Very comfortable an outstanding service

Both my children and I receive excellent service here at the cosmetic and family dentistry office located on Candler Road.The workers and staff there are very polite and welcoming from time of appointment upon finish.They answer all question and concerns have,As a customer I am please with how fast they see you in and out.There has never been a long wait period from my experience. I recommend this location to those who are searching for a fabulous clean smile.Thanks to Dr. Jeter Terrance, my two teens are provide with a perfect smile every visit.

The staff is wonderful from calling for an appointment, to check in, to service. Im never waiting long as all of my appointments begin on time. I noticed some new equipment today which tells me that theyre on top of the technological advances in dentistry. This is another plus for me as I was able to see in a regular picture what my teeth and gums look like after missing a full year of check ups. I was given extremely thorough and clear explanations of what was being done during my cleaning and how to proceed between checkups. I would recommend this office to my friends and family.

I am always greeted with a smile and in a warm friendly manner. Dr. Jeter and his staff are pleasant, friendly and professional. Everyone takes the time to answer any questions or concerns that one may have. As a person that does not take pain well he always handles me with kid gloves. I am a happy loyal patient.

My experience was better than it’s ever been with their upgraded equipment and procedures. My x-rays were easier and my deep cleaning was completed without receiving uncomfortable shots in my gums. My mouth felt normal after the procedure was completed.

I havent seen a Dentist in 15+ years. Bad past 😰experiences!!!.. But this is my 3rd visit with Dr. Jeter & Associates....I have learn to trust, relax and not to fear the Dentist anymore and Love 😊 every visit. The staff is so professional and proficient and Ms. Nikki totally on point 😊. Dr. Jeter has this awesome technique he uses to numb and relax the gums.. I shopped around for a family Dentist in Decatur and this was the 3rd timed..Charmed. I highly recommend this awesome experience with Dr. Jeter & Associates.. Yes the office is a little dated however the people are awesome. I got lost, was late for my appointment and didn’t realize I didn’t have my license until I was checking in. In spite of all of that, the front office staff was extremely friendly. Tiffany examined my teeth and gave me the deep cleaning of my life. I anticipated a lot of issues and pain as I was overdue for a cleaning. Tiffany was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout my entire experience. So happy to find a dental office close to home.

I have had my teeth cleaned here for a few years. Everyone has always been diligent in caring for my teeth. I appreciate that. Knowing my teeth are cared for is a priority. They do that.

This practice is well staffed and very professional. This was my first visit and I am very impressed. I recommend this office strongly.

What I can say about cosmetic and family Dentistry is that, they have a great team I have been going there for quiet sometimes. When you have an appointment they would remind you or send a card in the mail , text and call to make sure you don’t forget and great price if you are a Delta airlines employee I believe they work with most insurance but, I’m a Delta employee so I speak for my self.children also welcome so far so good I recommend that place to anyone who are looking for a family dentistry.

I had a bad experience with the dentist office.I was told my child needed a root canal and the information would be sent to insurance company.. A few weeks went by I contacted the office and was told the information had to be sent again, and I waited weeks again and it was still a problem with the information being sent. I called the office several times to speak with the dentist to discuss this matter. I never received a called back.
