When you need the ER services, it is a relief to be able to receive them. This is a very nice facility with great doctors and nurses, but without a doubt, their ability to promptly provide care makes them stand out.In my case there was literally a line out the door and through the Ambulance staging area at the big ER downtown. Seeing this sad state of affairs caused me to look for options where thank goodness I found Preston Hollow. You will need insurance and ID at Preston Hollow. Care is first rate.

The drs and nursing staff have been wonderful! Theres only been one time the Dr wasnt pleasant and treated me poorly. They do their best to control my pain and treated me with respect and dignity! Thank u!

Though I’m still feeling not the best they made me feel as best as they could. I would definitely recommend them snd this ER. Oh, it was also super clean.

Heard one of the nurses saying to the doctor that me coming back to the ER was “odd” Because they ran a lot of test and found nothing wrong while joking about it even though I was still experiencing symptoms and in pain…There was consistent laughing between nurses and doctors and no compassion and comfort was given….Also get ready to be over charged with your insurance for them not to do anything to you… this has to be the worst emergency room that you can go to especially if you are a person of color!!! The vibe about everyone in that facility is off!!

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this place and the staff…until today. I have never met a doctor that put his personal preferences above the needs of a patient. I have a chart and a history here and the same thing works every time. My BP was 150/110 and I walked out because this doctor refused to follow the medical history and wanted me to be his guinea pig. No thanks! I’ll wait until the better doctors are here, the ones who have saved my life (more than once) and who listen and care about patients rather than their personal ideologies. Sad day for medicine and this place!

While having to go to the ER late at night is never a fun experience, I felt very relaxed, comfortable, and accommodated by this awesome team! They took great care of myself and made both me and my family feel comforted throughout my entire visit. If you need to go to the ER, I highly highly recommend this great facility. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Muniz spent time making sure all of our questions were answered to where we did not feel rushed in the slightest. Do NOT go to this ER. My son tried to get help at this ER when he was having an allergic reaction to some food he ate. Because he couldnt show an insurance card at the moment they refused him. He DOES have insurance & was trying to get proof for them but in the mean time they refused him. He had to go to another ER who rushed him back & started him on Oxygen & IV meds. I have contacted Preston Hollow & asked to speak to a supervisor who has still NOT called me back (from 2 days ago). You would think that ethically a free standing ER would treat someone in a dire condition. Preston Hollow will NOT. I only gave them 1 start because it wouldnt let me post this with 0 stars.In response to the message below, my son did have his ID on him & gave it to the man at the front desk. He still refused him service because he didnt have his insurance card on him.

Daughter (11) bumped head in pool and had a gash in her scalp. Doctor and nurses were really quick to see her, were great with keeping her calm and have us clear instructions for dealing with the staples after we left. Hours are great (open all the time) and waiting room is large and clean. Very pleased.

From the moment I walked into the moment that I walked out it was an amazing experience! The receptionist was very friendly and honest about my insurance and co-pays. My nurse he was awesome very friendly and listen to everything I said. The doctor was also very friendly explain things very thoroughly and made sure that my needs were taken care of. The staff members that took my test and did my scans were also super friendly and very patient with me. Indian if I ever have another medical emergency Im going here.

No wait time, extremely professional and caring staff. I also received a very thorough check up with cat scan and all. I left feeling better and comfortable with my diagnosis and prognosis of overcoming this Covid pneumonia soon.

Although it’s very nice to go to a non-crowded minor emergency clinic you do have to pay $750 upfront if your primary insurance is Medicare. Fortunately my 91-year-old friend could afford that and she got excellent care that first visit. But they told her to come back in 10 days to repeat a Covid test and when she walked in the door they said that’ll be another $750.

I moved to Dallas in October without any family. This is my second visit to this location and I absolutely love everything about Preston Hollow ER. The staff is wonderful and you can tell the providers are listening to their patients needs. The facility is very clean and I’ve never actually waited in the lobby. Once I signed in they brought me straight back. For me, this was a life or death situation and they handled it well. I ended up being transferred to Arlington for surgery. I highly recommend, you won’t regret a place that treats you well.

