I have multiple diseases including Parkinson’s disease,guillaine barre syndrome and at 86 years of age. After the second booster vaccine for the corona virus I developed a vaccine side affects of chronic demyelination syndrome. The only problem is that to accurately diagnose the disease is by a spinal tap which is dangerous because they have anticoagulants because of a massive pulmonary emboli less than a year ago and now I kept falling and became very short of breath. Indeed I developed Cheyenne stocks breathing which is usually a terminal problem. While awaiting the results of the test we sought for a Pulmonologist. We picked the wrong one he insisted that I had sleep apnea and schedule a hospital over night test which would be Suicide for a 86 man. I took a home test just before receiving IVGg which cost me $5000 and Medicare over $55,000 bucks. Thank God. It worked. I stopped falling and my breathing was normal. After six weeks got a call! I flunked the sleep apnea test and it is a matter of life and death at I get a positive pressure machine I said two words which were not (happy birthday)and immediately made an appointment at the pulmonary associates. For the first time doctor Gutierrez who took a complete history and physical. He then said that he read my lab and reports. He noticed that I didn’t have a chest X-ray in over three years and I never had any pulmeonary function test. He explained that I did not have sleep apnea but because of the demyelination I had trouble breathing. But the IVGG did it’s trick. I believe that if you have any problems with breathing good thing to go to pulmonary associates.🍉I must compliment the nurse and the receptionist at her professionalism. They made me feel better and treated me with respect and dignity which I never received from the original. Z

I have called with some questions regarding my insurance plan and the receptionist was so rude and shot temperedBecause they did not except my insurance. If this is how you allow your phone assistance to reply to your clients you are going to have a lot of your patients pretty upset with how rude they are treated.

Pulmonary Associates at 15340 Jog Road Delray Beach, FL. I suggest that they replace the older woman at the front office. This woman who answered my call twice today doesnt belong in a doctors office. Tried to the best of my ability to explain why I needed to come in (left lung) sarcoidosis and found blood on my pillow 3 times this week.She hung up on me because I accidentally said the name of the wrong Doctor. Nobody here by that name then she hung up instantly without letting me explain or letting me utter a word. I called back to explain and she gave me a hard time for reasons unknown and she said I should go to my regular doctor. Question, does she have a medical degree? Can you believe this? If the Doctors cant realize who works for them then they must be truly truly blind or at least incompetent. Im a three tour Military Police Vietnam era Veteran who can recognize crazy when I hear it. My experience with Dr. Baron is very positive. He is a knowledgeable, kind and a thorough Doctor. With that being said, His front office has been a nightmare.they have been rude from my first appointment and subsequent phone calls. They even hung up on another of my Doctors office who was looking for information concerning my health.It has come to a point that I will probably have to change Doctors, which I dont want to do because of the way I have been treated by the front office.I want to reiterate that this review in no way is directed at Dr. Baron!Chris Maher
