I came in late at night because I sliced my thumb open and I got the wonderful opportunity of meeting Dr. Tran and having him stich me up. He was so gentle and patient with me. He is also just a down to earth, good guy. Wonderful staff overall. Saw me quickly and go me out quick too! Thanks!

My visit to Frontline Lakewood was hands down the best experience I have ever had in a stand-alone ER. Dr. Tran and his team were professional, compassionate and swung into action immediately. Great care! The staff was awesome. They got me in and out with no issues even though they were busy. Smoothest and quickest ER visit I’ve ever had. And unfortunately I’ve had a few. Sara and Renee took care of me and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend if you find yourself in need of an ER visit.

This ER has saved my life 3 times, this isn’t an exaggeration. They give the best attention, have incredibly dedicated staff as well as extra machines to do scans that you’d typically have to go to a hospital for. My family is forever grateful for the care we’ve received here.

The medical staff here turned my traumatic emergency situation into a not so bad one. I had to come in for a deep cut on my finger that unfortunately required stitches. The woman at the front desk helped me right away, I was called in fairly quickly, and the rest of the staff was friendly as well. The doctor who attended me, Ashna, was very supportive and walked me through everything step by step. I was very appreciative of her kindness and great care!

I live about an hour south of Frontline emergency room but the day I was there was due to a level 10 migraine. Frontline emergency room Works directly with my neurologist and they were able to immediately follow her protocol and administer IV infusion therapy. I was there a total of 12 hours but when I left my pain level was 0. To me that was worth the drive. The staff was professional and friendly and the facilities were super clean and very comfortable.

No wait, fast paperwork, got seen by a friendly PA who stitched me up, 2 nurses and a doctor. In and out in 45 minutes. Sent home with detailed instructions and copies of all signed paperwork in an organized folder. Highly recommend!

I choose this clinic based on the good reviews and I am highly satisfied. Starting with Caroline the front desk receptionist was very nice and patient. Our physician Aashna was not only kind but knowledgeable and caring. It’s worth the drive the entire staff is amazing.

Aashna was so helpful and she LISTENED, which isnt always the case in ER visits. She was kind and informative. Also Phillip and Caroline were very welcoming and made me feel safe and not as scared about taking the test. Phillip was very gentle.

At 75 years young I had my first “stitches”! Everyone was so professional , nice and considerate. I was very happy I came to this freestanding Emergency! It was equipped with everything they need and the Doctor was top notch!

Just called, for those who don’t have insurance, they start at 300$ then whatever is needed to be done after the assessment the bill goes up from there. Yes you do have to pay it all up front before they will do anything for you. Proceed with caution is all.Suggestion for company- The services that are listed on the website should have a fee next to it so when people call about something that falls in the category of said service, there is a clear cut price. Price transparency always wins. Starting at a 300$ price and then going up from there seems a bit steep and unrealistic.

I went in to Frontline yesterday afternoon with a severe migraine. I have never been treated so well before. What a great group of people that was working on the afternoon of August 18th 2021. I hope somebody sees this and will let them know.

We visited Frontline ER on Gaston 3 times over 4 month period to have COVID-19 tests required for various reasons. My adult special needs son was tested twice - in October and January. We were fortunate to have the same service provider both visits (via your drive through access). Riley understood immediately that she needed to take the test in a minimally invasive yet medically effective manner to accommodate my sons limitations. She did so once and then remembered him when we returned later. Riley was professional, empathetic, knowledgeable, and efficient. Those are all traits we love to see and appreciate in clinical healthcare folks. Thanks for having staff like Riley to service our diverse community.Sharon E. Johnson

This is my 3rd time coming to Frontline ER. Everytime has been an absolutely pleasant and wonderful experience. Today Riley and Sara were very friendly and extremely professional, I felt well taken care of. The office, front and back, is very clean and neat. I live about 25 mins away from Frontline but I will make this drive for myself or my kids any day. Great way to get immediate medical attention and not have to wait. It is a plus that they take my insurance as well. I highly recommend this Frontline ER facility.

The wait here isn’t too bad and it’s great that the visit includes a consult with an actual doctor. That way if you have questions about isolation, etc, you can ask right away, right after your results come back. The whole thing took about an hour.

Great facility but very poor management(Laura) . Was hired when applied for overnight the while being in the training processed was told there was no need for overnight anymore and tried to put me on a AM shift that I wasn’t looking for . After picking up my training hours check I was shorted the training pay but it’s fine made no fuss about it but for a fact I will never apply again and will never recommend anyone .

Went in for a COVID test on December 18th. They just processed my claim over 8 months later. You want to know how much they billed my insurance??? $3,432. FOR A COVID TEST. While it may be convenient and the people working there were very nice, this place is a scam. They waited for the cares act to expire so that they could bill a much higher rate. Sad to see, but typical medical!

Aashna was amazing and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. My tech was just as great and made my experience fast and efficient. Everyone here is amazing!

