I love Trusted! This team really cares about their patients! From the time we walked in my friend and I were welcomed with open arms! Erica at the front desk made us feel at home! I came to Trusted ER with one of my friends seeking help with a bad cough. We were immediately greeted by Erica at the front desk. She was so sweet and helpful and we were taken care of right away. The waiting room is so nice. 10/10 would recommend Trusted ER at Hillcrest to anyone seeking quick medical attention from a doctor. Ray and Shay and Dr. Battula were so helpful and amazing. trusted ER is the best.

I was very well taken care of at Trusted ER when I had fallen and broken my elbow. Due to the pandemic I didn’t want to go to a hospital emergency room. The doctor, nurses and X-ray technician were very compassionate and were able to stabilize my elbow until I could see an orthopedic doctor the next day.

The environment, staff, nurses, and Dr. Wallace was great and treated/pampered me very well. After doing paperwork, one of the nurse immediately brought me in to start. I ended up having to stay the night which I was hesitant about because I was worried about not getting comfortable sleep, but I slept a full 6-7 hours for the first time in 3 days! They even provided me a breakfast of my choice the next morning and had snacks throughout my stay! Overall, I highly recommend this place if you don’t want to wait several hours in a hospital and if you want excellent care. Trusted ER Hillcrest you’ve outdone yourselves!

We had to bring our 8 year old son in to Trusted ER Hillcrest last week. The registrar Sam, got us back right away, and took care of anything we needed. Dr. Marancenbaum saw our son right away, and was so caring, kind, and amazing with him. Curtis made him feel at ease taking him for a CT. The nurses, Eve, Oscar and Diana took such good care of him. Dr. M kept us informed and our little guy is doing so much better! Thank you to all of you, and Trusted for taking suchGreat care of us!!

I came in to deliver some supplies and the staff there are very kind and one of the ladies called me sis that made me feel welcome there. They offered me some snacks I was so distracted and shocked by their kindness that I forgot I left my dolly there lol. They even stored it in the back room to keep it safe for me. Amanda is a awesome person She is very sincere and even though she wears a mask you can tell she is smiling because she is joyful to talk with. I have to say, if you want great exceptional family oriented service this is the place!

I went to Trusted ER after my car wreak they are some wonderful kind loving people they make you feel at home and comfortable Erica at front door was amazing and all the staff was very nice and caring they give you a bag with a cup and goodies and snacks they have everything you need there it is the best place to go in Dallas I ever been to in my entire life and I will go back many many more times and I will definitely refer some people to them they are the best Thank you Trusted ER💕

The office was so nice and clean when I entered, and Erica made me feel comfortable right upon checking in. My left wrist was broken and she allowed me to fill out all my forms at the desk. I was in and out in 2 hours and had a team of very friendly doctors and nurses who made me feel at ease and really took care of me.

When we arrived at Trusted ER, I was instantly impressed. We did not wait a second to be seen. The front desk lady, Erica, was very welcoming and warm. The lobby is absolutely amazing complete with various snacks and amenities. The radtech Melanie was helpful and kind to our hurt friend. The nurse, Jimmy was jovial and helped us to smile during this time. Dr. Marancenbaum or “Dr. M” was also exceedingly helpful. Thank you Trusted ER! Although we hope to not have to come back for medical reasons, it was a fabulous experience!!!

This was simply the best experience ever. Upon arrival I was greeted, acknowledged, and shown empathy by the staff. Dr. Lee, Stephanie, Pam, and Robin were super amazing. They made sure they addressed my issue and even assisted with helping me get acclimated with my new crutches. I’d come there a thousand times over any other place I’ve visited in the past. The accommodation and treatment is simply indescribable but needed in any interaction. This staff is amazing. Thank you for making my vacation mishaps an enjoyable one.

The best ER experience I’ve had! Wonderful MA Erica was welcoming from the moment I came in. There was no wait time and the facility was warm and welcoming! The doctor and nurses were exceptional! Very kind and caring and made sure I was always comfortable!After they ran the test they needed, I was moved to another room that was filled with lots of snacks and a mini fridge with lots of different drinks that is all included in your visit! I was there for a few hours, so not only did they order me lunch of my choice (chick-fil-a), but they made sure I went home with dinner of my choice as well(chipotle)! I felt pampered the entire time. You can tell these ladies love what they do and enjoy giving high quality care! When It was time to be discharged, Erica sent me home with a neat gift bag that was a nice quality backpack, a nice long sleeve shirt, 2 different types of lip balm, a cool tumbler cup and a few other small things. I was very surprised. I kept questioning myself “where am I?” I was also assured that if for any reason I needed to return within the next few days, they would send a driver to pick me up from my house if transportation is a problem for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to seek high quality ER service.

10 stars! My son started to run a fever on a Sunday evening when most clinics close early. We found Trusted ER Hillcrest and could not be any happier with the experience. My family and I will definitely visit again when we need medical care.

