This place is unlike any other spa in Denver. Instead of a generic white wall massage room you feel like you are transported into a traditional healing center somewhere in the Himalayas. I got an incredible message from Eve and I received the best facial ive ever had from Kim. The energy there is very pure. highly recommend

I am writing mainly about my back facial experience I had with Rikki at Eden a month ago. I have some cystic acne on my back, but my back is almost never red or inflamed. During my appointment with her, she used a metal blackhead/blemish extraction tool and pressed down hard without poking any holes to relieve pressure. It caused at least 6 massive inflammations on my back that last for many weeks and caused scarring to this very day. I asked her during my session, and she said she used the extraction tool and pressed down on a few different areas, but nothing ever came out. I thought it was common sense not to use extraction tools on cystic acne without poking a hole to relieve pressure. I have had lots of back facials done before for many years at a few other businesses besides Eden, and Ive always had a great experience until my session with Rikki at Eden Spa. It was the most painful experience ever. If your facial was done by a professional, if there were any red marks, it would generally be gone in a day or two. With Rikki, there were many areas that were severely inflamed for weeks. For the past month, whenever I go to the pool, I had to wear a shirt because of her unprofessionalism. I just want to write this so no one would have to go through this experience.I supposed if you have great skin and surface level blemishes/blackheads, youd have a great experience with Rikki. But if you have anything deeper like cystic acne, then I would avoid her.All the massage therapists here that Ive tried are very skillful and great. Kim is also amazing if you want a professional facial. The reason I am giving this place a 2 star is because whenever I come here, it evokes bad memories because of one person. I am also thinking about cancelling my membership at Eden for this reason.

I live up in the mountains but I come down to Denver occasionally and enjoy visiting the Eden Spa. One of their employees, Rikki, worked up in Breckenridge at a spa and I always enjoyed her facials. Great spot to visit!

Eden is a space that offers more than just a massage, they offer tranquility and a meditative space full of plants, sunlight, and relaxing music. Highly recommend going to them :)

I got the couples hot stone massage. It was such a great experience. They were so great with communicating, and checking in. It was incredibly easy to trust our masseuses. It was my third massage ever, and my husbands first massage so it was great to feel comfortable. I also loved the music playlist they had on, the entire ambiance was perfect.

Usually when I get a Groupon I enjoy my experience but not enough to come back repetitively. I CANNOT stop coming back to Eden Spa. This is hands down my favorite spa in the Denver area and one of the best I have ever been to. I love seeing Rachel for my facial needs and their massages are great too. The zen vibe of the spa reminds me of my time in Asia and it’s so calming. Between the music, decor, service & waterfalls it’s the best sound and feeling. Spend your money here and you’ll be satisfied 10000%. I love recommending this place to my friends too. I used to live a few blocks from here and enjoyed the convenience but legit will drive any distance even after moving out to the suburbs for their services! Enjoy!

Nice enough spa but the walls dont reach the ceiling so you can hear whenever anyone enters the building or walks the halls.

Upon speaking with the owner, Amanda, we were able to work out the previous problem (see below). Not only did Amanda call me back, but she was incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did she come through with the previously made commitment, but exceeded my expectations and was able to offer additional help, at their expense. This was a gift for my girlfriend for her birthday, and will now be even more special, thanks to Amanda and Eden Spa.(Previous Review Nov 2020)I was directed to their website as I was told they were having a sale on a Thursday morning. On their site they advertised a BOGO with gift card purchase. After I purchased the gift card I didnt receive it in my email and I called them to ask when I could expect it, and the call went to voicemail. They didnt return my call until that evening and left no voicemail. When I called them back and was told that the manager wasnt in and they would need to check and see what to do. After another hour, they send me an email to tell me that that promotion was a week old and it was a mistake on their website and will no longer honor it. I called back and my phone was forwarded to voicemail once again. They sent me a message stating that I could purchase a more expensive package that would save me ~$60 off of services but they wont honor their previously made commitment.

I have to say, this is possibly the most lovely environment for a massage. Copious plants and thoughtful design make each room inviting and calming. The staff is attentive and the therapists truly enjoy their jobs. This is a jewel in our city. I hope anyone looking for an experience instead of a massage in a sad and empty room go here. Sure, Woodhouse has the fancy robes and fluff, but this is different, the people love what they do and it shows.

TLDR: Go to Laura Taylor! She is more of a magician than a masseuse!Ive been suffering from lower back pain and soreness/tightness for a few weeks before going in to see Laura. She was very attentive to what I wanted to focus on and she quickly identified all the underlying problems (i.e. IT band tightness). I left the place feeling less pain and feeling more mobile and agile/flexible. Not only was the entire 50 minute session enjoyable and calming, but she left me with great advice to continue my treatment at home. Ill definitely be going back to her soon. Thank you Laura!