So, I’ve been sick for a couple of days. I finally was able to drag myself out of bed to get tested for COVID just for a piece of mind. After researching where I could get a rapid COVID test I finally settled on Frontline Er . The PA named Aashna was wonderful. The service here was fast and the staff were super nice.

Aashna was a wonderful help today. Her bedside manner with my 3 year old was on-point, making her feel very at-ease! The magic wand that she gave my daughter at the end of the visit was the icing on the cake. Thank you, Aashna, for your professionalism and making our trip to the ER a positive experience.

When I came here last year they were very helpful. But now all they care about is money, money, money. My boyfriend went to get a rapid covid test and showed symptoms. On the website it says, “If you have Covid symptoms, we will bill your insurance for an Emergency Room Visit and will adjust your co-pay to $50.” They didn’t honor that instead they tried talking about his deductible and that they won’t use his insurance so it’ll be $300 if he wants a test. He even showed them the text message they sent him recently that offers no payment at time of service since he too visit last year. Very disappointed in this place.

Ashna and the other employees were all very friendly and helpful. I got a rapid test for COVID and another for strep throat. I appreciated that they were thorough and offered to do the strep test too.

Super easy experience, friendly staff. Aashna in particular was great. There was of course a bit of a wait but that’s to be expected. Overall, recommend for anyone needing covid-19 testing!

This is my second time here, Caroline at the front desk checked us in quickly and very little wait. Nurse Riley and Dr. Ashna were helpful and answered all of questions. What I like about this ER is that they are organized and consistent.

I came in as a walk-in for a rapid COVID test after developing a couple symptoms and leaving early from work to be on the extra safe side. Aashna was my PA and she came in after I was administered the nasal swab test by the nurse. (The last time I was administered the nasal swab test was in the first half of 2020, and this test was not nearly as bad in terms of how far up my nostrils they had to go.) She explained the process very well, as well as what to do if my test came back negative, to make sure I continue to monitor my symptoms and make sure they didn’t get worse. She also took my vitals and did a brief physical (checked breathing, looked at my throat since I had a sore throat, etc) to make sure everything looked okay. She and the other staff members were friendly and professional.

I cant say enough about this place! My parents had COVID-19 and not only did they provide quick support medically but also emotionally! I only know her by Sarah but she did the most! Frontline Er was a good experience besides the circumstances of me coming in for a fall... but since the first walking in talking to Denise (I believe ) and Caroline I was greeted checked in and got called back pretty quickly, the nurse was very blunt on time and very talkative made me forget for a bit why was coming in for.. the PA Ashna was amazing she made sure she went over what happen nothing falling through the cracks, explain the process the next steps and also bout the time frame. EVEN got a call the next day to see how I’m doing !! From the x ray tech calm me down with those scary machines very humbling voice ! Lol to and the nurse helping me find the right crutches for me to walk on! Over all a great amazing experience !!! Thank you !!

All they care about is money!!My husband was there 2 weeks ago for a covid test and we used our insurance so it was covered at 100%.I went a day later (A DAY LATER )and they were going to charge me $280.00 as an uninsurable/self pay -mind you I have insurance or said I could file the claim with my insurance for reimbursement because their rules had changed and “everything is stricter now “Today (8/15/21)my husband went to get retested to return to work and now they don’t accept my insurance so he’ll have to pay upfront but will not be able to file a claim with our insurance for reimbursement and will not be provided a receipt per whatever receptionists was working the check in desk.

These people are the absolute most helpful staff around and helped us even after we were discharged. Sarah was absolutely great and just the best.

I had a severe allergic reaction and needed immediate care, and they stepped in really professionally and quickly. Not only did they stop my reaction in its tracks, they were so compassionate and kind when I had a hard time with the ER and meds. They let me stay for a long time monitor me and made sure I was really comfortable - pillow, blankets, turned out the lights so I could sleep. It was as wonderful of an experience to the ER one could have! Thank you, Frontline ER!

I fell and had a gash on my forehead. They did a CT scan and 7 stitches. Beautiful job on the stitches, it’s healed with no noticeable scar! Also they took my Medicare, another place did not!

Medical emergencies are not fun especially on a holiday! I woke up Thanksgiving needing medical attention. Since it was a holiday, my doctor’s office and urgent cares were closed. I’m so thankful that Frontline was open. The staff was so nice and sympathetic. They handled the COVID testing and ER patients with great care. My nurse was so amazing. So grateful for the staff!

It’s hard to fully describe how wonderful our experience was tonight. Our 2 month old had a fever, and when our own pediatrician’s after hours line didn’t call back after an hour, we called Frontline. Dr. Tran answered the phone and recommended we come in and have our baby checked out. When we arrived, we were allowed to go in and get a room immediately since this was considered an emergency. Dr. Tran and his incredible staff then came in and checked out our baby and made sure everything was ok. The entire team was so kind to my wife and I. We felt so cared about and they were so wonderful with our baby. Thank you again to Dr. Tran and Frontline for such a wonderful experience!
