I am so pleased with the service I received from Dr. Wells and her staff. I was in desperate need of dental care. I reached out to Bryant Dental they worked me in to their schedule that day. I was in extreme pain with an awful toothache. They treated me that same day! Dr. Wells was wonderful, very caring. She explained very step she was taking while she was treating me. I so appreciate Dr. Wells and all the staff at Bryant Dental! I will be telling everyone about the caring dental services that Bryant Dental offer. I was really nervous about changing dentists. We just moved to this area. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. The office help were very professional and got me in quick, I had a tooth that was bothering me. Paula and Dr Wells were great. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Took me a while to find a new dentist with my insurance network changes. Well, good things come to those who wait.The receptionist was very nice and business smart.The hygenist and doctor were both very pleasant, cordial and professional.Made plans to go back, I think this was a good choice for a local dentist!Keep smiling!Update. Advise against going to a medical facility where they dont take precautions with covid. Ridiculous, not wearing masks and acting like it is an inconvenience when asking them to cover up their air holes to protect their patients. Just horrible.

Going to the dentist always makes me nervous, but my visit with Bryant Dental was very friendly and pleasant. The staff was very professional and the waiting wasnt long. The dentist and hygienist explained what needed to be done in and order of what needed be done first. The staff smile when speaking to you. They truly treat you like family. I go to the Decatur location and they are wonderful.

The office is a chain and I was ripped off by their Madison location. Teresa dutton is a rude dentist who canceled me despite the fact that we were in the middle of 2 procedures and I had already paid for an exam fee. This is gonna cost me more money out of pocket to pay for anothe offices exam fee to get treated for a cavity that is currently painful and that Bryant agreed to treat already.

I really enjoy Bryant Dental. When I began going to Bryant Dental, I was leaving a negative experience with a dentist I had been going to for years. I walked in the door and felt right at home. The dentist diagnosed something that my former dentist had not cared to treat. I also had a 2 year old who was going to the dentist for the first time. His visit was a breeze and he actually gets excited about his dental visits. Everyone is so nice and friendly and they remember the last conversation you had even six months ago. LOVE IT!!! LOVE IT!!! LOVE IT!!! I highly recommend Bryant Dental to EVERYONE.

Last dental work done was June 2017 . They still have not completed the claim to the insurance and this is now 2018. We have documents from the insurance approving this. Angela has made it a point that she is only to talk to us and we are not allowed to talk to anybody else but her. We made her aware of what insurance told us about not finishing our claim. She said its not true insurance does not know what theyre talking about and we have a balance of $110 that she cannot tell us why. She refuses to give us a copy of our records to the point where we had to call the dental board and they had to call and inform her that its illegal to withhold it from us. We have always paid them upfront and have never owed a balance. June right before our last dental work was completed we had a credit of $612.Because of Angela refusing to help us at all we are now in contact in working with the dental board on the situation.We have been working with them for quite a few years now and it is been very unprofessional the whole time. Every time I would call them to see what steps are next with my husbands teeth. They could never really give me an answer. There go to answer was always lets do another consultation. We overpaid them over $600 and Ive been trying to get our money back for several months now. Now they wont even return my phone calls.Now they are conveniently saying that we owe them $150 but cannot explain why. At this point I am ready to take legal action!!

I have been a patient at Bryant Dental for many years. The dentists are very good and are willing to work with your insurance if there is a problem, the hygenists are the best in town and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They go the extra mile to make sure you feel at home. As far as Im concerned, you cant find a better place for all your dental needs!

Have been several times, and I feel the service has been fine. Its the aftermath that has lead to a one star.I was alerted from my credit monitoring app that I had a new collections account on file. My credit score has dropped and it is due to being sent to collections over a bogus $50 charge from Bryant Dental.I have never received one phone call, text, email, or regular mail communication from Bryant Dental, and havent been there in almost a year.This charge suddenly shows up and no one can tell me the reason for the charge.Awful practice, and I will deter anyone I come in contact with to stay away from this business.