I have been going here for a year or so now and Lily was the best I have had yet to get out all the pains in my neck! This was my first time getting a couples massage and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere was so tranquil and serene- it felt like for a moment we were on vacation somewhere tropical. The consultation before the massage was really in depth and I felt like she really cared about which areas needed more attention- that means a lot to me. It felt good being “heard” and she even asked which scents I liked for my oil! The massage itself was really nice and I felt so much better afterwards. My friend and I came from out of state for a weekend of pampering. Everything here was amazing! We got the New You special.I went to Liz for a deep tissue massage first. It helped my back so much, which has been in constant pain. She was so fun to talk to, and super friendly. Next I went to Rachael for a facial, which made my face feel so nice, and it was so relaxing! I have never had a facial before and left wondering why I hadnt yet! Lastly, I went to Taylor for the Rainbiw wrap which I have also never had. It was so incredibly relaxing, and I did end up falling asleep. The atmosphere was incredibly calming and serene, as well as clean. The staff really made a wonderful spa experience. I would recommend it to anyone, and will definitely visit again!

I got a massage for my mom, she told me the massage was the worst she is gotten, that there wasn’t pressure and the person that was providing the massage was falling asleep. I paid 119$ for it.

What a lovely spot! Id love to just sit and read there for the day.I got a massage with Jodi. I have tight glutes, and Ive found that many therapists shy away from working that area. Jodi got in there and really helped me. Shes got very strong hands, but I never felt like she was going too deep. I dont think I will be sore tomorrow, but I do think Ill contribute to feel good. I highly recommend her and her 23 YEARS of massage experience. Shes very kind, and seems to truly love her work.

Had a massage with Kayla and a facial with Rikki today. Was my first time at the spa and it exceeded my expectations. The photos online don’t do this place justice at all - it’s bigger than I anticipated and so peaceful. They were both great! Kayla recommended the peppermint and basil aromatherapy to compliment my massage and I initially thought the basil was odd but I trusted her - highly recommend. I only wish the massage room was a bit darker inside but that’s my only “complaint”. This won’t stop me from coming back - I truly needed a day of relaxing and this did the trick! See you again!

I used a Groupon. I had a signature facial earlier today with Victoria. She was kind and listened to what my skin concerns were and recommended what type of facial procedure was going to be done. Front desk service was great. Ambiance is calm and feels like one is in a forest.

Eden Spa Denver is a little hidden gem in the Golden Triangle. Rory and his team offer amazing services from chiropractic adjustments (the only place I go) to the famous Four Handed Massage. I’ve been a faithful client for over 10 years...a truly inviting, relaxing, and healing experience.

Take caution when dealing with this establishment.On Saturday September 9, 2017 Chiropractor Rory Lee with Eden Life Spa was responsible for leaving medical records in a Denver alley. This included names, Social Security numbers, insurance information and reports detailing patients medical history.Under the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act, entities cannot throw medical files into a dumpster unless the information is unreadable or indecipherable.I would NOT recommend this unprofessional business which obviously cares very little about its customers.

Eden Spa is by far the most relaxing and beautiful day spa in Denver. I was happily surprised to walk into a garden oasis in the heart of the Denver. My massage was one of the best, if not THE BEST I have ever gotten. The massage therapist listened to my health concerns and gave me a wonderful, personalized massage. After my massage, I was taken to another beautiful treatment room for a facial. The esthetician used awesome products and made me feel relaxed and pampered. I highly recommend this spa to everyone. I will definitely be back soon!

What a cozy, hidden oasis Eden Spa is! I have had multiple massages and facials at Eden and am reminded of the treasures behind that door every time. They have a wonderful, experienced, friendly staff matched by a truly beautiful environment of fountains, goddesss and an indoor tropical forest! Eden Spa has absolutely fantastic massage therapists. Ive never had a poor experience. They listen to you address individual needs. The spa offers good packages to make it a bit more affordable. Beautiful and calm interior unlike anywhere else- feels much more relaxing and less like a doctors office. Sometimes can be hard to get a hold of and their chiropractor is very down to business and not the most gentle, however I highly recommend their massage therapists!

Such a wonderful place for healing! I love the fact that you can now get chiropractic care and acupuncture in the same facility. Traci and Tanya have done wonders for my shoulder injury. Traci with her extensive knowledge of the body and her spot on trigger point therapy, coupled with Tanyas intuitive touch and effective cupping and stretching techniques have given me hope that healing my body is possible! They offer such great, nurturing support! This place is more than just a spa, its a sacred, healing space!

