and she was the perfect mix of gentle, careful and firm. She helped relieve a sore neck that Ive had for a week, and Im so grateful. Jalan and Hayley are my new go-to!
