Dr. Livingston demonstrates great care and compassion for his patients and is technically outstanding as well. And his hygienist Hung is super conscientious and takes great care to minimize any potential discomfort you might experience while doing a really great job of cleaning my teeth and gums. My gums are super sensitive. Also Hung has coached me on how to better floss and care for my teeth, with very good results compared to my previous visit. And the office staff is friendly as well.

Dr. Livingston and his team are extremely professional. This is the first dental experience I’ve had where I wasn’t in extreme pain and I appreciate Dr. Livingston explaining what he’s doing as he’s doing it. They’re always able to get you in when you need an appointment and provide you with knowledgeable explanations of what you need.

I was well overdue for a dentist visit and had a lot of anxiety about some pain in my mouth. Dr Livingston and his whole team were very friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I am always satisfied after visiting Dr. Livingston office for my dental procedures. The office staff is so welcoming, and him as well as his assistant, and hygienist are so professional. I have gotten all of my wisdom removed here, a root canal/crown done that gave us both he** and also I get my cleanings done here. ALL procedures are done at a affordable price.& o yeah! The assistants even give you a follow up call to make sure you are doing well after youve gotten a procedure done, they are just so generous.

I have been with Dr. Livingston for few years and the way he operates and as well his staff, makes everyone rethink about the fear or discomfort people normally experience at the dentist office. Dr. Livingston educate the patients to prevention. He is there to make you better as well but in a way I want to keep up with my dental hygiene to make him proud. The front office is very friendly and communicative, the hygienist took time to explain all the instruments, what he saw in the X-rays, and checked in on my comfort level several times throughout the appointment, and the doctor was friendly, informative, and succient. I told them that I can’t wait to see them all again in 6 months. Highly recommend!!

A friend had gone here and told me of her great experience. I decided to give them a call. The moment I talked to Lynn, I knew this place was different. They were the only place that asked if I was in any pain. I was seen rather quickly. I was very impressed! They showed me all the x-rays and pictures that were taken. The previous dentist I went to did not show my anything, talked down to me and wanted to refer me to have expensive tests and procedures done. Everything was explained and very thoroughly. I felt very comfortable and cared for while in there. I was not talked down to. I highly recommend Dr. Livingston! He and his staff are so nice and helpful.

I recently had dental work done at Dental Care Center of Decatur and it was the best experience I EVER had in a dentist office..seriously!! From the time I walked through the doors, I knew I was going to like this place! I was not disappointed. The staff was AMAZING!! Caring, reassuring, very knowledgeable, and professional. Two things in particular stood out to me. 1) I had chills so I was offered a blanket to keep me warm during my surgery. That has NEVER happened before!! 2) When my tooth was extracted, I didnt even know it because it was quick and, there was NO PAIN!! I had a cracked crown. I was able to set an appointment that worked for me. The staff were friendly and followed co-vid guidelines. The dental assistant took pictures and made a mold of the tooth with the damaged crown. Dr. Livingston saw me soon after. We decided that the best course of action was to put on a temporary crown and come back in about two weeks for the permanent crown. My mouth was numbed and the cracked crown was replaced with the temporary one. The procedure was relatively painless and professionally performed. Instructions for the care of the temorary were given. In a just about an hour total, I was walking out the door. They even called to check on me the following day. Great job!

I called for an emergency extraction that was really painful and they got me in that day. Every person I interacted with was nothing short of friendly and helpful, I had my charges explained in detail before I signed off, and the doctor and assistant were so quick while still making sure I was comfortable!

I have to say that my visit today was one of the best visits Ive ever had to a dentists office. I arrived about 30-40 minutes early for my appointment and they were able to see me early which was nice. I was met at the door by a nurse with a thermometer and hand sanitizer. I received a lot of very useful information and very thorough patient teaching was done. Ive never had a dentists office take so much time with patient teaching, that was awesome. I had my x-rays, exam and cleaning all done within an hour. Im a medical professional and I love to see when offices have their process organized and running effeciently. Everyone was super pleasant. I have already scheduled my next appointment and have recommended my daughter to schedule her appointment as well. Thank you for your professionalism.

The entire staff is remarkably friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and overall excellent. My intitial procedure was scheduled for 2 hours and was completed in 1. My healing process was swift and less than a week. Pain was so minimal (1-barely pushing 2 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being unbearable) I didnt even need to fill provided prescriptions.

It isnt often that I describe my dental visits as pleasant, but Dr. Livingston and his staff make dental visits worth looking forward to. They are professional, competent, comprehensive in their care and very friendly. Always a pleasure.

I had two fillings and a wisdom tooth extraction on Friday (7/31/2020). This is the first procedure Dr. Livingston had performed other than checks and cleaning.Would rate the practice and him 5 stars or whatever is the highest rating. I do not like going to the Dentist at all. Dr Livingston made it as pleasant as possible . Due to it being a Friday appt , he game a cell number and advised me to call should there be any issues. Which there were not. I reside in Gwinnett county and had thought about seeking a Dentist closer to my residence. Due to the great care will remain withDental Care of Decatur.Would recommend this practice.

Look. No one in their right mind is going to enjoy a root canal, let alone two in one day. Dr. Livingston explained the options and why it really needed to be done. Everyone made sure that I was comfortable and understood what was going on as the procedure progressed. While there was some expected discomfort the day of the procedure, the day after was virtually pain free. Highly recommend Dr. Livingston and entire staff if you are in need of dental care.

Dr. Livingston is a FANTASTIC dentist. I did not know you could have a novocain injection and not feel it. Dr. Livington does that. I had a complicated problem with a root canal and 3 crowns. Dr. Livingston and his assistant, Shondra, worked like a fine tuned machine. They explained everything and I felt very safe through the entire procedure. I recommend Dr. Livingston highly.SECOND TREATMENTI just had a tooth pulled and a crown put in on the same visit. Dr. Livingston was so smooth that at the end of the visit I asked when the tooth removal was going to get started and I was told he already removed it. No kidding. 20 minutes in the chair and he was done without any pain. Hes the King of Zen dentistry. I have not found a better dentist in my entire life of seeing dentists.

Dr. Livingston has been fantastic for our two children. Our daughter has required several procedures beyond routine maintenance, and she has always come out of these appointments her happy, usual self. I attribute this to Dr. Livingston’s skill, as well as his easy-going, comfortable manner. I was terrified of getting my wisdom teeth removed. The staff made me feel much better about the entire process throughout the consultation- which was much lower priced than most places. The pricing for the extractions was the cheapest i have found. They got me in the day after my consultation and the entire process took less than an hour. It was a quick and smooth process- i had been terrified of extractions and was amazed at how easy it was. I will be telling my friends and coming back for sure.
