Kimi is amazing! She completely changed the shape of my eyebrows, and they look so natural. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and the pain was minimal. Her professional eye and opinion on color and shape is spot on. I recommend her 100%.

Today was the first time getting lashes done by Kimi and wow was I impressed! I was nervous with the mixed reviews but she was so sweet and accommodating and the salon was intimate and just adorable. Best lash experience by far. Shes also fast but still so detailed and already booked my next fill.

Incredibly unprofessional salon and terrible quality lashes. I shouldve listened to my gut when reviewing the numerous 1 star reviews (and sketchily 5 stars in the same month). The lack of customer service and overall concern for their customers was appalling and unlike anything Ive ever experienced before.My eyelashes started falling out after 3 DAYS. I called Kimmy and let her know and she gave me a million excuses as to why this couldve happened (change in weather, my sleeping patterns, anything and everything bizzare you could think of). She scheduled a fill-in appointment and then told me it would be $50. I explained I didnt think I should have to pay for a full fill-in since the quality of the work clearly didnt hold up to the standards. Once I told her Id prefer not to pay, suddenly she had no open appointments. She said she would call me back with open appointments... That never happened. I called and left several voice messages and text messages over the span of a few days telling her I was flexible to come in whenever or Id love a refund. Its been a week now and I still havent heard back....The price may be cheaper up front but theres a reason for that... Save your money and pay for better quality/customer service... Trust me it will be worth it!

I had a great experience at Beauty by Miko, it was so relaxing, professional and personable. I have sensitive eyes but my lashes feel great, no irritation. I’m going on my third week with these beautiful lashes they still feel and look amazing, I wear less makeup now! I’m looking forward to my touch-up appointment where I can relax and visit with Kimi, she is so sweet. The pricing is less than other salons but the quality and service surpass others.

I have been going to Kimi for 2 years and hands down the best! I get compliments all the time on my eyelashes. She takes the time to do a great job and explains how to take care of them so they last. I have never had any problems and nothing but great service.

I would not recommend getting your brows microbladed here. One brow is very spotty & the other has a blotch of ink instead of strokes. One eyebrow is also longer than the other. I’m certainly not happy with spending $350 on them. [$300 Groupon & $50 tip].I got my brows done on December 1, 2018.I was gone to Europe & Asia for about 2 months. I also travel for work so when I got back I was out of town 5 days a week. I messaged her in the first week of March letting her know I do not like them & that I wanted to set up a consultation to see what we can do to fix them. We went back & forth for a couple months trying to set up a consultation. One of us was always out of town/traveling. I finally sent her pictures of my brows & told her I want to get serious about booking an appointment. She said yes I definitely need microblade done again & that it’ll be another $350.I understand that results aren’t guaranteed but she should be good for business. She did a bad job on my brows. They should be fixed. Just like any service. If my nails or eyelashes or hair got messed out or came out bad, I would go back so they can fix their mistake. Charging me another $350 is absolutely ridiculous. I would absolutely not go back or recommend getting any services done here.!! Please check out my review on Yelp for photos !!

I hate to leave a negative rating, but being this is a semi permanent and costly service I feel the need to leave my review.I highly recommend considering other options as she is clearly inexperienced with the microblading process. No ink took after my initial round. When I went in for my “touch up” she insisted on continuing to blade my brows before they had numbed up. The lines that did take are drawn in multiple directions, horizontal long strokes rather not at all appearing like hairlike strokes. Eyebrows are two different shapes and some ink was drawn outside of brow line.

I have never been disappointed with a lash appointment with Kimi. I always leave extremely satisfied. I have been going to her for over a year and she has never failed to disappoint me. I always look forward to my hour with kimi! Shes AMAZING.

I went back to Kimi after trying another salon and potentially having acrylic allergy. I asked if the glue she uses has acrylic, Supposedly kimi called the glue manufacturer and then told.me no acrylic was in the glue. I had a severe reaction. When I called to let her know, she wouldnt not make the time to take them off, told me she could do that night then 2 hours later told me to wait 3 days. She avoided my calls until my reaction was over. I then called to ask for a partial refund being she put acrylic on my.eyes with a potential allergy. She refused saying she did all she could. Of course after she charged me more than a 3 week fill, this is the second time she refused to refund when the lashes fell off. It is why I stopped going to her the first time. Shame on me for giving a second chance!

I’ve had lash extensions for about 2 1/2 years but ever since coming to Beauty by Miko over a year ago, this is by far the most amazing service and quality lashes I’ve ever received. The lashes are so light weight you don’t even know they’re there! I continuously get complimented on her marvelous work and although my lashes tend to be long and bold, they stay full until my 2 1/2 week appointment. There’s so many different looks Kimi can fulfill, always making sure it’s to your liking! She’s absolutely amazing! Her shop is meticulously clean, very relaxed and comfortable. She has a wide variety of services that are offered so it makes it easy only having to come to one location for all your needs. As for mircoblading, you cannot go wrong! You’d never know I had the service done, my eyebrows look completely natural and the color matches perfectly. I’m now more confident when I’m wearing no makeup because having full brows really compliments my features. I highly recommend Kimi to all those seeking to enhance their look! Pricing is reasonable and you cannot beat her customer service. You’ll leave satisfied every time and eager for your next appointment! She never disappoints, truly a genuine, kind individual!

I am extrememly disappointed in the customer service this place provided. I had an appointment booked for a full set of eyelash extensions right before my bachelorette party. They even talked me into taking this particular appointment due to the timing before I left for my bachelorette party. About 3 weeks later, I got a call telling me that they double booked and I needed to move my appointment. I had to move my appointment to whatever was convenient for them and not for me. It seemed as though they give priority to certain customers and have no desire to obtain new ones.
