I have been going to Dr Barish for many years. He is knowledgeable, very thorough and an overall nice guy. His office staff are pleasant and also efficient. I always get a thorough eye exam by the technicians also. I also get my glasses there but there is never any pressure to but them from their place

I received the most comprehensive eye exam ever! Dr Barish was wonderful and office staff are wonderful. Everyone in the office, from front desk to technicians, were friendly and caring.

Very clean staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly very professional but takes the time to make you feel important not just another patient as many drs do .

Dr. Pearlman is very thorough and uses the latest technology to perform complex eye diagnostic measurements. He takes the time to fully explain things to patients. The supporting staff is well trained and appointments are generally on time. Office staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is all based on my personal experience. Dr. Pearlman is the best. Excellent bedside manners. He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about all of his patience. Excellent surgeon. By the way, he has a great sense of humor! He makes eye surgery a less emotional ride! The staff is very professional, respectful and friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Too bad I cant give ZERO stars! I wish that I was able to review Dr. Barish, but I never got the chance to meet him. I arrived and signed in at 10:30am for my 10:40 appointment. After 15 minutes of no attention, I went up to the desk to request New Patient paperwork. When I handed it to them around 10:50am, I was told that the average time in the office was 1.5-2 hours. I was called to the desk at around 12:00pm, at which time someone had FINALLY read my paperwork and realized that I was not only there for an eye exam, but a contact lens fitting. I was told that they only have an optometrist in office to do the lens fitting once a week. Since I had told the appointment taker what my needs were, AND I had written it down on my paperwork, I would have expected someone in the front office to notice this before I spent so much time in the waiting room. Completely disorganized and mismanaged. I will never attempt to enter that office again. Wasted my entire morning.

Office staff does not know what they’re doing and overcharge. They have a long waiting time and only seem to give extra care to certain patients. I would not recommend.

I have sight in only one eye and after our catarat consultation i am sure that he helped me choose the best option for my sensitive situation. He was also very kind, in an emergency, to treat one of my family members that was not his patient.

I have been a patient with Dr Wallshein at Palm Beach Eye for many years, he has been treating me for dry eye syndrome. The office is run very efficiently, and professionally. Occasionally very busy, but they do eventually get around to getting all the patients in.I had dry eye testing done today by Alis--very professional and explained what she was doing thoroughly.I have always been pleased with the professionalism of Dr Wallshein and his treatment of me and will answer questions and give me his honest opinion in my care.Stephanie was very nice when checking me out and making my next appointment---explained about the best days and time to make my appointment so I would not have to wait as long and explained why this does sometimes happens--- very friendly and I appreciated the truthfulness.I recommend this group when asked by people I know. They were very professional yet made the process feel very quick and painless.

I started with this physician about 10 years ago. I was recommended by my primary care physician who used him. I also have about 40 other friends that use Dr. Wallshein. He performed cataract surgery on many of them. He also performed lid surgery on several. Dr. Wallshein is very caring and very ethical. We all love going to his practice and hes a good doctor. My vision after cataract surgery is 20/20 without glasses. I had no pain or discomfort from it. All of my friends had great outcomes as well. I had lid surgery with him as well and my lids look fantastic. Prior to surgery explained that I may get black and blue for up to 4 weeks. The usual is 2 weeks. I had it for about 10 days and a little swelling. I also was told that small scars could form around the sutures but I didnt get any. My friend had a few and were removed easily. Botox was explained helps keep the lids looking great for a much longer time than just the lids surgery itself. Hes completely right. Anyone that hasnt had the Botox looks like theyre the same a year later. Mine has been excellent for much longer. I read a review that was negative on here about lid surgery. The person is clueless. All you need to do is call the good doctor and hell take care of everything. The office can get busy. Well thats because everyone wants to go to him. All the doctors in the area do and they send everyone.

Horrible over booked office, rushed doctors, rude nasty staff in billing and behind desk make this place a must to avoid. If you want to leave feeling worse than you came then by all means patronize this place, never again for myself!

Ive been going to Palm Beach Eye Center in Lake Worth for 10 years. My physician is Dr. Wallshein. The first exam was about 10 years ago when I called the office for an emergency. He came to the office right away and saw me for my issue. I had an infection in the eye and he treated it with antibiotics. It went away fast. He gave me his cell phone number to call if there was a problem and I had a follow up exam scheduled. On other visits I had been seen by him for cataract surgery and had both eyes done. My vision is spectacular and I can drive and read without any glasses. Since the beginning all of my family sees him. I have also recommended all of my friends and about 20 have all had amazing experiences in his office. Between all of my friends we have been to almost every eye doctor in Lake Worth, Delray, Boynton and Wellington areas. Everyone is most impressed with Dr. Wallshein. On occasion we have had to wait a little longer than Id like but when hes in the room he gives you all the time you need and always ask is there any other issues. One time, my husband had another issue. He said he was having difficult with his balance and seeing as well. Dr. Wallshein stopped what he was doing, ordered a bunch of tests, and a few in the office. My husband ended up having a serious condition that everyone else missed. We Love Dr. Wallshein. The best.

Rude old lady who worked in the corner to the left was combative, very rude and judgemental. Does not care about new patients, I feel she discriminated against me. Worst experience at an eye doctor ever!

I do not recommend it they charge in advance they told me that 70 dollars for an exam that did not cover insurance and what they did was an exam for glasses I had taken the exam 4 months ago and I had new glasses I told them total I made an unnecessary expense no I return to the site more and I asked for change I do not recommend it at all, not good office delray fl
