Went for Covid testing yesterday and had a great experience. No need to make an appointment. Just drive up and have ID and insurance card ready. They take pretty much any insurance. They have forms ready, just took 5 min to fill everything out and a 10 min wait for results. Sat in parked car while waiting. The attendant running the station was friendly and helpful and made the experience easy!

I was in a lot of pain when I arrived to this facility and was met with fast service and a very friendly day staff. The attending, Dr. Hailey, knew exactly what was hurting me and took steps to get it corrected ASAP. The nurses, Jennifer and Luckie were very personable and I appreciated both of them. I was transferred to another facility the next morning for emergency surgery. But the service doesnt stop there. Dr. Hailey called me following my release to check in on me and then their patient advocate called to check on me as well. The facility was clean and well maintained and yes I would recommend.

Everyone was friendly and did everything in a timely manner. There were no long wait times. They were thorough and recommended physicians for me being that I am new to the Dallas area. When you are able to consume food if you have to stay overnight they accommodate you. My overall experience was better than Ive ever had in any ER, here or in my hometown. The staff is great!

I contemplated what ER to go for my laceration, as I knew I needed stitches. I remember seeing ER Near Me Addison and decided to give it a try. First impression going in was wow, wasn’t your typical ER waiting room. Felt clean, and comfortable waiting area seating. The front staff was great, and very helpful.I got to see two nurses as the first nurse’s shift was about to end. Both were great, friendly and help put me at ease answering my 100 questions. They definitely made it easier for me to relax somewhat.Amaha Hailey was the DR that attended me and got me all stapled up. He was very professional and answered questions I had. What stood out the most from Amaha Hailey was the follow up call the following day to see how I was doing and check to see how laceration and staples were healing. It was perfect, because I wasn’t sure how long I should keep my wrap on, and if I should leave it covered or let it breathe.I highly recommend ER Near Me Addison

I was very impressed with the speed of care and attention to my emergency by the very calm and courteous staff and doctor. I highly recommend this facility to one and all. As a chronic pain patient being treated as person who does not hurt daily and to tell the patient you arent in enough pain to risk my license because u arent screaming and crying your drs need to try and understand chronic pain more and learn to treat it. We dont want to be in pain more than u want us to be in pain.

Came in here yesterday afternoon due to kidney issues and everyone here was caring and courteous and helped me out however I needed. The doctors were excellent as well as all the nurses and rad techs I dealt with. Very nice facility that made staying overnight not bad at all.

I’m thankful for the team that were there last night, from the front desk teammember Lucy, to the back team Stephanie and Luis. Thanks Doctor Edalur! They all did their best to make my mom feel much better. They were so patient with her, and did what they could to find out what was wrong. I wanted to take my mom to just any regular hospital er but being new to Dallas I wasn’t so sure which hospital was good around here and ER Near Me Addison was so close and convenient to me that when I read the reviews I knew this was the place. When we left there, they had a cute folder put together with all her copies of everything she got done including a disc of her ct scan, so lovely because we can now take that and follow up with her pcp. I always say Kind people make this world better!

I visited ER near me recently and I am really satisfied. Nurse Wendy and doctor Hailey helped me and provided me all the exams I need, they’re professional and kind people. Wendy also helped me a lot on language since English is not my first language. I will surely recommend this ER to my friends.

Very caring staff. I came in the sickest I had ever felt in my life and they literally nursed me back to health. They were very attentive and anytime I said I felt uncomfortable they immediately gave me medication to make me feel better. The only negative is that they are not in-network for any insurance plan. But I’d rather pay the extra out of network money for the care I received. I did not have to wait for anything. And all my needs were attended to immediately.

Love this place. The service is professional. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is clean. If there is one negative, I would say that some time would go by before you knew what your treatment plan would be after taking your test, so you sort of wondering what’s going on. But other than that, I favorable experience. For an ER center, you can’t beat it. Had I been at a hospital ER, I would still be sitting in the waiting room.

Came in after work with some left arm pain and chest pain. I was extremely nervous to say the least, but the staff that was on duty made me feel comfortable and ensured me that I was where I needed to be. Nurse V was amazing and calmed me down as my nerves were getting the best of me. Highly recommend that anyone needing to visit an ER but doesn’t really want to go to the hospital, come here they will get you take care.

