My first dental experience that was totally painless. I was mostly impressed with Dr. Drake and his eagerness to answer any questions I asked and explained in great detail that even I could understand. Everyone that I encountered was very professional and courteous beyond my expectations from experiences elsewhere. Even though I was a new patient, they made accommodations to schedule me in to relieve the pain I was experiencing. Great staff and facilities. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking dental work.

I’ve been using this dental practice for about five years. They have been consistently family friendly, courteous, helpful and never once even hinted at any unnecessary procedures. They are up front about cost and are very patient when explaining what insurance will cover. Once you realize that you need a dentist, and dental insurance, but that dental isn’t “medically necessary “ according to the medical insurance community, this is the dentist you need. Also, they make excellent referrals based on your insurance too. It’s absolutely full service. Apparently they hire based on a set standard because the entire staff interacts with the same level of care at all times. Absolutely top quality service and customer care.

As always, very pleasant and painless cleaning. Been going there for many years and always have had good service,friendly staff as well.

I am always satisfied with my visits to Dr. Drake’s office. Rena and Robbie are so kind to me and Rena insists that any problem I have can be fixed and she works hard to fix it. I just wish Dr. Alley in Huntsville had recognized that I had an infection, so that I would not have paid a fortune for a root canal that I didn’t need and endured a year of suffering and now have to pay thousands more for implants.

They were very professional, did a good job and I am very pleased!

Professional in every way, Dr Drake and his staff go far beyond the normal level of service for their patients. I had an implant done in another state in 1993. Dr Drake researched and unceasingly worked to discover the make, type, and manufacturer of the appliance, not and easy task considering that the surgeon who did the implant has since passed away and the location of any records is unknown. I highly recommend them for any dental need, their integrity is of the highest standard.

Walked in to see about establishing a dental provider and was completely ignored at the counter and there were three ladies working (though the principle one was with a client). So I stood there with not even a nod of acknowledgement. A few minutes later, a woman walks in the front door, goes to the counter, and WHILE I WAS STILL STANDING THERE, one of the three ladies says to her, May I help you? The woman, to her credit, said, I think he was here first.This review is not completely fair because I never received any treatment (nor will I) but it is my experience none the less. I was referred to these dentists so Im convinced the services are first rate but you wouldnt know it by the front counter staff.

Dr. Drake is a fabulous dentist! Not only is he extremely professional, caring and welcoming....he is Honest! If he can help you he will but if its something he cant do, like major oral surgery, he is right up front about it. Wont waste your time or money! He and his staff are wonderful!
