Absolutely the worst customer service. You cant contact office directly. You only are able to leave a message with an answering service. When you are at the office they seem only concerned to collect co pays or deductable before your seat gets warm. Its difficult to get clear and comprehensive information from the doctor you feel rushed and treated with no compassion... Even after a serious diagnosis. I would not recommend this office.

Dr is good. Staff answering phones is absolutely terrible and need a new job. All they do is put you on hold and never return. Has happened just about every time I’ve called

I had an appointment with this Dr. today and I have to say it was the absolute worst Dr.s visit Ive ever experienced. Without even introducing himself Dr. Raff decided to reprimand me about why I was visiting in the first place by telling me This isnt something that just goes away in a week Sir. I was stunned, I couldnt believe this man was starting our visit like this. The entire visit was uncomfortable for the rest of the time I was there. This is an extremely rude Dr., I was very unpleased with how everything went.

Tried to call the office to make an appointment. The answering service doesnt even work. No matter what number you press, nothing happens. Does this doctors office even exist? Will go in person to find out. Keeping my fingers crossed.