I went to ER and got great care here. Everyone was nice and Dr. Edalur did good job and was very funny. Service was very fast and eveyone was waiting for me in the room

I lacerated my hand on a Saturday morning, called ERNearMe in Belt Line/ ND Tollway.They got me right in to see Dr Hailey for treatment. Very clean and nice facility, the staff is courteous and professional. Seeing Dr Hailey is a treat, like having a concierge doctor! ( I am a repeat customer, not my first time in!) I’ll certainly recommend them and keep for my first choice should the need arise!!

5 stars- I was treated very well, the nurses and doctor ensured I was feeling better prior to discharging me. They also were able to order me food via GrubHub to eat which is huge! I’ve never had an ER do that before.

Nelly GibsonI was sent to The ER near me Addison location by my eye Doctor due to a severe optical nerve inflammation. The eye Doctor Joseph George spoke with the ER near me Doctor and asked if they could do a head scan and a lumbar puncture if necessary to get to the root of the problem. The head scan come back normal. Before the spinal puncture procedure was done my husband and I asked the ER Doctor if he has done before and he replied yes” many times and it should only take 15-20 minutes. The nightmare began! One of the nurses by the name Terry was given instructions to the Doctor and the other nurse while preparing for the procedure. After maybe 30 minutes I begged them to stop told them I was in pain and dizzy, the doctor ignored my pleas and instructed the nurse to inject more anesthesia and he continue trying instructing the Nurse Terry to help me sit down to get a better feel of my spinal. Feeling worse I asked them three more times to please stop at this point I was shaking my blood pressure went to the roof and I passed out. I felt the Doctor touching my back and told him crying to stop and that I just wanted to go home he replied “are you sure” yes I’m sure please stop. The entire nightmare lasted almost an 1 hour and I was sent home on a wheelchair with no apology or explanation. All the Doctor said was that he was going to inform the eye Doctor that the procedure was unsuccessful. Left the ER crying feeling violated and in pain. I have 5 puncture wounds on my back and the pain continues after two days. Horrible experience and now I’m afraid to do it again and my eye Doctor is telling me I have to so we can find the reason of my optical nerve inflammation.

The doctor and nurse (or paramedic Im not sure but his name was Chris) that I had were truly amazing. They made me feel very cared for and helped calm me down. They went above and beyond to be kind and communicate exactly what they were doing and why. Could not recommend this place more especially if youre lucky enough to get the doctor and nurses that I did.

Very clean & safe. The staff was wonderful. They got me in immediately and treated me very well. Also, made sure I was comfortable and understood all steps along they way and treatments.

Went to get a prescription for a sinus infection because over the counter stuff wasnt working, and I couldnt sleep. 2 months later I get a bill for $640 (for the Dr.) and am told that I will have another for $600+ coming for the facility. This is after paying a $300 copay for being out of network with my insurance. If you have insurance that is out of network, avoid this place like the plague. I visited a similar place in Arlington for the same thing 3 years ago and only paid $150 without insurance, and they actually gave me a shot. ER near me Addison only wrote a prescription during my visit

This place is absolutely awesome. I was in need of medical care and received 5 start hospitality and Medicare. I wish I knew everyones names that day but I will list the ones that I remember that were apart of my great experience...Drum roll please......Dr.Hailey, (Physician) Lisa Marie (Registrar) Nurse (Wendy) Tech (Diana). These All-star associates were directly responsible for my Great experience at ERNearMe.My hope is that I stay in good health and not have to frequent this location but if I ever do... My daughter wasn’t feeling well one night so we ended up taking her to the ER. I was dreading it at first but then when we walked into ER near me I was shocked at how good this place was.They made my daughter and I feel so comfortable. Not only is the place super clean but the service there is what you would get if you stayed at a hotel. We ended up staying overnight and then my daughter had surgery the next morning at Medcity but they made the whole process of transferring her there seamless. They even arranged the ambulance for the transfer while coordinating the procedure time with the surgeon. The doctor and nurses on call were excellent. Put a nervous mother and her child at ease while taking care of everything.I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful experience especially while I going through all this. I didn’t have anything to think of other than my daughter while I was there.This happened a few weeks ago and this week we received this box of cookies from them. That was such a sweet thing for them to do.