Trusted ER Dallas! Erica in the front did an awesome job greeting me as soon as I walked in and making sure I was comfortable. Diana my nurse explained everything to me step-by-step and make sure I understood what was going on through the process of getting everything done. Melani did an awesome job when I was getting my CT scan make sure that I was comfortable! This was an easy and wonderful ER visit it was not lengthy it was or tedious! The beautiful people at Trusted ER did a great job and if I ever have an emergency I will be back!

The customer care and atmosphere here was amazing, everyone was very sweet, from the front desk to the doctors office, and the office space itself was so warm and comforting! Definitely recommend for any urgent care needs!! Erica, Sam, Shay, and Dr.Battula were all amazing and friendly, and they made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. This was the best stand alone ER I have ever been to!!! The staff was competent, attentive and so friendly. They were so sweet and patient with my needs and extremely thorough. This experience was nothing short of amazing. Hope you never need to go to an ER, but if you do—I highly recommend.

When I say these guys went over and beyond for me they went over and beyond for me when you walk in the front desk clerk that lady was so nice make sure she take care of you not only that they had snacks drinks everything your treat to make you feel comfortable basically built at home they were friendly that from the doctors from the nurses you just didnt feel alone the the love that they showed their warmed anybody heart in a time of need and the doctor most definitely went over and beyond of getting to the bottom of finding out what was wrong with me I had an awesome visit this was the best hospital Ive ever went to by far I loved it there no complaints

I had an awesome experience at this location. The staff were so kind and knowledgeable. They treated me with respect. Theres nothing like waiting in the line to be attended to...they are so prompt that I didnt spend a long time there. Everything was done in a jiffy. And the place is beautiful too. Trusted ER as the name suggests, is the epitome of ER.

Trusted ER and their staff are great! I went there anxious with tightness in my chest and high blood pressure and they took wonderful care of me. They put me at ease and provided a thorough panel of tests to assure I was healthy. They also sent me away with some medicine and next steps. I will absolutely come back here as they were helpful, kind and really a full service hospital.

This was the most amazing clinic/ER experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Angela, the manager Ericka, and the nurses (I forgot their names) were so kind and attentive which was a comfort after my car accident. The doctor has great bedside manner and Ericka was so patient with me when I was figuring out the forms. PLUS in the end, I was given some goodies, including a very nice blanket. This was a great experience to have after my traumatic event. I felt very well taken care of! Thanks again!

This is a very clean establishment the wait is short and right to it and i been going to different ERs in Texas for a long time and none are as cool as this one. The front desk lady Ms. Erica is very polite and helpful. The nurse Ms. Diana makes you feel very comfortable with the pain and the wait. Dr. Northcutt is a straight up that will tell everything you need to do. Ms. Pamela is clean and quick. Everyone come here the best.

The best ER experience ever! The staff were unbelievably helpful and kind, had a heart for helping. The front desk, Hershelle, was quick with all the paperwork and had a wonderful attitude. The nurse, Robin, was the sweetest, genuinely cared and was a joy to speak to. Dr Capik was so down to earth and kind and made me feel so comfortable. The lab tech Monica was outgoing and so kind! Thank you to the amazing staff at Trusted ER Hillcrest! We had the best experience today. Our 5 year old was sick, and our pediatrician’s office was closed. We chose Trusted ER Hillcrest, and we are so happy we did! Dr. Maracenbaum, Robin Rn and Darlene the tech were incredible! The care was above and beyond. Our daughter got a teddy bear in the exam room - the physician listened to the teddy bear’s “lungs” before listening to hers...which made her much more comfortable. She left with a smile and even got a backpack full of goodies! If you are sick or injured, go to this ER! It’s a place you can trust and get good care for adults and kids!

This is the best Urgent Care experience yet. My daughter was seen this week suffering from strep throat. Your team was caring, accurate and delivered all the medications she needed to ease her pain and start recovery. Great job to the team - Dr. Jones, Liz and Melanie. I hope all the local students and neighbors make this the first stop for urgent medical care.

I had an amazing experience at Trusted ER. I came back from Mexico a terrible bug and had to rush to get treatment. The entire staff (nurses, front desk folks, and docs) at trusted ER we’re so kind and understanding. I was whisked back as soon as I arrived and immediately started on fluids and meds. I highly recommend Trusted ER for anyone needing medical attention! I had Dr. Castenada who was professional and super understanding of how bad I was feeling. My nurse Anecia was the best!! She was so kind and came to check on me many times. If I ever need any type of ER services again, this will 1000% be where me and my future family come!! Thank you guys so much!!

Great covid testing experience. My family and I came in on Christmas Eve after finding out we had been exposed. Erica, Angelique, Alex, and Dr. Kwan were so helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable (especially after showing up in our Christmas pajamas). Can’t recommend enough. Be careful eating salmon fillets. They are more dangerous than they appear. All kidding aside, the staff at Trusted ER- Hillcrest were more than helpful. My initial call to even see if they could handle this odd situation was professionally handled. Registrar Hershelle and RN Nina listened with care about my issue and were welcoming when I arrived. All covid precautions were taken as I was immediately seen by Dr. Abdo. He was reassuring and didn’t make me feel silly about my visit. With his kindness, care, concern and expertise he had the fish bone that was lodged in my gums between my teeth out in seconds. Including the time it took to complete the paperwork I was out in 30 minutes. I am very thankful for the staff at this location.

