Worst experience. The dentist is older and cant tell the difference between the shades of color. Put in a different color bridge that was no where near the floor of my teeth.

Dr. Warner is amazing! He is always detailed and informative. This is why I am giving 5 stars. Miss Harriet on the other hand rude, attitude, and very unprofessional. I have never encountered an employee go back and forth with a customer the way that she did, about not doing her job.

Great dentist but unfortunately his wife (the receptionist) is ruining his business. Very rude, unprofessional, talks to you any kind of way. Ive never been so offended in my life! GOD forbid you have an emergency, anything from a flat tire, change in work schedule or death in the family and you politely ask to reschedule, she will give you a very hard time. Like the other review mentioned, theyre very personal, which is weird because were in a huge city with millions of people. She will send you a invoice in the mail for $55.00 if you have to reschedule.

Dr. Warner and staff took great care of me. He even called me personally the next day to make sure I was well.

Ms. Harrett was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I called to inquire about a bill I received stating I had a balance. After back and forth and back she finally concluded the error was theirs and I did not have a balance. Ms. Harrett never once said I apologize. It was just too much back and forth and attitude. If I could have given a half a star I would. Professional training is needed. Please can someone provide this training.

FLORA is very unprofessional. She hung up in my face because she made a scheduling error. I did initially feel comfortable here, however, HER attitude sucks! She takes her business too personal, always talking over you and running her mouth. Im so very DISGUSTED.