I was scared with my symptoms when going into this ER. I had three nurses taking care of me (Sarah, a man and an additional woman). They treated me so well. They took amazing care of me as well as the doctor. Very informative and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way!

Staff was very very professional and personal. My nurse was really really really nice. I chose to come to this facility because i could not get to my primary. Mind you my nurses always have a hard time getting blood. My nurse at ER got it immediately. I’m so sorry i can’t remember the nurses name that was with me on Tuesday. She was so friendly, and even after it was time to discharge, she made time to sit and discuss the COVID-19 vaccine. She could’ve easily blew meOff, and went on about her business. DR. Ziegler was very upfront and personable. This was my first experience at an urgent care facility, and i must say it was definitely a pleasant one. THANK YOU

I tested positive for COVID and was having breathing issues. They were so attentive and very polite. They took care of me and always asked how they could make me feel more comfortable. Amazing team.

As a pregnant teen I often receive a lot of dirty looks or talked to like I don’t know what’s going on. But this ER has never done that to me, they’ve been so kind every time I visit and as a worrier I’m here quiet often. There is never any wait and they always make sure I’m comfortable. I always enjoy my experience here and will continue to use this ER anytime I need to.

My son split his forehead open on the bathtub last night. ER Near Mes staff was absolutely amazing. They took great care of my little guy with patience and compassion. We were led to a room right away, and they fixed him up immediately. He got a popsicle, blanket, a swag bag, a bottle of water, and even a little bag of candy from the front desk lady! A scared little boy going in was a happy, bouncing little boy leaving. Everything was super clean and welcoming. Thank you so much!

I went to this so called ER at 2 in the morning because I wasn’t feeling well after I took my 2nd vaccine shot early in the morning the day before. The girl at the front desk was on her cell phone the people in the back were not friendly and on their phones as well. A man came in the examine room that didn’t introduce his self as a doctor said that It is normal to feel bad after the second shot and have Covid symptoms. I told him that I had a fever at home he didn’t check any vitals. I requested a Covid test he told me there’s no need for one. When I get ready to leave the girl at the front desk request for payment I asked her for what I was in the examining room for 5 minutes and the so-called doctor could’ve told me what he did outside in the waiting room. I left and later that day I went and got a Covid test and it was positive for COVID-19.DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I love the professionalism the Er had. Drs and nurses were absolutely wonderful. Im here in Texas working. I live in Pennsylvania. So im 1500 miles away from home so normally a person would be scared at a medical physicality that far from home. But the Drs and nurses at ErNearMe made me feel at home and safe

This was my first visit to ER Near Me. I arrived with a 2 inch laceration on my arm. I was greeted upon arrival, and seen within less than 5 minutes. By the time I was done with my paperwork they were calling me into a room. The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. Dr. Edalur went through the necessary questions and gave me 12 sutures. Michelle assisted and LeeAnn had my discharge paperwork ready for me with instructions on how to care for my injury.

Very professional & courteous staff. The facility was very clean & organized. Just like walking into the ER of any good hospital. Im glad I have a place like this near me.

I am the MOST paranoid when it comes to visiting Medical Facilities, for many reasons. Being price gouged, long wait times, rude and ineffective staff.... But i must say, this experience i had here, was incredible. I was seen right away with incredibly nice staff. They were very transparent through all of the tests they did. I went in for a cut on my hand. I was the only patient there, and I felt rushed. Doctors bedside manner was cold and dismissive. I will not go back nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Out of an abundance of caution my wife and I went to Testing Near Me - Addison for a COVID-19 rapid Test before going to a family function 5+ hrs away. It was after-hours and we were still waiting on the results to go to the function. Stacy was working and although she is with ER Near Me rather than Testing Near Me - she went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us get our results. We were so grateful for Stacy!!!

I had to get a covid 19 test today. This is the most awesome place to go. Everyone there was so very nice I really didnt mind the test. Also I got my test results back in less than 30 minutes. And they came back negative. Thank you everyone at ER near me.