This was completely different kind of ER than what i am used too. But my experience was so refreshing each and everyone there was very concerned about me, from the doctor to the receptionist. I will tell everyone about them. As for me i am gone return to if need to.

The staff went above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I had a great experience this afternoon, after I cut myself with a knife. It was quick and easy experience. They offered water and snacks as I was leaving and it was clean. Dr. Angela, Nurse Austin and Alex, as well as the receptionist where all nice and caring.

As a surgeon, I had never been to Trusted ER before. When we had an emergency in the family, I visited the Trusted ER on Hillcrest by SMU. The service by Dr. Battula and nurse Oscar RN was nothing short of fantastic. I tend to be very critical as a physician who practices medicine but as a professional in the healthcare arena the care was truly beyond measure.Their courtesy and professionalism was exceptional. They quickly evaluated my daughter and treated her immediately. I can fully recommend Trusted ER to anyone in the community who seeks care at one of their facilities.

I visited Trusted ER Hillcrest for the second time in 5 months and the service was even better this time than on my first visit (which does not even seem possible). Everyone on the staff (Rochelle, Stephanie, Melani, and Dr. Marancenbaum) that I came in contact with on todays visit did their very best to make my visit as easy and short as possible. The people there are really, really amazing, friendly, and helpful! Other healthcare providers should take note of how to treat a patient. Five star service and I was in and out in under an hour. Many of my friends and neighbors have used Trusted ER Hillcrest and they all echo my comments. Plus, Trusted ER Hillcrest has great snacks in the waiting room!

When I came to this ER for an accident injury the visit was pleasant from beginning to end. Erica the front desk rep was so kind and offered me an assortment of snacks and drinks that they have in their waiting area. I didn’t wait long before they took me to an exam room and they took my vitals. Diana, the nurse was also very polite and gave me water while waiting for Dr M. When Dr M came in he was sympathetic for the injuries I suffered from and offered on the spot pain medication since I could barely move my neck. I had to get a few X-rays & CTs done while I was there. Melani the rad tech was very patient and calm with me as I awkwardly positioned myself into the different poses. After the visit I mentioned to Erica (front desk rep) that I needed to get a ride home since my vehicle was totaled and the clinic paid for my Uber!!!!! Before I left she also gave me a swag bag with a T-shirt and other goodies and let me raid their snack collection one last time. This was overall one of the greatest ER visits I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!

This is probably the best ER/Doctor visit I have ever had, everyone there was super friendly and helpful and I was in and out extremely fast. Plus they give you free snacks and drinks while you wait and an awesome get well soon bag full of goodies when you are discharged.

Went to Trusted ER Hillcrest where I wasn’t feeling well and wasn’t sure if COVID related. Dr. Abdo was extremely thorough and made sure to educate me on everything that could present itself at the onset of COVID. The staff and facility are hands down top notch!

I am two weeks away from graduating law school. I test postive for strep; the nurse and the doctors try and make me with an IV in my arm for 2 hours while I have two final exam reviews. I tell him I need to watch these through zoom but I will be back after. I get incessant calls from TRUSTED ER, interuppting my attention and telling me to come back in.I finally come back in only to a 40 minute wait and the doctor reccomending a shot of antibiotics in my glute. NOT ONCE did he mention the pain this would cause. Atop of my muscles being sore the shot was a 9/10 on the pain scale and my leg locked up. I COULD NOT WALK AND FELL OVER UPON LEAVING. Directly after the shot the nurse shoved two papers in my face to sign and kicked me out the door.

Medical Team including Reg.Tyrone, Nurse Angel,Rad-Pam, Dr. El Shatory were amazing and very prompt. Thank you for your service and support.

The staff and care I received was wonderful. They were fast to see me and get my meds started right away. The doctor was doctor was very involved and didn’t just have his nurses do everything for him. The rooms were so comfortable and beyond my expectations for a walk in ER!

I walked in on Saturday night not feeling well at all..was greeted be two very sweet girls..Ladonna and Jt..they made me feel welcome and were really nice. The nurse then helped me and was kind and nice too and attended to me quickly which I appreciated a lot! Then Dr. Kwan diagnosed me quickly and gave me meds and a road to a quick recovery. I got everyone’s names and told them I would write a review because of the service being so good and everyone being so nice. I was very impressed and will call on them for any future issues 100%!

From entering the ER to in the back and CT they went above and beyond to take care of me.

The experience at Trusted ER was superb from the polite man at the reception desk, the nurses who were very attentive, to the doctor who determined I had a kidney infection. We were taken back very quickly, and the paperwork was manageable. My husband appreciated the abundant amount of snacks and drinks. Very important to me is they have a cat scan machine which confirmed my diagnosis.
