So I went to another dentist because I was not pleased with the work and how unethical this Dentist is. I found out she was making things up and said I needed all of these fillings etc .. I go to a new dentist and they said I don’t have any cavities and did nothing need any fillings just a simple cleaning like I tried to get at Dr.Jones Office. I am so disappointed , I thought I could trust Dr.Jones.

Prompt, personalable, and professional. I love that my appointment started exactly on time even with the extra COVID precautions. The staff was very friendly and informative. And I know about my insurance plan but they took the initiative to remind me of my deductible, copay, and whats included. The dental assistant constantly checked to see if I was comfortable when she took my xrays and the dentist was good at building rapport while getting my cleaning. My experience was perfect from start to finish. I was very impressed.

The office staff is awesome, they are always professional and very friendly. I love Dr. Jones, she gets to know her patients to better serve them and explains in detail what needs to be done and works with you.I would refer anyone to her practice, the atmosphere puts you at ease.

My husband went for a consultation. She said need 2 teeth remove. She could only remove one she is bootleg. Terrible experience. Shes a liar. So sorry we went.

They simply want your money. They do not take fault for mistakes they make. Always check you insurance invoices because they throw extra charges that your insurance wont cover. I abruptly stopped attending their practice after I felt like they were always pressuring me to get crows on my teeth instead of fillings.

Spa Dental is professional, helpful, and a great experience! They gave me suggestions on preventative care and improved my situation dramatically. I wish I had found them years ago.

Had a great experiance at spa dental the other day.. My front tooth was chipped and with in a day notice i was asked when was the earlies i could come in according to my schedule. The receptions TC was very compassionated and schedule righ away.After i reported to the office. Upond my arrival the hygienists escorted me back to start on my procedure.Great Job spa Dental!
