What can be said other than these guys rock! I go here as often as I can to see Lindsay. Lindsay is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. This is coming from a guy who has been to countless hotel / spas, domestic and abroad. Her technique is top notch, she truly cares about your well being and how youre progressing in each session. The part that truly sends it home for me personally is that she is always considerate of pressure, room and bed temperature and is very silent in her approach.These attributes make the experience relaxing and rejuvenating each and every time. Book an appointment with Lindsay ASAP; you wont regret it!

Hands down... one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had! If you have an hour or so... to spare, get a massage from Allison. I have had a lot of massages, she has such a wonderful technique and pressure. I was very relaxed and felt amazing afterwards.. she is very good at what she does. Only problem is that I don’t live in Denver. I’d recommend the Eminence stone crop oil for you massage, it smells amazing! If you live in Denver or are staying in the Hyatt Regency, schedule a massage with Allison, you will not regret it... I promise!!! She is very good!!!!

Wonderful massage with Kai! My daughter had a great massage with her therapist also!! Very knowledgeable and gave me some stretches to do at home. Would highly recommend both therapists at the spa. Grace at the front desk was wonderful also! Will book again when I return to Denver.

Im visiting Denver, and this was my last night of vacation. I was able to get in for an appointment just under the wire of closing time. I am so glad I did because the massage I got from Laura was the highlight of my vacation. I went to the summit of Mt. Evans, and it didnt even come close. This was, hands down, the best massage Ive ever had in my life. I cant recommend her highly enough.

My wife and I were guests at the Hyatt while she was attending a conference in Denver. Lindsay is truly an exceptional massage therapist. I was so impressed, I recommended her to my wife and scheduled an appointment for her the second I was done with mine under the caveat it was with Lindsay. My wife was ultimately equally impressed. Truly she provided one of the best massages I’ve received. If I was staying in Denver longer, I’d schedule another.

Absolutely must book with Lindsay - she is the best massage therapist I have ever worked with, hands down. She knows just the right pressure, works gently with your pain points and always leaves me with stretches and muscle groups to focus on. Do yourself a favor on your Denver vacation or hometown staycation and book with Lindsay. (Bring your swim suit and enjoy the terrace hot tub with mountain views.)

My experience at the spa was amazing. The lady who checked me in and the therapist were great! It was what the doctor ordered. The only reason i cannot give it a five is an experience I had after my services. They charged my credit card for another persons services and when i called to resolve the issue i get told that my husband called and said to charge to that card and I tried to explain I do not know a Sharon and my husband does not manage my appointments or my credit cards, she did everything short of calling me a liar. Said that I needed to speak to my husband, that she had a note on the appointment to charge the card. I kept trying to explain to her i did not know a Sharon and she kept interrupting me saying they did the right thing that they could not make a mistake. Eventually I asked if she was calling me a liar and she states her husband is a hotel attorney at which point I could not believe what i was hearing and hung up after loosing my own temper. She eventually called back to say she found what went wrong and would get the charges corrected by end of week. Then starts speaking down to me, saying if i had let her talk, she spoke over me and again talked about her attorney husband. This time she hung up on me. No customer service training what so ever. They seem to not be trained in handling potential accounting errors. Investigating anything beyond the tip of their nose and instead get a mightier than thou attitude with customers who bring up concerns. This post interaction completely ruined my experience at the spa, which is sad since I really thought this is a place i wanted to go back to.

My husband and I have enjoyed several couples massages at this wonderful inner-city spa. It is a real treat with hot stones, knowledgeable hands ~ customized treatments with great therapists. Lindsey and Cheryl are fabulous and we are certain headed back for more, best place int the city!

My husband and I booked a couples massage during our getaway in Denver for Thanksgiving weekend, and they did not disappoint. When we arrived, the receptionist was attentive and provided water for the both of us. She also gave us comfy robes for us to slip in while we waited. We also received an aromatherapy foot soak and a hot lavender towel before our massage, which was a nice touch and helped us to relax before the service. This was my husbands first real massage by a professional, and the staff (Lindsey and Brandon) made his experience comfortable and memorable. They were both professional and kind, and we left feeling super relaxed and pampered. Great experience, would recommend to family and friends.

After a week worth of traveling and another long plane ride to Denver, Cherlyn, worked magic to make my leg pain go away. Cherlyns technique was extremely professional and simply magical! Highly recommend Cherylns spa services. You can tell Cherlyn knows her medical massage and treats you as if you are the only client of the day.

