Overall a very wonderful and professional office. From the staff to the doctor. I was weary looking for a new doctor office. I’m very happy with my decision.

My experience with Dr.Hirth staff was delightful..the check in process was quick, and the checkout staff was very informative and pleasant with all upcoming procedure questions..I will definitely recommend this office to my family and friends..You guys are great!! Dr Hirth is a very nice person but his billing office is so mess up that you will end up dealing with such a problem that’s not worth it. I’m still waiting on a refund (or at least a call back) from them on overcharges they charged me. Very unprofessional

I can’t deal with an office where the billing manager is extremely rude, won’t return calls and/or messages and is not even certified to do the job she is suppose to do. Dr Hirth could be the best doctor in the world but I would never go back after dealing with people like that

They Cancelled my appointed 24 hs before because they got confused with my insurances. I explained to them but didn’t believe what I said. I had to delay all my appointments for more than a month (I had to get a new pcp & referral approved)On the day of my 1st appt they said the insurance were “wrong” entered (as I said on the beginning & I didn’t need referral). Their billing company is a disaster, they charge you the wrong procedures and nobody picks up the phone and answer your billing questions

CLARIFICATION: NOT YET A PATIENT.I ended up being discharged from the emergency room and referred to [a different practice than this one] , which refused to let me schedule an appointment within two weeks notice because I had previously seen another doctor at that practice.Mikaila helped schedule an appointment for me within a few days from now after hours of calling around to different practices. She was incredibly emapthetic, understanding, and human in how she handled my issue, and Im looking forward to seeing if thats the attitude that prevails here!

Dr.Hirth and his staff are top notch! He is caring for my 83 yr old mother who was dealing with chronic diarrhea. We tried everything then her primary referred us to Dr. Hirth. They ran some test and found she had ulcers and a hernia but neither of these things were the cause of the diarrhea. It was so bad that she did not want to leave the house. After sending out some cultures to the lab it came back that she has a very bad parasite infection. Finally we had the answer and a treatment plan.His office is run like a well oiled machine! if your appointment is at 9a your seen at 9a. The offce staff is friendly and efficent. All questions answered and they actually do what they say they will. I have lived in SO FL for 25yrs. I have never had such a positive experience with a doctor and office as I have had with Dr. Hirth.

Went in for an endoscopy, ended up in the e r with Pneumonitis from aspiration that night after coughing blood from the procedure. Did not enjoy my time, do not recommend.

I felt so safe with Dr. Hirth because of his knowledge, understanding bedside manner and his amazing background, especially when facing some big medical issues.

For several weeks I was experiencing a significant amount of pain on the right side of my abdomen. The pain I experienced reached a critical level leading me to seek advice from my internist. Lucky for me he referred me to Dr. Hirth. Dr. Hirth promptly conducted a physical exam and diagnosed the issue as diverticulitis. In order to verify his diagnosis he ordered a stool study which verified the diagnosis. After discussing the changes that I must make to my diet he brought in his nutritionist to thoroughly discuss dietary options for my future. I was astounded by the thoroughness and skill Dr. Hirth and his staff exhibited. I highly recommend his services!
