Liz Stone at Laser Lounge did the most amazing job with my lip filler! I came in with existing filler in my top lip that I noticed was dissolving and she did an incredible job topping up my filler. Liz made me feel so comfortable during the whole process and made sure to check in with me over the following weeks as my lips healed and the filler settled in. People are always so shocked when I mention I have lip filler because they look SO natural and thats all thanks to Lizs expertise and great work! I could not recommend Liz enough, she gave me the lips of my dreams!!

She explained everything clearly & walked me through every step to ensure I knew what was happening. She also worked hard to ensure we used the perfect amount of filler to keep a natural look. I asked my friend for suggestions for salons that offer lip filler treatments, and I was so disappointed to hear that her only recommendation was to AVOID this salon at all costs. She shared her pain with the actual process and how dissatisfied she was to receive such poor service from a supposed professional. Upon requesting that this professional fix her horrible mistake, they claimed to offer her flexibility in their schedule and really only offered her ONE date/time that they were explicitly told before hand would absolutely not work with her schedule. As someone interested in seeking the same services I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism I have seen, and would not risk my money with a business that gaslights their customers.

My experience with Laser Lounge Spa couldnt have been better! This was my first time doing any type of injection and GinaRae made me feel so relaxed and confident. She is amazing at what she does and happily answered all of my questions. Im loving the results and already planning my next appointment!

BOTCHED LIPS AND BOTOX! PLEASE BEWARE AND READ BEFORE GOING HERE! On March 31st, 2021 I had an appointment with Liz to get Botox between my eyebrows and lip filler. My chief complaint was that my upper lip was smaller than my lower and wanted to make the upper match the lower. Although Liz was kind she has very little experience and I wish I would of never allowed her to touch my face as she botched me in more ways than one. Julie (the owner) has been unprofessional and has done absolutely nothing to fix my now botched face to this day. On April 3rd, 2021 Julie (the owner of this location) messaged me and asked me how my lips were. I did not respond till April 5th in hopes my lips would get a little better but they never did. I replied to Julie that I was very unsatisfied and disappointed and in pain from my lower lip being so enlarged and had a very large lump in the middle of my lip. Julie replied that she would be passing my information to Jon who Julie said was the Owner and Founder of Laser Lounge Spa so he can advise her what to do. Julie messaged again saying that if I was comfortable I could still get my Free follow up to try to fix my lips. Keep in mind its not in fact I already paid for the filler. The day I got the filler done Liz kept some filler in the syringe for the touch up (this is standard procedure from what I have been told by a professional). April 6th Julie asked me to send her pictures of my lips. I replied with multiple photos of my lips and explained in detail my concerns that she was seeing in the photos. My lips were noticeably uneven with my lower lip being triple the size as my upper lip (opposite of what I asked for) and my lower lip had so much filler put in one place that it formed such a large, painful hard lump that I still have till today. *Please note the lump is so hard and painful still that you can see the filler through my lip.

CONTINUED REVIEW FOR AMANDA RIVERA: Julie replied that if I didnt want to go back in to take a warm rag to my lip and massage the lump to help break it up. I replied shortly after that I wanted my lips fixed. Julie never replied back. April 6th I messaged Julie again and told her I spoke to Liz about fixing my lips but how Liz said that little bit of filler she saved for the free touch up may not be enough to fix my lips and I would have to purchase another syringe of filler to fix my lips if she couldnt do it with the little she saved. *I already paid $760 dollars for my lips and one syringe of botox. I told Julie I would wait to hear back from her when Jon had an answer for me. Julie never responded. April 19th I reached back out to Julie and asked for Jons contact information as I had not heard back from her. Julie said she was the owner of the cherry creek location. Julie also stated that they could use a product called Hylenex to dissolve my lip filler that keep in mind I paid over $500 to have put in. Julie said that Jon told her to assess my lips in person and they would fix my lips at no charge. April 19th Julie sent me Jons email address. April 27th I messaged Julie after trying to schedule with Liz as she said she only works on Wednesdays and was not trying to accommodate me at all in trying to fix my lips that she messed up. *Please note I have a full time job. Julie replied that she thought Liz was going to see me the following day *Wednesday April 28th after hours (6pm) I told her that it didnt work for my schedule as I was working. I asked Julie for a refund on what I paid for just for my lips so I can go to a professional that was capable of fixing my lips because at this point my lower lip is still very hard and painful with lip filler visibly noticeable from how large and hard it is. Julie replied that both the injectors that work there have full time jobs and she wished I had a more flexible schedule but that she would add more times and days when business picked up. Julie said that she would be in contact with me after she asked the injectors if there was any extra days they could work to see me, Julie also said that she would not refund me. I replied back immediately that wishing my schedule was more flexible is not trying to rectify the situation that her employee had caused. offering me one weekday to be seen is not accommodating nor did it make me feel confident that she would correct the situation and help me with my now enlarge, hard and painful lip. I expressed that she wouldnt provide me a refund to get my lips fixed else where but also had no other option than a Wednesday for me to come in. Julie never responded and still have yet to hear from her to date 5/11/21. *Please note that I have been using Arnica on my lower lip and massaging it as Liz told me to do and using a warm rags but neither have helped with the pain or the very large size of the large hard lump in my lower lip, you can still see the filler through my lip. If my botched lips werent enough, Liz also did not inject my botox evenly and now my right eyebrow is higher than the left! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE AS I WOULD NEVER WANT ANYONE ELSE TO ENDURE THE PAIN, SUFFERING OR HUMILATION THAT I HAVE TO WALK AROUND AND LIVE WITH NOW. THIS HAS RUINED MY SELF CONFIDENCE AND HAS BEEN MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY DRAINING. I WILL BE LOOKING IN TO OTHER OPTIONS TO GET MY MONEY BACK TO FIX MY NOW BOTCHED LIPS AND FACE. *PLEASE NOTE I DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE ALL THE FILLER I PAID FOR AND WOULD NEVER ALLOW LIZ TO TOUCH MY FACE AGAIN AFTER WHAT SHE HAS DONE TO ME. THIS IS INCREDIBLY PAINFUL IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A PROFESSIONAL/EXPERIENCED INJECTOR.