This was my first time going to this medical office, I had to get a Rapid COVID test done due to experiencing symptoms. I can’t quite explain my gratitude in too many words for their hospitality and urgency to see me and take care of me. They went above and beyond to make certain that I was “overly” tested for more than just COVID because of my recent cancer history. The entire staff was excellent- nurses, X-ray technician, receptionist, and the Doctor. They were all sincerely genuine. Very grateful this is the location I was led too, I don’t believe in coincidences.

I had a medical emergency and I received immediate care from Dr A. Hailey and his remarkable medical team. It was the first time I received quality patient care in the emergency room. The facility is clean, and BBC well lit. The Emergency Room has state of the art medical equipment and the service I received was fast and efficient. The medical staff treated we with care and compassion. I am truly grateful for the medical treatment I received. I also received a personal follow-up call from Dr Hailey 24 hours after my treatment.

I’ve had to go twice now for Covid pneumonia. Once in July, once in January. In July, I also stayed overnight. They provide excellent, thorough, compassionate, prompt service. I trust them with my emergency healthcare needs and know they’ll work to diagnose my issues if possible. They also have a CT scanner onsite and can run other diagnostic tests. The nurses, doctors, paramedics and staff are all wonderful.

My medical issue was really painful and stressful. Each team member of ER Near Me has been so professional and so careful and kind that my full-day with them is now a good memories.

Do not go here. They want to run your insurance up and the doctor thrifton is awful. Told me I was going to drop dead if I didn’t get a ct scan and a mri for a migraine when I had symptoms of a viral infection like the flu. He kept coming in making me uncomfortable and was sketchy. And told me multiple times I’d drop dead with out getting these outrageous test.

Wonderful full service ER. Very caring nurses and doctors. I highly recommend.

Loves Dr Ziegler but was not crazy about next doctor I saw

I came in here at 6:30am, CHRISTMAS DAY, with a gout flareup that had caused me to be unable to move. The staff were soooo helpful and kind, wonderful people. Service was very prompt as well, especially considering that they were transferring shifts the minute i came in.They came out to my car and helped me into a wheelchair, helped me into the bed, and were very considerate of my needs, even letting me wait to fully finish my paperwork until after I had been treated for the pain. They gave me an oral steroid, a muscle relaxer injection, and some high strength tylenol right away, and the doctor explained to me how critical it was to take my preventative medication in a way that opened my eyes and really made sense to me. He was very kind and direct and explained everything fully and clearly.By 7:30am i was back in my bed at home and the pain had been mostly relieved (which is a huuuge thing if you know how bad gout flareups can be). I was able to finally sleep and spend time with my family on Christmas, and i wouldnt have been able to do it without the incredible staff at this office.If you have an emergency that warrants an ER visit, i cant think of a better place in DFW than ER Near Me Addison.

Should have read the reviews and noticed most were probably not real!We had a terrible experience with the doctor. My girlfriend came in cvirus and Doctor Zeigler was just awful.Talked like she wasnt ever there. Worst care shes ever seen. And then she told me that they said he is the boss there.Went to the urgent care on Preston and was much better.

Everything went well until we got our negative test results back. Then we had to sit in the room for another 80 minutes for absolutely no reason at all. Beyond ridiculous.

They made me waste my time, they are not doing the PCR test

I went for covid testing. after the results came in, they made me visit a doctor and then I see on my insurance, my one office visit is gone. I just wanted to get the test done, get the result and done with it, but they made me sit in the office, one doctor came and she spoke to me and asked me to quarantine .. thats it.. and now I see a charged of $600+ hit on my insurance under some Dr Hailey... as if the $4000 for covid testing they are charging to insurance companies was not enough. Such a rip off..

I understand with covid-19 you are taking certain measure but if a patient cant think or speak because they are in gut wrenching pain someone who knows whats going on should be allowed to come back with them.(gf, wife, relative) my husband has a pinched nerve was crying in pain could barely talk and I was told I had to wait in car, he couldnt get anything done because he doesnt know what medicine hes been talking cause Ive been giving it to him on a schedule. These are questions usually the wife answers.. Then just to get medicine n xrays is $495.00?!?!