I absolutely love Bryant dental. The staff is very friendly and make you feel as comfortable as they can! I had a feeling done on a front tooth and you can hardly notice it there. I definitely recommend Bryant Dental for you dental needs!

I was referred to Bryant Dental by my sister. Since joining the Bryant Dental family I have had a root canal, ceramic crown, and an upcoming dental cleaning (which I am super excited about). I would give zero stars if l could. I went in to get a filling for 180 $ . They took my money upfront but wouldnt fill the tooth or refund my money. So Im out 180 & still need a filling. They also wanted to remove a wisdom tooth for 210$ . l had to convince them there was no wisdom tooth there , l know because l was present when all four were extracted at age 13...Angela told me its her discretion if l get my money back. She said shes been out of the country so shes backed up & cant file my return.. Im disabled on a fixed income & shes stealing from me.. Thats a sick thing to do....I opened a case against bryant dental about what happened & l just received an email stating Angela said l was violent & threw a temper tantrum. Ok thats just stupid to say . Thats everyones go to reason for their actions. Angelas telling lies about me while leaving out what she said to meIts up to her discretion if or when l get that money back then she had a little laugh. She didnt mention that or the fact she argued with me about pulling a wisdom tooth, a tooth l had pulled at age 13. Im over 40 now .l know that tooth is gone.. This is a he said she said stupid war that is just wrong for a business to continue. The fact is she said what she said & l dont care if anyone believes me or not. I dont care if they believe Angela or not. God knows what happened & alls l want now is alls l wanted from the beginning which is my 181.50 returned to me.. She said its been mailed however alls Ive received as of today , march 28th. is a certified letter to stay away from them like Im a violent hateful man. So l cant even get my x-rays because l have to sign for them.. Im not a nasty or violent person. Im135 lbs. & l walk with a cane from injuries to my spine. This is ridiculous to treat people like shes treating me however, the bible says you will be persecuted for living a Godly life..Well here it is April 11th. & Ive received two letters telling me not to come back, even though they had me come back in to sign for my x-rays instead of letting my girlfriend who they know get them for me , yet l still have no check. Angela said it was sent back due to wrong address. What l want to know is how do you send me two letters, one certified that say the same thing but get my address wrong when it comes time for the check? Angela did tell me it was up to her discretion if or when l got my money back..this is a professional person..? I dont think so. Im now out more money for an attorney...Well Angela called my girlfriend today & told her she had my check. Angela told her they went to lunch at 1:00 . Well when my girlfriend arrived at 12:30& they were already gone. So a second trip had to be made at 2:30 in order to get the check.. Wouldnt it just be easier& better business etiquette to return a persons money when the job paid for wasnt performed ? Everyone should understand we have laws against wrongful doing.. I feel since she couldnt keep the money she made it hard for me to get it back. She also told the better business bureau that l threw a tantrum in the office & that was the reason for the no trespassing letters.. Really, Im 44 years old with spine issues & besides they have cameras. Show the footage. Angela told my girlfriend l left happy so which story is it? Oh well Im just thankful its over & l have my money back. As for my character who cares because people can& will say say anything. Just always tell the truth & you cant go wrong.

I took my kids for a dental check up ( 3 kids) and I dont know what they did so the dental insurance didnt cover and they had the same service. So be awere about it in case that they mistakenly submit the bill to the insurance be prepared to pay close to $300.00 I talked to my insurance and they said that the dental assistant that it was on the bill was not a provider for my insurance so they where supposed to know about it but they refuse to make any changes on the bill that really sucks.

Had an abscess very painful removal, Gave no pain meds, removed me from the chair prior to removal with bib strapped on to make payment, Called the next day for something for pain and told the nurse I was taking Motrin she said that Dr. Coshatt could give me Motrin Avoid this office, Charged Three times the price of six other dentist I called, $270.00 for a simple extraction.

Gravitt isnt a people person. When Dr Bryant left, so did the experience.
