After seeing for specialist an ear nose and throat and plastic surgeon for a cyst in my neck that continued regrow I finally found the best doctor that took interest in taking a step further and finding a problem. I highly recommend that anybody that has any issues with her ear, nose, throat and or any plastic surgery please make your appointment with Dr. Parnes. I wish I could give an INFINITY amount of stars!!!! My entire life I have suffered with sinus issues. Pressure headaches, non-stop congestion, stuffy nose, etc… you name it…I had it. It wasn’t until I saw Dr. Parnes that I actually received hope that I didn’t have to be in pain. On my first visit, he laid a plan out and said within in 24 hours…I’d feel relief. He was right on point! I have never felt so GREAT! Not only is Dr. Parnes an amazing physician, his staff is attentive, thoughtful and reliable.

My husband had his first visit today. Not only did he answer all his questions. I saw Dr. Parnes for a persistent cough he knew what to do to get a diagnosis. There were 2 tests he ran in his office. It was made easier for me because Dr. Parnes explained everything he was going to do. Knowing what to expect really helped me.The staff there is very professional. The reason I didnt give a 5 star in the review is because my cough came back after my follow up appointment with him he had given me antibiotics and cough syrup. When the cough became worse I called to find out if he wanted to see me or if he wanted me to go to my internet. Never did I receive any word from his office. So I will go to my 5 star internist.

Uncaring staff! I had an appointment and they said they tried to call me to tell me the doctor had to be in surgery so I had to reschedule. They did try to call but never left a message. They say they did. If the staff was a little bit nice about it I wouldn’t have mind but this girl showed no remorse.

I had an appointment with Dr. Milo Bastianelli today and he was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind. he answered all my questions and provided some great recommendations. Would highly recommend him.

Dr. Parnes is absolutely the best professional!! can’t believe it took me years to find him. I’ve seen many ENT doctors in my life since I was a child and I knew from our initial meeting that he is the right person and I can fully trust him . We scheduled sinus surgery right away since I had a very bad case , 1 week later and I am almost fully recovered and breathing like I never did before . Dr. Parnes and his staff are incredible! They’re kind, friendly, caring, accommodating and respectful. The office is immaculate and BEAUTIFUL! (You’ll feel like you’re in a spa) Dr. Parnes is an incredible physician. He is so much more than a surgical ENT, he is my Primary Care doctor. He has always been spot on with every diagnosis and never, EVER recommends unnecessary labs or testing. When I think I have a sinus or ear infection, he respectfully tells me it’s only allergies... which I appreciate because he doesn’t prescribe anything unnecessarily.I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Parnes as a physician. You seriously need to get a new billing company. Your medical service is great. However 2 of 3 visits have been inappropriately billed. First by not getting pre approval and second by not submitting under the right name It sucks that I have to spend so much time fixing your mistakes. This goes back from Sept 2018. Im about ready to file a formal complaint. This is now insurance fraud. Fire your billing company... Please.

Dr. Parnes is the best ENT I have seen since relocating to Florida. Several years ago, I kept on developing annual ear infections that required antibiotic treatments. They would not clear up. Dr. Parnes cured my problem by ordering lab tests, identifying the problem, and treating me with the correct medication. None of the other doctors ordered lab tests to develop cultures to identify the infection that was growing in my middle ear. He now sees me annually for ENT and allergy issues which seem problematic for many due to high Florida humidity. He quite simply is the best around. I do not find his staff or availability an issue. He also treats my mother who wears hearing aides and has sinus issues. He is friendly and has a great manner and is highly recommended.

After getting run around from dental specialists found the Dr. and his staff great after two wks of pain. He was through, compassionate, explained my whole problem to me. He gave me options and relieved my pain. Hes a keeper!

Dr. Parnes is amazing, he is very knowledgeable in many medical areas not just ENT. He was and is the only doctor that did something when everyone didnt know what to do and did not care that I was suffering. This doctor literally saved my life, he listens, I mean really listens and is very honest. He kept calling other doctors to get me in to see them sooner and to stress how severe and urgent my condition was. He is sympathetic, kind and has no problem explaining things like blood work or why certain tests need to be run which he would do - even if it was not related to ENT business. Amazing A++ and his office staff is amazing especially Randy who is always there for you. This place treats patients like people, not numbers.