I had the best experience ever! The waiting room and the emergency room as a whole is so clean! The lady at the front desk, was pleasant and efficient. She was also very clear about what your insurance would be charged. I was checked in right away. The nurse who took me back for my blood work was amazing she was so nice and sweet. I felt like I was sitting there with a friend. The room you are in is so comfortable. I didn’t feel like I was being hurled in and out like love stock and that meant a lot! The doctor who came to see me was very patient and thorough. He listened to what I actually had to say and did not just dismiss me and diagnose one symptom that rang a bell. Neither did I leave the hospital with a sheet worth of new medications. Which is more than what I can say for my own PCP. The guy who took my chest X-ray was so pleasant and funny. The whole staff was truly amazing! I wish this place was a familyPractice office! This would be my new favorite place to go! Especially in these times! They didn’t make me feel like if I sneezed they were going to jump trough the wall, or run for the nearest exit, they treated me like a human being. The experience I had here was truly out of the normal for a public emergency room. And I am so thankful I had the experience. While I hope to never have to come back, if I have another emergency this is definitely the place I will go and would recommend anyone to come to!

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. My fiancé was there this morning and they forgot to give him a script for the medication they said they would. I first called and was told I would get a call back in 20 minutes. 2 hours later I had not received a call so I called back. He is not feeling well at all so he added me to his HIPAA form so that I could handle anything that came up. When I called to check on the script they didn’t give him they said they could not talk to me. I explained I was on his HIPAA and they said they still couldn’t talk to me. The nurse was very rude and short and did not care to help us resolve this simple issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Having a sick loved one is stressful enough without having to deal with this kind of attitude from staff. We regret choosing this provider and will never go there again!

They will not treat you unless you have an insurance card and ID. They will not even evaluate you. Seems thats legal in Texas for a free standing ER, so beware/aware.

I went here for a COVID ‘19 test. Great service. I was seen immediately and got my test results in under 30 minutes. Everybody there was super nice and professional. I would go back

I went in last night and my nurse greeted me right away with a smile. I had to go get an X-ray and the man who did it was so nice and my nurse took care of my baby girl while I was there and I don’t trust many people with my baby. When I returned my baby was asleep and had a smile on her face. The doctor was kind and I never had a nurse so attentive and explained everything so I understood what was happening and what to do after I went home. She said it was her first day on the job but I would have thought she worked their forever. All I can say is well done Preston hallow er I will recommend you to anyone who wants 5 star care.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here, if you can possibly avoid it. The people are nice but they will run every possible test, regardless of whether it is medically necessary or not, and bill you accordingly. It puts the patient/parent in a very difficult position because we’re not trained to question medical staff when it comes to care, particularly for our children. They have very low traffic so they will treat you for every conceivable malady in order to meet their financial obligations. It’s quite predatory, in my opinion. Also, your medical insurance will not cover the majority of their exorbitant costs and you must sign a waiver agreeing to cover the remaining fees out of pocket. Expect a hefty bill at the end of your visit and the waiver precludes you from the ability to negotiate the remaining fees.Update 1 year later: The below response from the provider states they have tried multiple times to reach me but haven’t received a response. That’s interesting because the response is posted an entire year later and I have not heard from management. Please reach out to me as soon as possible so we can discuss these issues. “Policies vary” means they don’t cover.

I loved the staff, even at 3am they showed empathy and helped me immediately! I asked questions they were answered and no wait like a regular ER. The facility was very clean. From the time I stepped foot into the lobby until I was discharged, I have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone showed so much concern about my issue and wanted to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. Would recommend them to anyone !

