This is the worst encounter ever with a receptionist. Amy is clearly unhinged, confused, a liar and uses abusive language unbecoming for any Doctors office. I was told not to come back, hung up on simply for asking protocol. Dr Siedman immediately called, apologized, and pleaded to reschedule, this office is MONEY HUNGRY for unnecessary appointments.

I just left this office pretty mad. They scheduled me for an appointment and now the front desk, Amy, is denying that she ever scheduled it. Later she was looking at my appointment on her computer, which means she was caught in a lie. She did not apologize, but instead blame me for this mistake. I am solely basing this review on the rudeness. The doctor, is cut throat and very dry. I’m a little shocked that he’s in the medical field as it he also displayed no compassion. What a waste of a day for me. Of course nobody even apologized, no customer service. Bad vibes here.

I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Seidmans and am pleased with the treatment I received.I went to see Dr. Seidman a few days after I fell in a store as my symptoms were getting worse, not better. (Because of Covid 19 I did not go to the hospital as the paramedics suggested at the time I fell)I called Dr. Seidman and his office manager Amy could hear the panic in my voice. She spoke with the Dr. and got me an appointment ASAP. When I saw Dr. Seidman he insisted I go to the ER immediately. I am so glad he did because as it turned out I had much more than just bruised knees and a bump on my head. ( As I am sure Dr. Seidman thought)Had the Dr. not insisted that I go to the ER right then and there, I do not want to imagine what might have happened as it turned out my condition was much worse than what they seemed.** We all know how Dr.s can be when they are really busy BUT the saving grace at Dr. Seidman office is his AMAZING office manager Amy. She is my angel and one of the most caring, empathetic and understanding people I have ever met. Please share with her your situation and she will help expedite an appointment with the Dr. for you.

Doc Seidman raises The Bar. He and is staff are admirable. I wonder why any individual would or could give this amazing caring, professional man of medicine less than a stellar review! Thank you Doc and Stafffor caring and healing all your patients, especially me 👏🏻

Great doctor and staff. Very service oriented got all my meds filled electronically. He regulated my cholesterol perfectly I chose him because he is certified in internal medicine and cholesterol. He did better than my old cardiologist. He goes over diets and explains everything and never rushes. A really great experience I recommend him to all my friends at the condo give him a try you have nothing to loose. Even answers his own phone after hours no one does that anymore.

My husband was a patient of this doctor for years. He recently had an horrific surgery. He was in the hospital for 6+ weeks. When he got out we saw Dr. Seidman. The hospital doctor had prescribed antidepressants for my husband. When it ran out I asked Dr. Seidman to refill it. He said he wasnt allowed. I explained that I knew many people who got antidepressants from their primaries. He told me, Go to their primaries. The situation has gotten so much worse. A hospice agency contacted Dr. Seidman. He would not recommend my husband for hospice care. He gave them the number for my husbands oncologist whom he hadnt seen in a year. Clearly the man lacks empathy, My husband is dying; he is literally starving to death. Seidman complemented him on his (at that time) unexplained weight loss. My husband was not a heavy man. He never looked into the reason why he was losing weight. Hospice is in my house now. The situation is grave. Yes Im brokenhearted and angry. But if I can dissuade anyone from seeing this (so-called) doctor, Ive accomplished something.

I pretty much needed a few referrals and the doctor gave me everything I needed. Also, the staff has been amazing with getting my referrals done properly and working with my crazy schedule. Amy (front desk) contacted a specialist for me just to make they were still open - she didnt have to do that! Very grateful for that office !

I visited Dr. Barry Seidman just recently and was so pleased with my first impression of his office I decided to write a review. The office is run in a very professional manner by the staff who are so courteous and helpful. Dr. Seidman was very attentive to my concerns and took the time to really explain my issues. He is an excellent diagnostician and I am now on the road to recovery. I plan to be a patient for a very long time !!

Could not have had a better experience. He is by far the best diagnostician in the area. All of my friends and I love him. I would not refer someone I know to anyone else.

This doctor is very insensitive, makes you feel like a number instead of patient. I would not recommend. Please look for another doctor.

Front desk has a problem with express scripts prescriptions and has cost me a lot of money. And this person did not attempt to rectify my problem. The office is unprofessional. And the doctor doesnt seem to care. As a result my wife and I have changed doctor after 10 years.

Doctor is upfront and knowledgeable however the receptionist/scheduler is the rudest person I have ever dealt with and I have even received complaints from the offices of other doctors I have been seen by that had to speak with her.

His primary interest is in himself - ie; his income and NOT his patients. Total lack of Doctor patient communication. Rude and cold is the order of the day. His staff are unprofessional as well.- Stay clear is my recommendation.

Terrible Dr unprofessional staff leaves you sitting waiting in the office while theres no one else here!!

Look elsewhere if you need a medical doctor. The whole 3 minute appointment to get established as a new patient was a complete waste of my time. Dr Seidman is not thorough at all, he is odd, the office does not accept credit cards, and they dont do electronic prescriptions to the pharmacy. The bad reviews on this guy when you research him say it all.