My husband and I came in for a couples massage. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. The massage therapists we had were UNPROFESSIONAL, I felt rushed when the therapist was asking me what I wanted and she didnt give me time to finish telling her, and they never asked us about the pressure during the massage. My therapist CHEWED GUM the entire time and my husbands therapist had rough hands. We will NOT be going back.

Wasnt super impressed. Im a massage therapist myself, have been for 7 years. A lady sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help her and I finally just said go get somebody..... My massage was mediocre. The space is Amazing. Just didnt seem to be a focus on the customer.

I went in for a massage and had the most awkward experience of my life, left feeling disturbed and with more stress than when I went in.About 20 minutes into my 90 minute session, the therapist bumped a grate by the fireplace and it came crashing to the floor. It startled me (and her), it would have been fine & I could have shifted back to relaxation but she FREAKED out - swearing, lost her breath, basically had a panic attack and sat down on the massage table next to me. She said oh my god, I thought I was going to prison and that you were dead. Told me she thought the headrest broke and that she thought she broke my neck. It took a few minutes for her to catch her breath. During this time, I thought about what she said, it never occurred to me that a massage could be deadly. Needless to say, the session was cut short and I will not be returning. Massage may be ruined for me forever. I went in for some relaxation and self-care and I left confused, in disbelief, with a new found fear & concerns about risks associated with massage.

Not what I expected. Very beautiful place but 10 mins into my 50 min massage The massage therapist said she wouldn’t charge me but would do a deep tissue massage. I was confused because my appointment was a deep tissue massage for 50 mins. So she proceeded by saying she would charge me then. She didn’t extended the time or apologize or compensate for the time she spent doing, what I guess, was the Swedish. She was nice, but we may have miscommunicated, but my appointment specifically said deep tissue. I felt ripped off. Also because I explained I was a server I kept getting work done on my left arm and kept waiting for the deep tissue massage in my inner back (which I put down was the area with most tension). Before I knew it, time was up. Overall, I don’t really get massages for this reason, it was a waste of money. I only felt relaxed because of the lavender essential oil. Definitely didn’t feel like knots were worked out, which was really disappointing because I rarely take the time to get massages. Again, beautiful place, but not a satisfied customer.

Enjoyed every second. Wish I could make time stop and the massage continue.

I got a 50 minute deep tissue with CBD oil and my whole experience from the moment I walked into a beautifully zen environment and transported into a rainforest until it was done and I still felt like I was on a cloud! My wife and I have been looking for a place to call home for regular massage service, and have tried a variety of places throughout town- all of them being ok- not bad, but nothing to write home about. Ive now been to Eden 3 times, with 3 different people for a massage, and every time has been great! Not only a great massage at a reasonable price, but a very very cool environment that the other places cant touch. If youre looking for a great massage without that corporate feel and some funky character, check them out!

My experience with Liz was so amazing! She really knows her stuff and helped me get out (finally!) so much of the pain I was carrying. I have only had a few massage therapists really do deep tissue well and if you are into the release of lactic acid, some serious healing, and you are strong enough to handle the pain, Liz is your girl!!! The spa was so serene and everyone was really, really nice. Thanks Liz! I will be back!

Amazing atmosphere and super zen vibes the moment you walk in

Recently I developed terrible pain in my hip area and left leg, so much so I was using a cane to walk and move around. This issue had built-up and had been ongoing for a number of months.A friend that had use Dr. Lee recommended him so I make an appointment, after the usual examination Dr. Lee placed me on an adjustment table an proceeded to manipulate my body. After extensive work on my body I had a small amount of relief. I have continued to use Dr. Lee as a result of attaining relief after only 3-visits. I will make it a point to get occasional adjustments to maintain my well being and health. I found Dr. Lee and His staff to be exceptionally professional with only their patients well being their primary concerned!!!!

This is the best spa in Denver!! Ive been coming for over 7 years and have been transported every time physically and emotionally. I go once a month for the 99$ Massage Facial package and once a week for the VIP massage for only 39$. Thank you Eden spa and staff for taking care of me all these years! Lisa R

I had a massage and facial at this spa this week and cant recommend it to anyone. First, it doesnt look like a typical spa but though I was skeptical, I tried to look past that (I.e. bed sheets on the treatment beds, fountains and plants everywhere, very bright treatment rooms, etc.) My treatments were average in quality but when I went to pay, I received less than stellar customer service. When I had booked my services, I asked if I could use a gift certificate I had won. I was told I could but when I checked out, the same person I talked to on the phone told me I couldnt use the certificate because it was actually a coupon. How is a customer who has never had experience with a particular business know the difference? Instead of letting me know for the future and accepting my coupon this time, I had to pay the regular price which was more than I had planned to pay. I wont be going back to this spa nor will I be recommending it to anyone.