The receptionist was by far the most pleasant part of my experience. He greeted me warmly, was patient, and overall so professional.As for the back staff...I entered the back and a guy who didnt introduce himself ordered me to give a urine sample. Never smiled, didnt say much, whatever moved on to the next person who I assume was my nurse?She asked me what brought me in and I explained. As i mentioned a symptom, she said, I dont see how thats related to your lower back. I was simply answering her question, which did not require her opinion. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. Also, it made me not want to say more but because I wasnt feeling well, I said what I needed to say.Both seemed bothered like they had so much to do.I was the only patient there at the time....Finally, the doctor. He was professional and was quick, smiled and greeted. Quick. Listened well.Overall, the visit was okay. I dont know that I would recommend since I didnt feel welcomed by half the back staff and I cant see myself going back there.

I work in the medical field and this is honestly the best emergency room Ive been to in Dallas. They are a full service emergency room with literally no wait time. I usually dont get to complete the initial paperwork until Im back on a bed. The doctors are awesome and the nurses are so compassionate. I will not go to any other emergency room but them. If you have insurance in the North Dallas area, go straight to them! They even call to check up on you after you leave.

I went in with pelvic pain after falling down a flight of stairs. I tried getting an appointment with my physician but couldnt and I found this place online. It was simply a life saver! The building was clean and fairly modern. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and extremely friendly. The doctor, nurses and techs who evaluated me were exceptional; i didnt feel rushed or neglected at all. They took their time, listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and were very empathetic. One of the nurses even loaned me a phone charger since my battery was about to die so I could call my boyfriend. They even offered me snacks! Im telling you this place is amazing and i highly recommend it. Great service! I just had to write a review.

Ive been there 3 times and the service and level of friendly is always exceptionally great. The entire staff caters to medical concerns in their control to get you in and out without feeling rushed. Love this place.The only feedback I can give is the diagnoses description printed out could be more detailed or if there could be a printed section on the documents of just exaclty u were diagnosed with not everything you were tested for.

My wait time was non existent and I felt like the care was top notch. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan and follow ups. Not that you want to be in an ER but this is a nice one.

I had food poisoning, and I was starting to feel pain, and very weak and very dehydrated. It was getting worse and worse. My boyfriend found this place online, and we didnt really have a choice but to try it out...I cant rate any lower than 5 stars! Theres just no way. Our nurses, doctors, and the front desk were all caring and helpful. Even some of the nurses that werent assigned to my room seemed eager to help and open if we had any questions. Amazing, amazing, amazing service.Its an ER. I really hope I never have to go ever again. But if I do, I know Im in good hands... someone else here in a review said if they ever had to go to an ER again theyll drive clear across Dallas to come to this one, and I agree. This privately-owned ER really did feel community-based, and if ever given the choice again, I dont know if Ill go to a hospital ER again. Preston Hollow was VERY clean.

I went into the ER for a sports injury last night and was very impressed. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Once I arrived there was very little wait time. Dr. Kim was very thorough in his questions and examination. The staff then took an X-ray and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the results. The doc reviewed and discussed the results and recommendations fully. I have never got in and out of a doctors visit (let alone an ER visit!) so quickly without sacrificing such good service. Keep up the good work!

I am a firm believer in giving credit where it is due! I have had a few bad previous emergency room visits in the past and honestly who wants to even go the emergency room unless completely necessary??? My 2 experiences with Preston Hollow Emergency Room have both times been the BEST care I have ever had in my life! They actually care about you getting the right and best treatment and making sure you stay comfortable in the mean time! They arent all about collecting as much money from you as they can but actually truly care and with full integrity at all times! What a blessing! Everyone from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, are all so kind and have the best bed side manner I have seen ever! They also get you in and out as fast as they can but they dont do it in a rushing manner at all. They know you want to feel better and relax in your own bed. I highly recommend Preston Hollow to any and everyone! What a blessing I came across them when I needed assistance the most!

Nobody likes going to the ER, but having a welcoming and loving staff makes all the difference. Thanks so much, wish i could just come here as a regular doctor office visit hehe, but my Dr gave me some recommendations on where I can go. 10/10 Recommend.(Most of the bad reviews is money related, but lets be real .... ER cost even with insurance is always going to be high. I believe they are like privately owned or something like that but the bill is realistically high... They will work with you just ask instead of complain) anyways thanks for making me feel cared for Preston Hollow on BOTH visits Ive had here.