Unbelievably greedy! Left a vague voicemail @5pm on a Friday afternoon when my daughters appointment was on a Monday she took off work to go there. She has a serious problem with her vocal chords, shes a singer and they absolutely refused to see her because they wanted a huge amount for the deductible and refused to make any payment arrangements.

Dr. Parnes performed my balloon Sinoplasty last week, and had been treating me previously for repeated sinus infections. He was very patient , informative and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He and his office staff were readily available over the phone for any questions pre-and post op, even after hours, answering a few questions post op within minutes. I am thankful that I am finally starting to breath easier and would recommend him to anyone in search of a good ENT.

UPDATE: i finally got my medical records picked them up and while i was there i asked to make an appt because a lot of the info on the medical records was false and i didn’t understand a lot of the info he had added in there and since he operated on me he’s the one who should explain detail by detail to me what he did and what went wrong. He wrote i never complained of discomfort which i did every single time i went in, (I’m not sure if he’s trying to save himself) They said they would call me back with an appointment date, i got a call back today 1/29 saying he will not be able to see me because i wrote a bad review and I’m clearly not happy with him. I told them “obviously I’m not happy with him and he won’t be touching my nose anymore but the least he can do is explain to me all the gibberish on the medical records and all the info he lied about on the medical records.” They refuses to give me the appt. This guy is such a coward he won’t even give me the time of day to sit with him. This is the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever been to, this doctor will mess up your face and not even give u the time of day. He knows what he did was wrong and now won’t even show face. Whoever does go to him. GOOOOOD LUCK !!!!Horrible !!!! The doctor is a liar and has all his staff lie for him. He completely botched my nose which i don’t even know how because it wasn’t even a cosmetic surgery. He was just supposed to help my sinuses and help my breathing. He did nothing and left my nose a complete mess with a huge bone/cartilage sticking out of it. He took pictures before the surgery, then when i asked for them he claimed the computer drive was down and when it worked he would get back to me, it’s been monthssssss and now his staff are saying they didn’t take any pics.3 minutes agoVery unprofessional. I went to get my nose fixed by him. They took before pictures, when i woke up from surgery there was something very noticeable sticking out from my nose. When i came for my check up he told me i needed to massage that piece of my nose daily, i did. He said it was just cartilage that needed to be massaged, a month went by and my nose was getting worse and worse. He had me come into the office and shoved a file up my nose (while i was awake) and tried to file the “cartilage” he had messed up. In the course of two years i went back and did the same in office procedure, (filing down my nose while AWAKE) he basically lied to me and told me after a few times of the filing that it would disappear. The last time i visited his office i almost fainted, which is when i said enough is enough. I asked for all of my medical records and was very specific about getting my before pictures back. When i went back to pick up my records he told me his computer drive was down and couldn’t get the pictures. I waited for about a year for these pics. I called back this week and they tell me they never took before pictures. Please please please do not go there for any surgeries! My surgery wasn’t even a cosmetic surgery and he changed my whole nose around and now is saying he doesn’t have any pictures. Mind you the last time i went to get the in office procedure that he said would help he had a lawyer with him because he knew he had messed up.That’s the same review i left at his other office that goes more into detail. Please don’t let this man touch your face !!

So disappointed ...Had an examination by doctor paid $350...tinnitus/ hearing loss... 90 days later had an issue with my ear... Doctor refused to speak with me, told me to schedule an appointment or go see a Emergency clinic...I was traveling...My specialist ENT doctor!!!..did I say he refused to speak with me!My internest took my call and told me what to do...I picked up my medical records from Dr Parnes office... ill go out and find a doctor that cares about his patients ...GJS DELRAY BEACH, FL

He gets -0, could not post unless I did one star so BEWARE I needed corrective plastic surgery repair AFTER todd Parnes, Delray Beach FL botched the plastic surgery he performed on me by cutting the muscle in the lower lid of my left eye. I was disfigured by him. Pictures on request.

His office demanded $350 upfront for first visit although theyre in my Insurance Company network and the co-pay is $60