They would have gotten 5 stars for the wonderful body scrub and wrap from Kai and the lovely facial but the additional unexpected charges made the experience frustrating and a little disappointing...1.The esthetician described the products she would be using for my facial without telling me that there would be an extra fee for some of them.2. I was told that a product for me to purchase would cost $59 but when I went to pay was told it was $79.3. I was upcharged $10 for a service that is only a $5 difference on their website (and I also called to double check).4. I still dont know exactly what I was charged for as I couldnt get them to just give me a breakdown.So, the services were lovely but just beware...UPDATE: The owner immediately called to address my complaints so I am happy to upgrade my 4 to a 5 star review!

I am a Denver local and have been wanting to find a high-quality spa since I moved here a couple months ago. I tried Spa Universaire at the Hyatt and am raving and glowing from my experience. The friendly receptionists are very helpful with my questions and knowledgeable about the services and they greet you with hot tea/water when you arrive.My first Tao Integrative massage was with Brandon and he used a combination of deep tissue, trigger point, and cranial sacral. I loved the calming room and the heated massage table and the best part – I woke up the next day a completely different and healed body. I do a lot of exercise so his intuitive touch was much appreciated.My second treatment was the Hungarian Sugar Scrub. I have the driest skin from moving to Denver! It was unbearably itchy and uncomfortable so I wanted to see if this would help. Charlotte was my therapist and she first applies a glycolic gel that exfoliated the top layer of skin. My at-home sugar scrub was too weak to break through the barrier. Then, she performed dry brushing – omg so amazing that I bought a dry brush to do it at home. After the dry brushing she applied a Eminence Stone Crop cream that is stronger than aloe. My itches have gone away. Worth every penny and more!I can’t wait to go back for another treatment as they are a one stop-spa-shop. They offer services such as facials, massages, wraps, and more. The Eminence products they use during treatments and sell are some of the best organic skin care products that me and my friends use and are happy to have a local business to support.Couple tips:- Do go early or stay late to use the outdoor roof-top hot tub.- Give yourself a few extra minutes to park and get a key from the front desk to enter the spa (for outside guests).

I wish I could post the photo of how badly the “experienced” aesthetician mangled my nose. I had only a 30min facial and some how I ended up with a layer of skin peeled off my face and a scab on my nose the next morning. When I called and emailed the manager they told me there was no way that a facial caused the gigantic scab on my nose. Basically told me to deal with it and that I was lying- but in a polite way (there is your one star) . If you have sensitive skin DO NOT GO HERE! The facilities are lacking, and there were crying/screaming children during my appointment. They try to up-sale me on the products that caused the damage to my nose, during the facial and wasted 10mins talking to me about the products before they even started the facial. Over all rip off. Go at your own risk. I cannot believe the Hyatt let these people operate a business that bad in their hote.

I am visiting out of town for a conference. Called to make an appointment. I was out on hold then told they would call me back in 5 minutes. I confirmed that there were openings still available for the day and time I wanted and they confirmed, but would call me back to make an appointment. AN HOUR goes by and they finally called me back and guess what....all of the appointments were full. Not happy with the customer service

B for effort, but D-minus for execution (equipment for shirodhora, length of treatment, warmth of oil) . Far, far from what it is supposed to actually be.

We booked a couples massage. The room is tiny but the girls did a great job. The spa was clean and we booked last minute and they were able to fit us in. Their staging room was awesome to gather your thoughts and start the relaxing process. The receptionistwas so kind and sweet. We used one of the add ons, this lotion that had the best smell and really hydrated our skin. Simple place, we would want to try an extra service next time just because we had such a good experience with the simple swedish massage.

If this page had a 0 star option i would put it Its sad that your first time in another state goes ruin by a staff memeber of this spa me and my husband are from florida and we finally got time out to go on a small vacation everything was fine until we had the amazing idea to check the spa let me tell you first of all it was expencive and second of all the manager was rude and persistent because we change our mind about it and the other lady didnt mention that it has a 24 hour cancelation fee so we let it pass and when they call us and we say we couldnt make it they still want to charge us 250 dollars for something that they didnt even provide its really sad that our vacation got ruined by this person she also was soo persistent rude and kind of anoying at one point that she want to workout something so bad that she text my husband personal number insisting that she is gonna charge without his authorization is ashamed that this kind of hotel have this tupe of horrible spa cervice im going back really sad and upset