Everyone was wonderful and very thorough during my stay. Emely was so helpful from the moment I entered. Nick was an incredible nurse and very skilled. Dr. Lilly was amazing and so were the radiology techs. I had to stay overnight for observation and that room was very comfortable (TV, snacks, couch, fridge, private restroom, and they let me order food from restaurants). I will visit here first every time I have an emergency need.

Staff is very nice and knowledgeable, i was in and out in 30 minutes, other urgent care has way too long wait time.

Just like any other hospital they care more about money than helping someone. Once you say you don’t have insurance they disregard you, and start playing on their phones while you decide on whether you can pull out your last $500 for services.

Im so thankful to the staff and the ER for making our son and us so comfortable. Im was so terrified and they calmed me down cause this was my first seeing our son suffering. They kept asking about if we wanted to drink or eat like an Indian parent, which felt warm and nice. The facility is clean and spacious private rooms. Thank you again

This is the best emergency room I have ever been to. The staff was amazing, and kept me laughing and smiling the whole time I was there. They were also very quick and attentive. I was shocked to learn I was not the only person there. My room was very spacious, and clean. even had a well stocked glass door mini fridge in it along with an assortment of snacks! They didnt hassle me about my friends coming to visit me and let them stay for as long as we wanted. They ordered me food from the restaurant of my choice! I imagine this is what hospitals on cruise ships try to be like.

Seems hit of miss. Couple of the nurses were really cool. But the doc was straight up rude. Dr. Ziegeler. He was sooooo demeaning and didnt listen at all. I wouldnt go.

Wow! I work for instacart a grocery delivery company. This Drs office ordered a very large order from Sams today. When I arrived every employee was so extremely helpful and kind. They all asked if they could help me unload my car. I was speechless!!! People never ask if they can help me carry in their order much less the whole office!! The Dr even helped!!! This place is hands down the warmest place I have ever delivered to! Thank you for being so kind and helpful!! Beautiful office as well!!!

I went not knowing if a condition was important. They were extremely fast and efficient, and helpful. They did an on-the-spot ultrasound. Even though it was a Sunday, they coordinated with my primary care physician. They were thorough and not hurried. A few days later the physician called me to see if I had any questions. A few days after that, the business called me asking the same. Me experience could not have been better. I highly recommend them.

Stubbed my toe, had xrays taken, tetnaus shot. The whole staff was very friendly. A nurse named Lucky went above and beyond. She was very compassionate, and caring.Juan, who helped me take xrays was also kind. Thankfully nothing was broken.Just want to say thank you to the whole staff!

Excellent! I was there late one night this week and they helped me right away.The location is new so I expected it to feel that way but also saw the quality of the furniture in the waiting area, individual room where I was treated, the equipment they used, etc. I was happily impressed.The lady at the front desk was very friendly and sensitive about how I was feeling and asking the bare minimum questions go get me checked.RN Carissa did a fantastic job all along, from asking how I am feeling often, checking on me every 5min, explaining what she was going to do and handling the medications and instruments with a lot of careMD Ziegler was very clear about what was going on, made me feel very safe, and explained the results of the tests very clearly. He also recommended the right medications which have helped with my recovery. I confirmed all this when I went to see my PCP a few days later and he said I was doing all the right things.I definitely recommend this ER and hopefully not, but will use it again if I ever need it.

I am blessed to have this place near me. The nurse was very kind, I did not have to wait to be treated, the doctor was very successful in her diagnosis, in a short time I was treated and I began to feel better. I loved this place.

I took my daughter here for a pretty deep head wound and received excellent care. The nurses and doctor were extremely nice, and quick to see us. Everyone was personable and the facility was top-notch. I highly recommend this location for emergencies.

Walked in couldn’t breathe, made me sign every document she could find on the counter. Deliriously, drove all the way home. I told them first thing I could not breathe. Obviously they had doctors available I only needed a nebulizer treatment. If you have asthma, avoid this ER unless you want to risk your life!!! Would rate 0 stars if it was an option

AMAZING ER. Dr. Kader was the nicest, most calming, attentive doctor I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. They made me go home feeling so much better. Both physically and mentally. Not all doctors can do that.
